It's a great store!!! They always have the food I want for my cat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They play the best music in the store which makes the shopping experience better. The store is very, very clean. They have a great selection of dog toys which I buy for my friend's dog. 5 stars plus!!!!

I first visited this store because they donated a gift card to a community fundraising event. It’s now my absolute favourite pet store- the staff are so friendly, helpful, and fun. The prices are great and if you sign up for their club you get some great coupons.Edit: I originally wrote 'not' my favourite pet store but meant 'now' my favourite pet store!

Every time I visit this store I am met with a Friendly hello from staff. The store is always clean and have a wide variety of pet supplies. In the past few trips I have needed help with items for a new puppy and a young man was so helpful. I really appreciate the assistance without being pushy. I will continue to give Pet Supplies Plus my business.

There is always someone to help. The store is always clean and if there is a item out of stock on the floor/shelves, they will get it from the stock above the shelves or in the back. Great employees! Knowledgeable and friendly. They play the best music!

They are are very knowledgeable and friendly. They not only email you your online pick up order is ready they call you too. Online pricing and rewards program a good perk. They just added a self dog wash and provide everything needed except a brush. Very clean and convenient at the Orange, CT location. $15 per wash or you can buy a package for less.

I have shopped here for most of my pets needs for many years. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The prices are good and competitive with other pet stores but I like shopping at a local business that's not a chain and I find their inventory and prices are as good if not better than other pet supply stores.

This pet store is terrific! Great prices, big selection and the staff is wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I had to exchange multiple cans of cat food because our elderly cat was not well, and definitely a fussy eater. We finally found a brand and flavor the cat would eat. Ashley and the young man with the beard were so helpful and understanding, assisting me with the exchanges. Thanks for your help!I was at Pet Supplies Plus again today, 8/22/2022, and as usual the staff is friendly and helpful. the young man carried out 3 heavy bags of bird seed for me, which I appreciated.Friendly staff. they have also carried out heavy boxes of cat litter for me. Always appreciated. :)

Pet Supplies Plus is a fantastic place for all your pet needs! The people who work there are always kind and helpful, even going out of their way to get things for me at the cash register when I forget something. They also email me almost weekly coupons and I think their prices are very reasonable! The store is very clean and organized too.

Such great staff.Update 4/18/23Just left the store and had to share my absolutely amazing experience. Today is my babies 5th birthday so we decided to bring him in to pick out a few toys and get a few cupcakes to sing happy birthday 🎂. The 2 young women who were working today around 130pm are superstars! They treated my baby like royalty and gave him so much love! They even took a great picture of him for their social media page! On top of the amazing customer service we received we got 90 dollars worth of stuff for 40 dollars because of their rewards program and because of a coupon they sent for Papa Bears birthday! Thank you ladies for making my boys birthday extra special!

Pet Supplies Plus in Orange always has what I need for my dogs, cats and birds. They also have a pet food donation area in the front of the store, which I love.My husband recently bought two beautiful blue parakeets there. The birds are healthy and happy. The price is more reasonable than other local pet stores!!The staff is always polite and friendly, also very helpful!

I love my Pet Supplies Plus store on Orange, CT. The sale associates are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer my questions, find products and give me recommendations when I ask. All the stores are great but the Orange location is the best. And my dogs loves them too!!

Great store for all my pet food and little needs. Both cat and dog treats are always on sale and the variety is always changing which keeps it interesting for me pets. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so being able to get everything I need in 1 spot is perfect. I used to shop at some of the big online retailers but Pet Supplies Plus is actually less expensive, especially with the coupons that they email. Staff is always friendly and more than willing to help. They even ask about what animals you have at home while you check out. Makes you feel that they are all animal lovers and not just employees looking to get a paycheck. Makes the shopping experience there a little more personal. They also have a "treat deli" setup by the register with inexpensive chew options. They sell vanilla pig ears that my dogs love for only $1.98 each. The ears are so large I can even cut them in half and give each of my guys a piece.

I'm a long time customer of the Pet Supplies Plus in Bedford, NH, so when we moved to Connecticut I was hoping for the same great service and I was not disappointed. Colby, the manager, and I are already on a first-name basis. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. For example, yesterday I had to return some items because I bought the wrong kind of food for our newly adopted dog, and I didn't have the receipt but it was no problem at all because I used my loyalty card. Plus, I love that they have a discount on Fancy Feast if you purchase 48 cans or more, because we have two cats and I buy a lot of it. And they always have other discounts, sales and deals as well. It is so much nicer to shop at a pet store where you are greeted when you walk in and there is always assistance available to help you find what you're looking for, than shopping at the huge warehouse pet stores. I actually look forward to my trips to Pet Supplies Plus!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. My guinea pig loves their vitamin C from Natural Science. I purchased him from the Milford Store about two years ago. They were very knowledgeable on what we needed. We are so happy he is a member of our family.

This store has a very large supply of quality dog food. The staff is warm and very helpful. I like the brands they carry and the help I get from the workers there. The emplyees appear to love their job as well as helping customers.
