Whenever I go to Connecticut to visit my family, this coffee shop is my top choice. As a self-proclaimed coffee lover, I really wish we had a place like this closer to home because it's simply amazing. The lattes here are incredibly tasty, made with single origin coffee and offering high-quality non-dairy alternatives. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and inviting, perfect for sitting back and enjoying the moment. It's time to bid farewell to those generic corporate chain coffee shops and show our support for local businesses! ♡

This coffee shop is great! The service was very friendly and quick.This time I had the chocolate covered strawberry latte which was a unique seasonal flavor and the flavor tasted like real chocolate covered strawberries it was delicious!I also like that it's right next to the Rails to Trails bike trail so it's nice to stop in for something after a nice bike ride or walk on the trail.

Their Nutella latte with sweet cold foam is the best coffee/dessert drink I've had in my entire life!!! (Sizes could use to be a bit bigger though)I haven't tried any other drinks, however they have great seating as well! Definitely worth a try! (Great parking too!)

The interior of Lions Den Coffee Shop had a minimalistic look to it, which is a good thing for a coffee place. Staff is really polite & friendly & dedicated. I went to the coffee shop with my dog & my fiancee. We decided to sit outside, since it was beautiful out. I was brought water for my pet which was truly wonderful.Lions Den Coffee is probably one of the best coffees I've tried. (And I have tried a lot of coffee places).

A hidden gem! Espresso and cappuccino are the best I have found in the US. And the cannoli is as good as the North end up in Boston. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee. Really great customer service. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and as a customer I really appreciate it.Also they know how to make a proper Espresso, which is really hard to do and definitely worth the trip.Great coffee and atmosphere.So much better than the chain coffee shops on all levels. A++

I love everything about this place but unfortunately they don’t have their fireplaces on when it is freezing outside. It would be so nice for ambience and would provide much more comfortable atmosphere inside as it is often very cold in there and not very comfortable.. needs a couch and some leather chairs. Maybe a table with a few simple games..

This place is amazing!!!After I tried cappuchino for the first time I can’t find anything better!We travel a lot to different European countries and I try cappuchino everywhere,but every time I come back to Lions Den I share with them my experience of getting not the best quality 😏All staff is perfectly trained and non of them disappointed me even once!Very friendly people and always welcoming!We bring there all our friends so they can try this unique cappuchino 🙂And we also made it a tradition to come to Lions Den for a cup of coffee with our friends twice a week right after work😅I’m so glad we have such an amazing place for those who really understands what a good coffee is!👍🏻

Stopped in today for a mid week treat. The Nutella Latte was delicious and the chocolate croissant was equal parts buttery and flaky. The space is bright and welcoming just like the staff. I will definitely be back to try more.

The iced coffee I got was okay. And it's not really fair to judge a coffee shop on iced coffee. Plan to go back and try again with a hot cup of coffee. I also had what they call a lobster tail, a croissant filled with cream cheese and drizzled with Nutella. For the price it was good but not great. The wait staff was energetic and helpful. The place has a nice appearence, but it's sort of vacant looking. They sells their coffee as whole beans for those who want to take some home and grind it themselves. An entire wall from 1 lb bags up.

Ordered an iced americano, it was probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I want to like Lions Den so bad to support local but it tastes like they leave their coffee in pitchers for weeks at a time and nothing is fresh.Maybe it’s a one-off but I’ve had multiple visits with similar outcomes. Hopefully something changes.

Stop by this little cute cafe shop by Southington Mountain. First time at this little cafe, we were tired and were looking for a good cup of coffee. This coffee shop was so clean, neat, and organized. All the girls at the counter were so friendly, helpful, and nice. Emily helped serve us, and she was really helpful in explaining all the different drinks, and I can tell she was very experienced. She explained how much foam, milk and espresso went in everything. She was very attentative as well, and made sure to ask us how we wanted our drinks. I asked for a pumpkin spice latte, and my friend asked for a iced caramel latte. She steamed my pumpkin latte with oatmilk, and she made me a lovely heart on top of my drink as well! My friend said the pumpkin latte was perfect. We definatly recommend this place to anyone looking for good coffee, and we will visit again!

I stopped in for the first time today and it might have been the best cup of coffee I've ever had. I got a medium iced coffee with marshmallow syrup, cream, and cold foam. It was delicious. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and comfortable too. I'll definitely be back.

Coffee is very good. Bakery items are good. Lots of options for non dairy. Wide variety of coffee and tea selection. Little expensive but worth it. Nice interior with exterior seating as well.Addition- don't have breakfast sandwich options like bacon and sausage and egg. But the paninis they have are quite good

Was not nice at all. Young cashier greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. The lady that made my French vanilla cappuccino had the look I don't want to be here. Wasn't nice at all. It's truly a coffee house. I am not coffee drunker but wild it's strong coffee. This is the place to be for good cup of coffee. I will not be back way too strong for me. Good luck
