My dog Orbit has gone here for playtime for an entire day, half a day, for a bath and grooming, and he has stayed with Miss Hope for a week when we went on vacation. He loves to go here! He is a high energy dog that loves playing with his friends. They have a wonderful staff and take great care of the animals. Thank you so much Miss Hope and staff. ❤️😍

This is the best daycare around! I traveled for three days and the owner provided more than enough updates with how my dog was doing. They treated my dog like their own and took such good care of him. My dog is usually nervous around dogs but did absolutely amazing with the other dogs here. The facility was very clean and extremely spacious for the dogs to play in. I would 100% recommend lather and laughs to anyone looking for grooming and daycare!

I take both my cats to Lather & Laughs— the groomers are amazing! My cat Moxy is very timid and does not like grooming, but the groomers always handle her correctly and with care! Take your long haired cats here for all grooming needs— trust me! They will not disappoint! Thank you Lather & Laughs!

Sooo my Lemmy had to go to groomer. His matting was getting too much for me. I didn't really know what to expect and was definitely nervous. I am very happy with the outcome... Lather and Laughs was extremely profesional and took very good care of my Lemmy. Lemmy looks like a little lion now and I love it... It makes it so much better during the Summer without his fur coat and also the matting is now no longer. So happy.. And he's happy too! I am shocked Lemmy even was able to do a grooming .. These guys (girl..Hope) did a great job!!

I originally was not going to post a review because my dog loved coming here, and the staff was very friendly; however, what I thought was just a bad haircut turned out to be a trip to the emergency vet. About three weeks ago, I brought my golden doodle in for grooming. This was his third time coming here, and I requested they cut him a little shorter. Turns out, they completely shaved him. I was very upset, but I didn’t make a scene since it’s hair and it will grow back. Later that day, I noticed there was a cut on his leg where they must’ve nicked him. It wasn’t bad, but it was annoying to see nonetheless. Fast forward three weeks, and I am writing this review from the waiting room at the emergency vet. His ear was bleeding, so we brought him in. Turns out, for the past several months we were getting him groomed here, they were not cleaning out his ears—even though I requested them to every time—so a large clump of hair and yeast developed in his ear canals. The vet said it was the largest clump of hair he’s ever pulled out of a dog’s ear, and he even gave us a sample to show the groomer. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the services received and felt compelled to share my experience so other local doodle owners can get their dogs groomed here at their own risk.

Today was my first visit. I’m very particular about how my dog is groomed. They have not yet learned my preferences. They didn’t get it quite right and I expressed my concerns. I got a call from the owner and she was awesome. They’ve agreed to redo the cut. She went out of her way to assure I was happy. That is everything to me!

Sweet Pea has been coming to Lather & Laughs for well over a year. She comes to be groomed as well as play. I can't sing their praises enough. Sweet Pea is a rescue and with that comes some quirky issues. For instance, she doesn't like loud noises. So, when they so her nails they can't use the Dremmel (also they have to get on the floor because she fears the table) so they clip do all by hand. She is afraid of cars passing by when walking, so they devised a route so she will feel safe. I could not imagine going anywhere else.

The best team I love this place . I trust them I have been with this doggie daycare for over four years my fur baby loves it they are on top of everything he goes almost everyday cries all the way there cannot wait to go ♥️ And I also leave him overnight on the weekends if I have to travel and cannot bring him Thank you for always watching over my fur baby

I've never been to a place that has GENUINELY treated my dog like their own. I came to Lather and Laughs for my dog Cooper to get his nails done and I truly will never go anywhere else again. They cut and sanded his nails perfectly. But honestly the thing that will make me come back mostly was the way they treated Cooper. The two men who cut his nails, Kyle and Tom, were giving Cooper love the ENTIRE time. They were petting him and talking to him and they even gave him kisses on his head. I couldn't believe it. I pray these men are paid well and treated right there because they are star employees from what I saw. Cooper is a happy pup today from this visit. Thank you so much for treating him like your own!!!!!

This was by far the best experience we have had with any dog groomer. The staff was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They walked us through all of the different grooming options. Our dog left looking great and seemed super happy. Can’t wait to come back next month.

I was excited to bring my puppy here as I’ve read nothing but positive reviews on ST. The experience was disappointing. Rather than have an opportunity to discuss the cut with the person who was to do the actual grooming, I was asked to give the owner a pic of what I wanted and she would “ show it to the groomer”. My pup emerged with a very choppy uneven coat throughout her body and her muzzle was a hack job; In their defense , my puppy is young and quite hyper - I’m sure it wasn’t easy to give a precision cut to her 4.5 lb squirming body. I was told “ she had an attitude and was snippy”- I got this feedback only when I asked to speak to the woman her groomed her- otherwise I never would have met her. I am giving 3 stars because the staff was all very friendly and nice but I do feel like they rushed through my dogs grooming and I would’ve liked to have spoken to who was actually doing my dogs hair instead of her remaining unseen in the back room.I’ve since brought my dog to another local groomer who took her time and spoke to me directly for several minutes before she started- discussing my dog and the cut I wanted. Her face/ muzzle came out perfect and the finish on her body and legs much smoother, softer and even... AND it was several dollars less. I wouldn’t return to L&L

Love these women. They took my puppy in totally last minute! I was disappointed with a prior grooming and she took me in to fix her cut. She didn't even put the other groomer down..she was actually supportive. Maggie looked beautiful. They are honest,supportive,and down to earth. They offer several other services..Great experience 👍

First time there and we felt like family. Our dog seemed more relaxed than usual when we left and that was a comfort to us. Hope sent us pictures throughout the day which added to our comfort level. Will definitely go back.

Friendly staff...however, I feel they rush through the appointments. I have been taking my fur baby there for over a yr now & I'm almost always disappointed. My recent visit I told them to not shave it down(bc it's cold out) & when I get there, they've got his coat on & he's completely shaved!!! I will not be taking my love there any more.

Hope does a excellent job with our cocker. Lakota is all most blind & they take special care with him. We've been going there for a few years! All the fur babies there all look happy to be there.

Run by hands-down the nicest people on the planet. Not only do my dogs look incredible after going there, they also smell great and have cute little bandannas when they come home. Customer service: 5 stars. Efficiency of work: 5 stars. I would never go anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped my golden doodle puppy off for a puppy cut. Because she had a few knots, they buzzed her entire body, including her face. I dropped off a teddy bear and picked up what looks like a sick, wild dog.They also nicked her cheek with the razor but did not notify us. My children burst into tears when they saw her.

We are not happy with the results. The groomer did not follow our request and instead shaved our dog down much further than we had asked for. We will not return here.
