A/C broke, two tables disheveled and dirty, not much of a welcoming feeling. Their "to go" pizza may be good, however, I didn't feel like I mattered to them. I got, unfortunately, the tuna club with fries. Their fries were awesome, severed with 4 packets of ketchup....ridiculous!!!! Give me some ketchup!! At least I could have enjoyed the fries. The tuna club was terrible, too much salt and served with slops of mayo. Lol!! Put the mayo in the tuna, not on the toast that was served lightly too non toasted. I won't be going back, and I'm sure they don't care.

Nothing was bad just no wow factors. We had blah cheese quesadillas, mozzarella sticks that were probably frozen type, garlic bread with cheese was okay but grinder roll didn’t taste fresh and finally we tried the pizza, it was okay for greek style but needed more cheese and was over cooked where the bottom was burnt. Overall a basic 3 star place that is nearby and delivers.

Scouting for Pizza Hunters App, we stopped in during our travels. The people were very nice and provided good customer service. The tables were a mess and not clean upon arrival. The Pizza was a page out of Dominoes. We were expecting a Regular Pizza with 8 Slices, instead we received a Pizza in Squares. The cheese and crust was not tasteful and tbe Sauce was just paste. Was expecting a lot more out of a Pizza from Connecticut. I will not be returning to Nico's, not because of the people, because sadly the Pizza was not good.

First time trying Nico's pizza and it will be the last. What pizzeria in CT cuts their pizza in squares? Definitely ruined my mood and appetite as soon as I opened the box. All the pictures show pie cut, so why would you destroy my pizza? Pizza crust was soggy, the toppings were good. What a shame. I also ordered a side of meatballs and sausage and even the meatballs were mushy. I couldn't even taste meat in the meatballs, all bread crumb and flavorless. Terrible.

Great pizza fast delivery service and the Greek salad was delicious! Thanks Nico’s for delivering to the I-84 Rest Area as we couldn’t have enjoyed due to our vehicle size.

Their service is exceptional, and the attitude of the employees is amazing; pizza, wings, and especially calzone, which I order the most, are phenomenal.Appreciate the service. 5/5

Wish I could give halves, because this is a 3 1/2 star pizza place, but not a 4. We were REALLY hungry by the time we arrived, but the flavor just wasn't there. The pie was cut into little square pieces, making eating it on the road harder than it should be. The pepperoni was tasty, but not as spicy as I like. (Personal issues, what can i say.) The server on the phone was pleasant and complete, but the pizza wasn't ready when they said it would be. (I don't know if we caught them in a rush or not, but that's just something to watch out for). The sauce was a paste that just didn't seem to have any spices added (I never got a taste of any oregano or even olive oil). The crust (on the edge squares..) was crispy, but had no real flavor to it. Using cornmeal as a base when cooking can add so much flavor - this pie's crust was all flour. The cheese would rate a middle of the road grade as well, the quantity was right, but the flavor was just plain. On the road and hungry, It's a good stop. To keep me as a regular customer or to make me drive past other places, I need some extra flavors.

Dine in. Pizza was great and friendliness of the staff was excellent. I would come back but they should clean and dust around a bit. That's what's keeping me from a 5 star.

Absolutely amazing. Pizza was incredible and the pasta and sauce were delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking to a great pizza. My kids are very picky, but they love NICO'S PIZZA food.Some of the best pizza around hands down. Really fresh and well made. Not ever over or under cooked. They’ve somehow managed to make it the perfect middle. I highly recommend NICO'S PIZZA!

Have been ordering pizza here for years. They make the best pizzas I have ever eaten hands down. I will always advocate for them. I almost worked there but due to the job I had at the time I wasn't able to. I wish only the best for Nico's. They've always been good to their customers and I hope they get all the local support! Highly recommend eating here!

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and garlic bread with cheese. We got a cold pizza where the cheese doesn’t even stay on it and half of it was burnt pitch black. The garlic bread had no cheese and was cold and soggy. We love to support local especially after last year but never again for this business. They were great in the past but recently they’ve taken a huge turn for the worse.

The worst pizza I've ever had. Wings were disgusting. Delivery delivery driver ask me if I was gonna tip a more than $5. Cause he drove so far. Do not eat here do not do not eat here do not eat here absolutely horrible.. Eat domino's before you try here trust me it's absolutely disgusting

I have always ordered and loved there food. My wife had surgery recently and she could only eat soft foods. Meatballs etc. I read one of the reviews and had her try the Eggplant Rollatini she loved and and so did i. A huge thank you for letting me order just what she could eat and not a whole dinner. I can't say enough about the great food and the dedication to service. Thank you again

So I forgot to bring lunch to work and oh boy I’m glad I did, ordered a chicken gyro and a cheesecake and they were both delicious will keep this pizza place in mind in case it happens again

My friend and I saw it and stopped. Never been there before and go early never been in Plantsville before. I had the turkey club and she had the small pizza with olives. Her comment? "I've never seen anybody use the exactly right amount of olives." My comment? Even if you get anything else on the menu at the very least take a club sandwich home. Absolutely delectable! And the fries are little bits of heaven!

The pizza was terrible. So much cheese it was like triple cheese and we had to pick it off. Garlic bread was mediocre. The Buffalo chicken wrap was unlike any Buffalo wrap we’ve ever had. Basically breaded chicken with a touch of sauce, literally worst wrap we have ever had. Super disappointed in the food tonight.

I ordered a medium pizza for dinner. The crust was very light and the consistency of the pizza was mushy. I wasn’t able to eat it. It was delivered and it arrived very fast. That explains it, very under cooked. I ordered a cheese pizza with half peppers and onions. I can say it was a disappointment.
