I am so grateful I do not have to worry about my clasp not working and loosing a piece I have since I was 16 years old from my parents. Joe understood completely how important it was to me. I searched for my husbands wedding band extensively. Online shopping, in person shopping, and also asked for suggestions. Enchanted jewelry has an amazing team of staff who are very helpful. I love this store, it is truly for anyone because they have all different pricing tiers of jewelry. Highly recommend over any other jewelry store in Ct.

Unreliable, Unprofessional-would give zero stars if possible! On 8/22/23 brought 2 rings (engagement and wedding band) in to be resized and woman’s wedding band to be repaired. Was told that he could remake the wedding band using the same gold and the items would be done on 9/9/23. The price was quoted as $1200-$1500 which was high but I agreed to it. We had not received a call so stopped in on 9/16/23 and was told he would work on them on Monday. After another 3 weeks, called again and the owner said he had not started them yet, but would have them done by Halloween. My 35th wedding anniversary was on 11/12/23 and wanted to have our wedding bands. After having our items for 9 weeks the owner called and said the wedding band repair was too big of a job and he was unable to do it. He gave a bunch of excuses about how many hours it would take and how he had done one for someone else and it didn’t come out right. If he couldn’t handle the job he should have said that when we met with him and not kept my ring for 9 weeks and then called and told me to come pick it up without ever doing any of the work. I was so disappointed! He did give me the 2 rings that he finally resized for no charge, but that did not make up for it. Do not trust him with your jewelry. He will lie to you and can’t be trusted to complete work.

Yes I was referred to enchanted jewelry by a co-worker who had had one ring made out of her wedding band and her engagement ring. they did an absolutely gorgeous job. Years ago, i had to have my set of rings cut off of my fingers by the hospital and they mangled them! So, I went to Enchanted Jewelry and they were able to put them back together with anew diamond in a new setting. They did anexcellent job and I am so happy with my beautiful new rings. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They were so helpful, kind and considerate. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.I have now found my new go to quaint Jewelry store.thank you enchanted jewelry for all that you did.

I have been using Enchanted Jewelry for years. We first brought my engagement ring to the danielson location back in 2014 after a bad experience with another jeweler. The original owner was so so sweet and totally reassured us that this large investment was indeed what it had been sold as. We decided then and there that this would be our family jeweler. When we decided to have a custom piece made there was no question where we would go. The original owner has passed the business to the next generation and I’m happy to say that his daughter was just as lovely. The custom piece and the customer service exceed expectations.

Well they have done exceptional work ,it has come out better than I pictured!! I know that Joe did the work on it and I can't thank you enough. Everyone at Enchanted Jewelry is helpful I wore a replacement ring that belong to my daughter but has family history ,it was big on me Lori noticed and suggested I get a ring gaurd and I'm sure that's the only reason I had it to give back. I am so happy I went to Enchanted Jewelry! I have my Grandmother’s engagement and wedding rings as my own, but they needed some repairs. This place is AMAZING. I brought my great grandmothers 75-100 year old ring to be restored and I was floored by the amazing work Jess did restoring it. Jess is an amazing jewler and brought my old rings back to life. When I brougnt them in, I thought the band was missing most of its diamonds, but Jess cleaned it up so nice it turned out it had all its diamonds and shined beautifully! Not only was the work amazing but the service was SPECTACULAR. I dropped off my rings which were supposed to take a week, and got a call 2 days later that they were ready to be picked up. The staff is so friendly and kind. When I first went to the shop I was expecting the workers to try to sell me on other jewlery... but I was so happy to find that it wasn't like other jewlers I had been to. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Went above and beyond answering my inquiry for a restoration late at night, booking me for the next day. Then even stayed open a little later than usual so I could pick up my rings after work...I can not recommend them enough! The work, kindness, and overall experience was worth every penny and I highly recommend this jewler! Thank you to Jess, Jill, and the rest of the fabulous team! It was a pleasure to meet you all.

These ladies are rock-stars (heh!) in every way. I was educated first about my engagement ring (a natural emerald) and the needs of that stone as opposed to others, and then was introduced to my options for a band to compliment it. My initial inquiry was answered immediately and by text so it was so easy to chat, the location is on my way home from work so I never had to go out of my way to get to them, and ended up with the best wedding band I could’ve imagined! They really are all about ensuring their customers know everything they need to in order to make an informed decision. When the stone became loose in my ring I stopped by to see if they could fix it. I was so pleasantly surprised to see them repair it immediately and polish it! It didn’t even look like my ring! While waiting , we had the nicest conversation and it seemed like it was fixed in no time at all. When I asked about the cost they said no charge! How often do you hear those words? Lol Enchanted Jewelry you are by far the best! This is a family run business that has been around for years. They had gorgeous jewelry to purchase. Enchanted Jewelry is a great local jewelry store. They have beautiful pieces, new and estate pieces very reasonably priced. The staff was amazing! I brought in a piece of jewelry that was being passed down for inspection and resizing. They inspected all the stones and setts to give me an idea of what was needed before it was sent off for repair. They called to update me on what was needed along with the cost. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the whole process. They resized the ring before the end of the next day and it we received it looked better than we left it. Today I went to have my diamond wedding ring polished and buffed at Enchanted Jewlery and the jeweler, Joe, inspected my ring and discovered that the diamond was loose and one of the prongs was bent! I didn’t even notice this and I am so thankful that I went there before something happened to it. I definitely recommend them to everyone. They were friendly, professional, and they fixed my ring while I waited so I didn’t have to wait for it to be repaired.
