I want to thank the young man who groomed my boy socks today. I think his name was Jacks. Socks has been traumatized by groomers, the vet and me trying to cut his nails. Today he left looking and smelling great and best of all 10 toes. Definitely will be back and thank you again

I was able to enter the store and get help quickly. I told the young woman helping me what I was looking for and that I wanted whatever was needed so I could surprise my hubby with a bearded dragon. That's his Christmas present. The staff member was pretty helpful. Even without knowing a ton about the reptile she did her best to help me. She did a great job. My hubby is super happy! He was able to put the habitat together with everything he needed and put his new friend (Draco) right into his new home.

I had the privilege of having one of the most considerate interaction a person could hope for rushing into a store only 10 mins before they close. The individuals informed shippers in a direct and respectful way that they would be closing in so many minutes.It was a gentle nudge versus feeling properly rushed.For anyone that has had some limitations encompassing your ability to move quickly or just nearly your old pace.I had to ask for help, I knew I was going to just keep them from after work plans and priorities.The individual that he was walking the store, helped me find my item was politely and with kindness.The individuals at the register was professional and commutative. It was a quick, informative and simple transaction.This kind of customer service is what can make a person seen, it makes that person remember that kindness and consideration does exist.I've been having a rough time and these people made an impression and deserve recognition.

I’m pretty disappointed in this location. I was at another Petsmart location working on training my Service Dog with his off leash required tasks. I asked the manager and he said that it was no problem at all. I came to this location and was disrespected by an employee by rudely saying “you need to hang on to the leash” and as someone with a disability it was very uncomfortable to be spoken to so rudely by staff here. Even though my dog is fully SD trained I choose not to advertise this with a vest and all dogs need to practice new and old tasks. While my dog failed a down/stay and approached me to signal a task, she passed by us telling me to hold his leash; not only am I a completely understanding person but I wasn’t informed to this stores leash policy. Unfortunately, my dog was distracted by this interruption which also disconnected him from his job resulting in my disability being triggered without my SD able to complete his task.As a well mannered citizen I expect the same respect from others and that is not what I received at this location. I didn’t respond to her negativity as I knew I would be contacting this location to report this. The ADA allows my dog to be with me by law as well as perform tasks without his leash as it can cause injury to me as well as my SD. I felt like my dog was being hindered from performing just so that I could avoid confrontation from this woman. The Berlin and Manchester locations have not only friendlier employees but more attentive staff as well. The only person that was friendly was the cashier. It’s very sad that a person with a disability, visible or not, and SD can’t be given respect by a Petsmart employee. Where is your compassion for animals and their handlers? I will be calling the establishment to inform them of this behavior.

got a bearded dragon here and the worker taylor almost closed its tail in the small container they go in and the poor leopard gecko did not look well hidden under the rug and they shouldn’t even have rug it’s bad for them and the staff member said it’s normal for them to hide under rugs no it’s not then the general manager called me didn’t even care what i had to say i’m done coming here

Never again will I bring my animals at this groomers! I was unsatisfied with their outcome, one of my animals cut look like it was their first time on the job and she had no light to see where she was cutting and rushing. If they didn’t want to stress my animal out there shouldn’t have proceed and went onto the cut. I should of gotten a call instead of processing and seeing sloppy work when I pick him up. I also checked his nails and they didn’t even cut some of his nails. I spoke with this lady on the phone to see why I paid full prices ($98 each ) for a work that wasn’t completely and sloppy but nothing was fixed...... SMH never again waisted $200 something and I could of did everything at my house but me thinking they the professionals they know what to doing. Go to the REAL PROFESSIONALS that specialize in pet grooming and love what they doing because it ain’t here.... But I only could say they have nice items in the stores to buy only for your pets but the grooming part second guess that decision dropping your pets there because my animals look crazy and now I can’t wait until their hair grow back! Mad at myself for taking them here but I was going by the reviews and their rate.

Great deals and low prices on most items. Not enough staff though we walked around looking for help but either everyone was helping someone or no one on floor. Hard to distinguish who is working the outfit doesn't make it easy to make out who works there or not. The dry food is a little expensive but overall the place was clean not smelly and everyone seemed kind. I will definitely go back again.

I come to the store at least once a week if not more I bring my two dogs in and they love walking through the store and picking out what they want. They have a great selection to choose from and this is one of my favorite pet stores to walk into although I do go to every pet store in town I do choose this one over all of them. I have always found what I'm looking for and I enjoy looking at the pets when I walk through the store. They have a great selection of items for cats dogs guinea pigs birds any pet that you have you will be pleased to see the selection that they have.

Hermit crabs breathe the humidity NOT THE AIR! Having 43% humidity and 68° is animal abuse! And the food.... was all stuck together when I touched it. I can only imagine when the last time that was changed. DO BETTER PETSMART!

Hey. It's a pet store. Exactly what you'd expect. I do find PetSmart overall nicer and easier to navigate then their competition and like how they offer viewing and adoptions for homeless animals.
