Wow I have been sleeping on Arbys a long time now. Their milkshake (texture, taste, size, price, consistency) the best of all fast food. The price is reasonable and food seems like an actual sandwich you would/could make at home. Its not mind blowing flavor but will definitely choose over the other fast foods as far as being just as if not more filling, less expensive, and makes me feel as if im making better dietary choices lol. My only complaint, the mac and cheese could cost less or have better portion.

The food and service here is pretty good. The bathrooms and dining area are always clean when I visit. Never really had an issue. I don't like some of the pricing. I think it's a little much for some little simple sandwiches, but that's every Arby's.Vegetarian options: This place is made for those who like meat, they di have some things that don't have meat like Mac and cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, and fries.Parking: They have their own decent size parking lot. One way loop.

The food was good for it being arbys. We had gotten the buffalo chicken sliders. My only complaint about the food is the lack of chicken on the grinder, and the buffalo sauce to ranch ratio. On the other hand, the management over there was horrible. The manager was screaming at the crew members over there and saying some odd things. Not Professional at all. Very disappointed, loaded Italian is suppose to be toasted roll and it was not at all. Stale and chewy roll that got soggy before i could even eat it. 😣I ordered 8 poppers and recieved 5 without any dipping sauce, and the diet coke I ordered was an iced tea!! The whole ordered was wrong!

The fish sandwich was delicious. I was disappointed because my fries were cold. My sister took them back to get new ones and the waitress and manager were very short with her. She was spoken to very rudely because she put the fries on the counter. The woman handling the counter told her she couldn't help her. So she placed them on the counter so we could at least enjoy our sandwiches. I asked for a refund for the fries.

Ordered the 2/$5 classic roast beef and a Vanilla shake. The shake was deliciously creamy, 3 stars + for the shake. HOWEVER, smh the classic roast beef was not what I was expecting from Arby's. It was just roast beef no flavor on a sesame bun, no condiments like mustard or mayo or lettuce soggy bun. Guess Arby's has the meat just no seasonings or condiments. Can't say much more on the rest of their menu. My take, Avoid the roast beef deal. Drive thru staff were friendly and courteous. From the outside view, inside looked clean. Thereby 3 stars.

Arby's in general has stepped it up in options and quality. This specific location has fairly consistent forgetfulness in the drive thru regardless of what time I've gone. One gentleman, who is often at the window, almost ensures something is off with the order. Given they often appear to be short staffed, I don't mind double checking my order, but it would be appreciated if I didn't have to.

The employees were nice but the food was not that good. Curly fries were hard, the Diablo sandwich wasn't made properly and had almost no sauce. The Diablo loaded fries were most definitely NOT loaded, I had to actually open it to make sure there was even anything on the fries. The roast beef gyro had meat only on half of the gyro and they put the wrong cheese on it.

Website and Google both say closing is at 11. Pulled up at 10:25, lights are all on. I get to the drivethru speaker, and sit there for a moment waiting patiently. Lights all turned off. If there were extenuating circumstances to close early, I get it. But say something, don’t just turn it off while I’m at the menu. Lights inside were all still on as well, so I know for a fact someone was in there.

Ive gone in past and it was good. But this time everyone had all the fries , nuggets ,exc.... done and sitting there not fresh, filled with old frys and piles of done nuggets. and when i recieved my food everything was cold and old. No more arbys. Its a shame cause i liked the 80 year old woman that worked the register, she was nice. I wish arbys corporate would actually see this write up cause i know im wasting my breath

Clean. Appreciate that these days. A lot of staff during lunch time just moving but not really working, idk. Very long line waiting and cashier appeared to have lost it. Manager stepped in and immediate had no line in matter of minutes. I suspect better training may be needed.The food came out quickly and was good. Wish all arbys was as nice as this location

Great place to get a roast beef sandwich or slider! I love the sliders because I can't eat a whole roast beef sandwich (they are big!)Parking: Easy to get in and out of.

They ran out of fish? It's mid day and a restaurant was Out? My cheddar cheese beef sandwich was Luke warm and the cheese not melted. Fries were neutral temperature. No hotness to fries and I never was served my milkshake..thought it was in the bag. The cookie was delicious.Features: That was fine

The cashier that took the order did a great job. The other cashier at the window needs to be retrained in customer service if she wants to continue in this type of service job. Not fit for the service food industry!! I was beyond polite & ask if she could please give the correct item that was ordered! However, her rude nasty comment, body language and attitude said it all!! Will not ever do business at this location!

Been to this location before and had a good experience but tonight was awful. The drive thru person made us wait at the speaker for 4-5 minutes just to place our order. At the window she was acting very annoyed when we asked for straws for our drink and simple stuff. Then she forgot all our sauces gave us wrong items and no napkins. I'm thinking she might have been new and I can relate to that but she was surly and unhelpful even when we were trying to be patient and nice.

For fast food, it's a welcome change from "doze burger joints". The food has a consistent quality at all the locations I've visited, so I got what I expected. (Yes, their food is good)So, it's about the service.I queued up for drive thru, long line(8cars) and this location kept it moving! The "order taker" said "Let me know when you're ready to order", so not too rushed, no attitude. Aced the order, and, miracle! the Jamoca shake machine was working! (McDonalds, you taking notes?)2 above average sized adults were well fed for about $20.Good job, Southington Arby's!Would recommend.
