The grooming salon here is excellent. We use Kimberly and she does a great job with our dog. Kimberly is someone that we trust with our dog.Petsmart in general is a great store. Staff here are very nice and prices are very reasonable.

Originally I went there just to look around. And so we fell in love with several cats. Oh my goodness they really get thorough with the information about adopting in cat. They even want proof of ownership of your home.

Don’t have reliable groomers. Crystal is forever calling out then they expect customers to accommodate weeks out for another appointment.

My first experience with PetSmart did not disappoint. I took my little guy in for grooming services and they did a phenomenal job. I will be bringing him back for more services in the future! 🐶

Crystal there is ridiculous, she is rude, impatient to the dogs while trimming them. And she tries to avoid providing service to customers and find all kinds of excuses to send them back.

Place went down hill nothing is ever labeled correctly so the price never adds up very thing is limited selection not sure how this place is still in business

I went in doing a doordash order and i had some trouble looking for the items so i asked for assistance from the worker named jamie he had amazing customer service skills , very polite & helped me find every item i needed! This was a great experience!

Reasonable prices, they have pet grooming. It would be better if they had more items and grooming packages for cats as they do for dogs. Also, they need more associates on the floor to assist customers.

Went to purchase a hamster for my daughter and they tried to force me into buying a $100 cage after one of the workers told me that the $45 one was fine. The other worker went to the register and told me she will not sell me the hamster if i didnt get the "proper enclosure" which was the $100 one once accordint to her, I explained that the other woman said the $45 one was for that type of hamster and she blatantly said well I dont believe that is, so i will not sell you the hamster. The other worker by the name of Jamie heard all of this and the attitude she gave me and refused to give me her name, I said I would file a complaint and I left and went to petco in milford and purchased the hamster there with a new cage. 2 hours later I get a call from the orange police which shocked me because there was no altercation, he said he wanted to let me know that they did not want me back in their store and asked for my side of the story and then told me that I should file a complaint against them.

Tyler in Orange is the ABSOLUTE best ambassador for PetSmart !His friendliness begins the second he sees you. Sometimes before you’re even actually inside! He’ll catch you in the doorway ! Makes a bad day a good day. He gives me faith in humanity as I too work with the public.He’s literally the best !

1st time here and unfortunately I expected better service. My dog was shaved and knocked on his privates and now doesn't want to move from his pillow. Not even to go pee. I have the happiest dog who is currently in agony. I paid for the deluxe and got less than basic.

Richar is a terrible manager who plays favorites with all the Hispanics that are in said establishment. I used to work for that piece of garbage and said i wasnt greeting anyone that came through that door, buh i was greeting everyone that came through that door. He belittled me infront of my co workers, please do not shop here everything is either broken missing or not in store. Pet supplies plus, Petco, And any other pet store are real better options than this one here. Prices are too expensive and they dont train cashiers properly.

Manager Richar is horribly rude, mispronounces names even after corrected, have watched him berate and belittle the groomers in front of others and has horrible management skills as well as a knack for pressuring customers into purchasing items or extras they didn’t ask for. Needs to be removed from this store immediately

I went in today with my puppies to buy snacks and food. While waiting in line behind a gentleman a female cashier opened up and said they would take the next person in line. The cashier's name is Alex. She looked right at me as I started to approach the register. Suddenly another customer (who was behind me) ran over to her and she rung them up instead. She ignored my reaction of shock completely. When I mentioned it, she had no empathy. Secondly, the other cashier Tyler (with the shoulder length hair) I think his name is...a.k.a "chatter box" is always over-friendly but the line is always so long because he won't stop talking. Please talk to your employees or provide MORE training on what the definition of customer service is and means. People who are buying your products should be treated much better.

I had called to see if I could do a walk in with my pup, (grooming) I was told it's by appointment only due to understaff issues. The girl was very sweet and understanding to my wanting and needing to get my pup in. She spoke to her colleague and was able to get me in immediately.! I could always find everything I need for my animals and more. I recommend it to anyone in the area. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming and informative Staff.

The staff was helpful. Shelves were well stocked, but they don't sell 9-Lives cat food. Plenty of Friskies, Purina, Fancy Feasts & high end brands, but no 9-Lives.The store was clean they have an adoption & grooming department in the store. That must be convenient --buy it, wash it, take the pet & food of choice, go home.Prices are comparable to supermarket petfood prices.

Have broken items on the shelves. Make sure to check before you bring home. I had bought a small pet container for my hatchling crested gecko that had hatched. Didn't notice the hole in it until after. By the time I realized I lost a gecko and couldn't change out my product because of no receipt.

The people working here are suspiciously nice, like, all the time.They are exceedingly helpful, and weirdly knowledgeable.Almost too good at what they do. Almost as if they like their jobs.Such personable service is not encouraged in New England.

great associates, sometimes takes a bit to get help with getting crickets, but that's usually because they are short staffedediting it to say that there is one cashier, I always forget to ask his name, who is one of the most upbeat and friendliest people I've met. even when it takes some time to get help on the floor, I always leave smiling because he gives such a great final experience. I credit him with being the reason I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars
