We had Rick installed a Hidden Fence system around our property for our dog. He was quick, reasonable and very professional. He also provided training for our dog and she loves being able to play in the yard safely. We had a small issue with the collar and Rick was very responsive and helpful. We are very happy with the fence and the service provided by Rick. We highly recommend him and the Hidden Fence product.

Rick is amazing!! Truly amazing customer service from start to finish. The team knows how to train/handle dogs and did well managing both my older dog (7 years) and younger puppy (1 year). The focus really is on training and they provide you with all the information you need to make the fence successful. If for some reason things aren't working out, Rick is a quick phone call away and very accessible to provide advice and solutions - if you need an in person refresh they will come to your house for that as well.I am also a gardener and managed to break the fence within the first month and Rick's team was out fixing it the same day that I reached out. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Rick has been available whenever we needed help with our dog fence with a quick response whether the line was cut by neighbors yard work or when our older dog became deaf and couldn’t hear the alert beep. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our DogWatch system as it has eased our minds when letting our dogs out into our yard, especially when someone is helping us out by taking our dogs out. Rick came by within a few days of our call to give us an estimate and scheduled an installation as soon as possible. Although the system is what we were looking for, the best part of using DogWatch of Southeastern CT was that Rick and his crew made sure they trained our dogs before they left our yard. They were professional, punctual and pleasant. We continued some training with them after the initial training, but we had to do very little. Rick even came back after a week or so to make sure our dogs were still handling the new hidden fence well. All in all, I don't believe there is a better place to get a hidden dog fence.

We searched for many options and did our homework before contacting Dog Watch of SE CT.... Rick was recommended by EL Community Forum when we asked our neighbors. Upon meeting him and seeing him do a brief interaction with the dogs and explanations of what to expect, we decided to set up a date for installation and then dogs training. He sent out a dog trainer who my escape artist listened to immediately. The training was relatively a simple process and the installation and instructions user friendly. I followed the instructions and kept panicking about my dog every time I let her out, it was habit. To my surprise they are both happily running around the yard and coming back in unscathed. It puts my mind at ease knowing they can no longer escape to the neighbors or down the road loose into the unknown. I only wish we had contacted Rick and DogWatch sooner..!!!
