I love this International Market. The Service, The selection, The Cleanliness, The Seafood Selection alone is unreal, The meat department has everything you can think of. I found the two items that I had been ordering off of Amazon there for a great price.

I had the nicest associate answer the phone and assist me this morning with refilling my prescription. When I went after work to pick up previously mention prescription, he was so friendly and said, “oh I talked to you earlier, I hope you had a good day.”Allyn is an awesome example of what customer service employees should strive to be. I wish I could give this a complete 0 this is the worst store ever they have so many ppl hovering over you at self checkout if your gonna watch me help bag my groceries then also this moron Vincent mr big shot security followed me around the store after I purchased some cheap tires online then followed me through the checkout as my daughter and her friend was cashing out then waited for me outside the door asking to see my receipt are you serious right now like I really went in the back knew exactly where the tires were for my vehicle and walked out with come on are you serious I bought them online paid for them and waited for a week for tires that were supposed to be in store put real registers back put ppl back to doing real work not hovering over you like your some criminal

Discussed issue with Wendy from management about Sherry in self check out prejudicing our family multiple times and making us extremely uncomfortable. Wendy was professional about the situation and offered to help our issue not happen again.

I will say, out of any wal mart I have been to, this one is by far my favorite. I idiotically last minute shopped for an elf on the shelf because ours disappeared lol. After walking around the store for 45 min, I finally decided to ask. Normally I don't because I never get help. I came across an employee named Linda, who WALKED me around the ENTIRE store twice. Just to make sure we didn't miss it. She was very nice, helpful, and fun to talk to. She looked it up, we walked to the spot and it wasn't there. She felt so bad. I had to cash a check and rushed to customer service . Just for a hoot, I asked Melissa if anyone might have returned one. She had literally just arrived to work, but went and vhecked for me. Sadly none. We finish cashing my check, I tell her the whole story, she says, well follow me. It says we have 43 in stocks. She walks me over to where I already checked with Linda, but we crossed paths with VINNY. This man was an absolute Savior. He is head of the items being bought for the online orders I believe? And he made it his duty to find them in the back. He was about to go home, but instead stopped to help me find this thing. Melissa, Linda, and especially Vinny. Thank you guys so much for helping me keep my sanity, and making my daughter the happiest with her elf on the shelf. I really hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. You 3 are what customer service should be about. You were all so kind and just amazing.

Glenn in the auto department is absolutely useless when you go in for a tire he won't look to see if he has it just tells you he doesn't when you ask where else would have it he tells you he doesn't know he won't call around to other walmarts to try to find the tire and help you out. The customer service he provides is just plain awful which is probably why he's in his 50 and working at a walmart.

The self check out is fast but your workers make me feel watched. Like profiled while i pay someone else is robbing the store blind. Spend a few extra dollars on training, how to treat ppl ect. You know customer service, what retailers are supposed to provide the customer. Also, your workers are sad and miserable, they all had frowns and their vibe was depressing.

As I wait in the customer service line for 30 min, 5th in line and 6 behind me. One service rep, managers doing nothing to help. She walked right by us all and did nothing. Maybe they should have taken all the people that lost there jobs to self check out and trained them to help customers. What a concept Wal-Mart

Schedule an oil change in app for 11 am. Show up they say I don’t have an appt even with the barcode and order summary as proof.. said it’d be an hour 40 wait can’t do anything about it. waste of time

I was just there the other day and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and managed this store was. I saw a few long lines begin to form and the management immediately had more cash registers open to help. Very quick and helpful

Food was good, bordering on excellent. However, we were initially seated in front of boisterous loud music. I respect the environment I think the owners want to create. Please lower the music and get rid of the flashing lights. It is a restaurant and not a dancing hall.

When you are waiting for your tires to be balanced and find out it is someone who claims to be the head store manager (large female and the male Store Head Coach) stalking you and following behind you while you wait an hour and a half and finally window shop the aisles nearby tire with my iPhone in hand. Even my keys are in tire.I’m pretty sure corporate policy is they are a customer service forward position. That’s what cameras and shoppers are for. And discretion. Enough said.

Stopping at this Walmart location on our way to the Mohegan Sun Arena. It was a very neat, clean and organized location. No matter what aisle you went down everything was in its place. The bathroom was extremely CLEAN it even smelled fresh!!!!

No bakery, the baked goods go quick and produce is down the aisle not really a big enough store because they share the space with big y. Sometimes they run out of items and I have to visit next door for produce and deli meats…
