Great staff, awesome owners, and the store is nicely kept. They answered all my questions in regards to getting a suet feeder for my woodpeckers. Highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these lovely folks!I went a little crazy with ordering the Advanced Pole System, as I had quite a build in my mind. I ordered it online, and the next day after a pleasant phone call w/Jessica, she guided me through obtaining a membership (great deals on seed/food!), making sure I WASN'T purchasing unnecessary parts, and personally delivered it to my home in Clinton...how awesome is that?In the following weeks, every time I ordered seed online, the next day either Jessica or her husband have delivered my orders with a phone call letting us know it's on the stoop. I prided myself in my own 30 year career in customer service and just wanted to recognize excellence when I see it! Keep up the good work showing folks the joy of birding!
