I have been doing business with them for years and have always had a good experience with them. Just picked up my fifth wheel yesterday. Technician Mike did an excellent job working on my RV. Everyone here is super friendly and accommodating. Great prices on propane too. Happy to support a local family owned business. Thanks guys!

Just completely stay far away from this company, you’ll be happy that you did. Like a used car salesman, after you leave the lot, you no longer exist. They simply refuse to do service work except for the rare few for appearances. Not sure what the Service Manager holds over the head of the owner but apparently she runs the business, not him.

I waited one hour and was charged $150 dollars to have my trailer hitch installed. All they had to do was put 4 bolts in.... Obvious scam and will not recommend.

Throughout my life, I've purchased 11 campers from various dealerships. However, my experience with Hi-way Campers, from the initial call to the delivery of our new park model, has been exceptional. i wish i could give them 0 stars because i never did get anything done with them. Emailed over a month ago to inquire about purchasing a bike hitch for my Lance trailer...twice. I never received an email back. I decided to pick up the phone and call on Monday of this week. I spoke to Jason who said he would research and call me back. He called me later to say he needed more information from me before he could find the part. I called him back to answer his question but he was not there. I left message. He never called back. I called back next morning. Jason was off. I spoke to Colleen who said she would call Lance and call me back. I never heard back. I called the next morning and Colleen was off but Jason was back. He said he would find out if Colleen had called Lance and if she didn't he would...and he would call me back and let me know. 4pm in the afternoon i tried again since i hadn't heard and he was gone for the day. I spoke to the wife of the President of the company. I was understandably upset and told her so but she had no interest in hearing what i had to say. All she did was defend her staff and tell me to call another dealership, so that's exactly what i'm going to do. I was not looking for immediate results regarding the hitch as i knew it would have to be ordered. But in my world, good customer service folks call back their customers even if they don't have an answer to a question. I didn't get upset until it happened to me THREE times in the same week. I don't consider that a coincidence nor am i an unreasonable customer.

Sales staff were good, service department not so good. Bought the unit New from them. Had multiple issues and brought it back for warranty repairs. Waited over a month with Several calls to service with no answer and no return call. Finally got a call that it was done, come pick it up. Got it home and the thermostat was hanging by the wire with the screws for the wall mount missing, the heat duct cover laying on the floor, the slide floor broken from the technician who was repairing the table which he drove screws through the top.I am frustrated at this point and I’m going to fix the items myself. I can’t stand the incompetence of their service department any more.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review of Hi-Way Campers. We have been traveling in an RV for about 4 years now around the country and as you can imagine needs come up for our home on wheels . Initially we found this place as a source for propane refill for our built in tank but since then we have discovered this place for many other items as well . We needed a replacement toilet last week and it was an easy no pressure decision. I’m addition the replacement toilet was a very easy install for me ( as they said it would be) 2 bolts - easy peasy. They have a catalogue of RV items that you can take with you at no cost to help with researching parts/ understanding costs etc. most of all they are SUPER friendly and professional and there is a very sweet French bulldog who you might get to pet if your very lucky . ❤️😂 🏽❤️😂 🏽 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!

We scheduled a move date a month in advance. We were moving from overseas and this was the place we would live in for a temporary time. A veteran family with a baby. Our move date came and we didn't hear from the company. We called about 8 times just to get an answer that their vehicle went down. They didn't try to contact us to let us know. Two days later we were still in limbo and had to hire someone else last minute. Would not do business with them. Very unprofessional.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Chelsea was an absolute doll and Buck is very knowledgeable. They took my camper in for service even though I had bought it at another family owned RV place that was sold to a big RV conglomerate. I did not want to have to deal with that big RV place because they were horrible. I called Chelsea and she explained how very busy they were, I explained my predicament and she absolutely said that they could help and not to worry about a thing. They will definitely get my business in the future and I have referred them to all my camping friends. They truly made us feel like a part of the family.

I had leak in the slider on my Mallard camper when it rained, I tried to find it no luck. I brought my camper to the shop and after a lot of hard work they fixed my problem. I was treated with respect and told the truth about how the work would be done and what the cost would be. I highly recommend them they are great people to deal with.

I just want to take a minute to give a quick shout out to the parts department here. I was looking for a gearbox for my broken slide out, I called probably 30 dealerships in New England with no luck. A friend of mine told me about this place and made the call. I was doubtful , but believe it or not they had one on the shelf. They put it aside for me and I drove down 2 hrs and got it. They had it ready for me when I arrived. In and out in less than 3 minutes. It was a great experience. You should definitely give them a shot if you’re looking for a part.

Buyer Bewear: i just recently puchased a 2019 camper from them. Was told everything was in good working order. When they dropped off the camper the Refrigerator did not work. Called to ask if there was even a 30 day Warranty off the lot they told me no you bought the camper as is and wanted to charge me Service to fix.

The sales is great but service is horrible. They blew us off several times in fixing our stove and never called to tell us. We had to call them. Finally stop in in person to talk to them and they said “oh we have you scheduled for July 26th” again no phone call to inform us. Then they said you will be first for the day because we don’t have anymore else scheduled yet for the day, which is at 8:00. Well here it is almost 9:00 and haven’t heard from them. So WE call again. Oh sorry we can’t get there til 11:00. REALLY! And when were you planning on calling us to tell us. We have company from Florida and had plans for the day. Now it’s another waiting game to see IF THEY SHOW UP. Hope the service tech is good.

We told her what we want in a floor plan & how many people we needed it to sleep & what our budget was & she had us seated & doing the paper work in an hour of arriving the. called to discuss warranty work, and dealer refused to address unless purchased from there dealership, 1st reason not to buy from them!Imagine if your new ford or chevy dealer tried to pull the same b.s.?If you want to promote the business of selling campers, why not make the experience the best it can be, rather than saying, we take care of your warranty work only if you buy from us?I WOULD NOT BUY from a dealer who's policy was such!!!!

My husband and I were just in to get a thermostat for our camper. We were greeted from a very helpful and friendly woman. We were redirected to another (younger woman) to help us. We found her rude and insulting and not very helpful. She might have been having a bad day, but her customer service is lacking. We did get what we wanted ....but we would not recommend.

The only reason I'm giving them one star is the camper I purchased is sweet. I do like it. It's a retro 135. However, the service received was not satisfactory. 1st, they did not wear a mask when I was being briefed on the use of the camper. I was offended at their lack of consideration. 2nd, this was my 1st camper and I was originally told I would be given a test run but not the case, I simply had to go out on the highway cold. 3rd, they put on a wireless brake system stating the traditional electric brake system would not work on my vehicle. This turned out to be a lie. The brakes have never worked properly for one and they conflict with the ability of a wireless backup camera to operate. Went to another trailer dealer who said the other brakes could be installed but it does take a bit longer. I surmise the Hy-Way Campers didn't want to spend the time and simply sold me the line on the wireless brakes. Also, they installed them poorly. There were no washers put on the electrical cord connection on the car so that fell off shortly after coming home. There is a hot wire under the car that was not covered. Last, the brakes simply don't work properly. I'll have them changed out in the spring when I get my camper dewinterized. An additional expense that should never have happened. I won't be returning to Hi-Way Campers.

Bought two campers from them. First was great second is a hemp of garbage brand new 2017 42’ 5th wheel and has been back at their place more than our driveway.So many issues with it. Had it last time for over 5and half months and there are still issues with it. Repair crew did a horrible job putting back together. 2 year could make it look better.Go somewhere else.

BEWARE. Stay far....far away! I made a service appointment 2 weeks in advance and told them it was urgent I had my hitch installed before Easter due to a planned trip. They asked specific questions about my truck to be sure they had the parts necessary. It was a basic 5th wheel install on a 2017 F350. When I arrived for my appointment, after they brought my vehicle inside, they informed me that they didn't have the right parts for the install and would need a couple days to get the right parts. So, I agreed to to come back in 2 days when the parts would be there. Each trip was a total of 120 round trip miles, not to mention my time. When I came back 2 days later, they informed me (after I waited an hour) that they again ordered the wrong parts. There wasn't an apology or request to make it right! I left and will never go back again.
