It is one of the better Cvs pharmacies in Greenwich, but still a painful, stressful experience every time I need to pick up medicine.The wait is consistently lengthy, both in person and on phone. The employees do not communicate or transfer customer requests/messages with each-other.There is almost always inconsistent communication between pharmacy reps, pharmacists doctors and insurance.I truly dread going to any cvs pharmacy. I understand they have an overwhelming amount of work to do re:filling and providing medicine to almost everyone, however those I have seen do NOT do their job efficiently.Personally I often feel like an inconvenience to the employees.Often I will stand at the register, waiting, as one or several employees input data in the computers behind the counter with complete ignorance to the customers physically in front of them - “be right with you” would be nice to hear, but it is rare I hear that. Usually I am ignored. Overall, cvs is not a pharmacy I enjoy visiting. I try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
