We were in a bad situation , waking up at the LA Quinta Inn next door and went out to the car to find a very flat tire. AAA said they would be atleast 3 hours and I had to get to work. I went next door to your store and this wonderful lady named Bee had us pull to the back of the store , and got us air for our tire. I was almost in tears , it has been a long time since I have been helped by a stranger or seen human kindness or customer service in a very long time. She should be employee of the year and I have told everyone what a wonderful store and employee you have there. You are blessed to have her working there and I am sure everyone she has helped agrees with me. Thank you again Bee , you are a God send!!! WITH MUCH APPRECIATION , Erin and my son Zane.

The chicks here get me every time. I’m talking about baby’s chickens 🐣. So cute. This is where Goldie Locks would shop. Home Depot is too BIG True Value is too small. Tractor Supply Co. is just right. Good deals good tools good pet stuff also. Now they have a whole section devoted to Carhartt clothing. Great selection. I will deff energy be back to do some shopping.

Love the Tractor Supply Company! They have a little bit of everything for just about anything you might be doing project wise. They also have a nice pet selection. One of the best products they have are there stall mats. Endless amount of uses for them.

I like buying nuts and bolts by the pound, they have reasonable prices. Beware of sale items though, they are often mislabeled with nonsale items found on wrong sale displays. The cashier is often gracious enough to adjust and honor the miss priced item. Also, be patient, as the store is generally understaffed.

Always my favorite get a little bit of everything store. Running a farm or just a do it yourselfer, most likely they have some of the common and more of the uncommon things the big orange and blue boxes don't carry!! Highly recommend. Always puts a smile on my face. 😁😁😁😁😁

I make frequent trips to this tractor supply co as well as others. The past three trips I have made to this location, since it is convenient, I have been dissatisfied. Often, they do not have what I am looking for in stock or they have it "on the truck out back but haven't unloaded". I have ordered products from them twice and did not receive a phone call when the items came in. More often than not I have to travel to another location to purchase the items that I need. Although the location is more convenient to me, I will now shop at the Griswold, CT or Coventry, RI stores.

Ordered 3 items on the website using the Curbside Pickup option. A shovel, a wheelbarrow, and a gravel rake. The website said all three items were in stock at the Pawcatuck location (I specifically set the search to show in-store items only as I needed them same day). I paid via PayPal and it said I would receive an email when my order was ready to be picked up. 45 minutes later I received an email saying my entire order was cancelled. What the hell?! No reason why was given, but of course I still have a pending charge for $147.00 on my CC that will now take days to go away for absolutely nothing in return. Ended up going to Home Depot and got everything I needed. Thanks for nothing, TS.

Nice people. Lots of supplies for farm. Limited horse supplies and feed, ok for the casual rider, not great selection of horse vaccines unless you're breeding . Cat and dog food and vaccines, the common brands. Decent prices

We get all of our dog food and lots of other stuff there too. They honestly have some of the best prices even comparing with Walmart...I got batteries there for less than half the price anywhere else!

I have had two occasions to use the "rain check option " to get items not in stock. Each time I called it became obvious there was not a known system to promptly get the status of the rain check. The backlog of EACH raincheck wasn't filed by SKU #, or last name or something unique. Furthermore it wasn't statused with an estimated delivery delivery. Telling customers it will be delivered after the truck gets full it not a answer. I recommend that the corporate / local managers get together and establish a friendly, efficient system for their local store personnel. Such a system will help customers feel that their items on order will not be lost in the shuffle. keep the management of each store looking engaged with their customers and develop a better way.

I went to the one in Pawcatuck to buy a power washer that's on sale starting yesterday. They only had the display model. I wanted one in a box. They checked, Coventry had 2. I drive to Coventry, only the display. Come, really ????? You advertise a sale and don't have the stock ??? The shelf space under display was empty. I guess I have to order it online, have them shipped it to the store, then go pick it up at the store. Piss poor way to run a business.Wasted trip and wasted gas. Not happy.

Don't try writing a check there if you don't write Che is often using facilities that use Telecheck. If you don't, they will embarrass you and refuse it, even if you have plenty of money. You can call, talk to check company and they will tell you it has nothing to do with your finances, just you don't have a "history". I guess a history of shopping there regularly and using your debit card doesn't count. Service is OK, but nothing to write home about. Store is never busy so you can pretty much lolly gag without worries. Plenty of parking.

This rating is for the Pawcatuck CT store only. The Pawcatuck Tractor Supply is THE WORST! The staff is always great but here is my typical day running to tractor supply.. need x part because machine is broken go to tsc and there is an empty shelf where the item I need should be.. the inventory control at this store is terrible! I'll go back 3 weeks later and the same items are still not restocked (example: 10w30 oil always out of stock now if that happens isn't that a sign to order MORE?). Also this store does not have everything other stores have for some reason. I go online and see something go to store and they say they never stock that item "but Griswold has 20". The hardware section? Forget it I don't even bother anymore NOTHING is in the proper location. I have always been a fan of tsc and I still get my dog food and many other things here but it is rediculous to have one so close and have to drive by it to go to Griswold 25 min away to guarantee I can buy what I need.

Karen is AWESOME but she is only one person. The rest of the crew is not on task. Items are often still in back or not shelved correctly. Karen knows the products but others are clueless. I spend a lot of money at TSC and am getting tired of leaving the store frustrated.
