Whats the point of going to a store to not even be able to try on the handbags because they are chained to the podium on bungey cord like strings? If you really cant sell a 20$ bag w a normal tag instead of bungey cords then why even open your doors? What next metal bars on the doors? Worse than providence or boston or hartford really unnecessary didnt spend a dollar here and wont.

I purchased a bunch of items and the cashier did NOT informed me that there were no bags available until I asked her. Furthermore the cashier got an attitude because I asked for a bag.They can keep their unprofessional attitude/rudeness because I will not be returning to spend my hard earned cash on a place where is lacking customer service

In recent years I have liked shopping at TJMax. Got cute woman clothing. It actually does have more than clothing which is cool. I recently bought a purse and some dresses. The only thing sometimes is frustrating is finding your size especially small and sometimes you find something you like but not many to choose from so if its not your size your out of luck. Came in recently and was greeted and given a sanitized cart by a nice gentleman. Not many people following the 6 ft restrictions in line and no markers on the floor to remind people but I made sure I stayed my distance. The next time I came same greetings. Although couldn't get into the check out line because a worker had a big cart blocking it but walked around. Over all a good trip.

This T.J. Maxx is nice and organized! Many options and amazing finds. I love this T.J. Maxx, but hopefully, they will update this location soon and expand.

Just walked in today, 9/11/23, and there was the strongest most foul chemical smell. People in the store were coughing and I had to leave after a couple minutes of walking in because I felt a headache coming on. What the hell are you doing making your employees work in a place like that? The building should have been closed and aired out until that smell was taken care of.

I called the store looking for a specific game. A very helpful young lady, Alexis Cash search the store until she found it. My daughter and I shopped for makeup, kitchenware, Christmas themed gifts and snack. The gamw was waiting for us at the front checkout. A kind note was attached to the game. Extremely excellent customer service. A big shout out to the Norwich CT store. You made mine and my daughters day!

The store was packed with new winter fashions along with beautiful holiday decorations. As usual the low prices make shopping quilt free. I thought to myself why don't I start my holiday shopping early?So I did.

Friendly staff, great prices. If you are looking for cheap, quality clothes look no further. Brand names, shoes, home goods, and treats. The only downside is the size selection is random and the is no consistency - one day the store is full of great deals, another day you walk away empty handed. Overall worth a trip to roll the dice.

This store is hit or miss. But I guess that’s normal for TJ Maxx. The isles are small and hard I get a cart down. Selection is limited and be careful buying cosmetics or food items because lots are expired in this location.

Didn't seem to carry children's shoes. Also, I don't shop there that often but the aisles are very close and it made shopping very uncomfortable.

I go here a lot for kitchen and home goods because it's convenient. This location is just OK. It's not very neat or well organized - things seem kind of just randomly thrown on the shelves so you have to really pick through and look around to find what you might be looking for. Staff don't seem very customer oriented or excited to work here - they talk a lot amongst themselves, rarely ask if you need help finding anything, their loading carts are often in the way during store hours and I have heard inappropriate conversations/language in the aisles among staff. Hit or miss with products depending on shipments, but that's the nature of the store. Decent prices sometimes on otherwise expensive items so I keep going in spite of my comments.

Manager is incredibly rude. Refused out right to help with transaction issues. Corporate helped to fix it, but very poorly run store. Police had to be involved to get back money the manager said they never charged to a card (over $100). Be careful.

I've been to this TJ Maxx quite a few times and I have always enjoyed browsing the isles. I rarely buy clothing here, but if your into brand name things at a cheaper price than most other department stores then this place is your friend. Since I'm not very into brand name clothes, I find everything to be too overpriced for what it is, but that's personal preference, nothing wrong with the store.I do, however like looking at the home goods/snacks/makeup sections as there is usually a lot of unique or interesting products that are decently priced. I always walk out with something odd or new when I go. I would recommend taking a look at what they have to offer.

I come to TJ Maxx when I'm looking for some good deals. For me it's either a total hit or a total miss. The customer service is always good and I do like the selection of higher end hair products, shower gels, lotions and sometimes the selection of bras is great. I'm glad this store is close to me.

With all the employees that are on in a shift there should never be less than 2 people on a register. I was in line for over 20 mins and there was a huge line behind me. There was only 1 register open and that poor young lady was moving as fast as she could but still couldn't keep up all on her own. Otherwise... love TJMaxx.

The lines are crazy stupid here and they dont always have enough employees to cover the volume of shoppers. Check out speed is very important,or should be, at a high volume establishment. Other than that, prices are decent-to-good

Very cute TJMaxx with a great selection of home goods and jewelry! Small furniture available as well. The only reason I stop in that plaza!
