This review rating is based off customer service and I will be coming back to rate on product as well. There is something to be said about a business owner who is friendly, human, non- judge mental, utilizes & believes in their product! His wonderful companion Enzo is an added bonus and character charm to the shop!Mike is knowledgeable, kind & apt to share his experience with CBD products and his history of why is eye-opening. Mike provided ample reading material for me to make an educated decision on what products would work for me and was very transparent. Honestly all of this is what prompted me to try Sunmed. I also injured myself in the military, and I have degenerative disc disease in my neck, scoliosis, and car accident damage in my lumbar, and at the young age of 35 I fear my extensive use of aleve will bring further medical issues to me later in life the more I use OTC’s, so CBD topicals are my next option. I just tried the 2000mg topical cream (pictured) I purchased today rather than popping the usual 2 Aleve I do nightly, so I am looking forward to seeing what all the hype is about bc I have heard and read nothing but good things! Stay tuned!

New owner/staff drove me away. Seems it’s just about profits for them versus previous experiences (previous owner) where a repeat customer receives all benefits in points and a considerable unconditional discount. Let’s face it, this stuff is expensive. When I asked J about any discounts she was condescending and made to feel like I’m dealing with an old time, used car salesman. No offense to modern day salespeople. I found a new regular in Clinton and they are well stocked and a joy to go there. Love Clinton store and well worth the drive imo! Saybrook lost a very loyal customer to their own doing.

I have had very bad severe hip pain and they gave me samples of their lotion I used it one day after I got out of the shower and I am walking pain-free today. It is pricey but I highly recommend it and they couldn't be nicer in there

This is one of my go to spots. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they are able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They have quite literally anything you would be looking for. I always have a great experience and would recommend this spot to anyone looking to venture into the cbd world.

As a landscaper, my body is in constant pain. Every joint gets worked daily to its max and everyday it's a different spot in pain. I heard about CBD and its benefits but just brushed it off like any other new product advertised. My wife bought me some "Sun Med Topical Cream." I put some on my wrist, elbow and shoulder as that day I shoveled and raked out about 24 yds of mulch. Within 5 minutes all of my pain was gone. I was in disbelief. I literally used about a quarter size worth of product. It didn't smell bad, it smelled good. I payed close attention to the pain area to see how long this miracle cream would last. Again, disbelief as now it's the next day and still no pain. Honestly, I've tried all kinds of things over the years and this product is utterly amazing and needing so little of it makes it last. At least 100 uses out of (1) 2oz. jar. I find myself using it for any spec of pain I feel. If it weren't for Mike's advice to my wife and his knowledge of products there, I would be missing out on such easy non aspirin medicine. The products are quality and so is the service in Old Saybrook. I won't go anywhere else! Thanks Mike!!!

I have been in many CBD Facilities this is by far the best. The customer service is outstanding and the variety of product is more than I expected. Also the knowledge of the staff is excellent. I recommend this store as one of the best on the Shoreline!
