The greeter in the front of the store was a sweetie and assisted me immediately upon entry. She directed me to the prints section so I can pick up my posters. I stood at the counter for about five minutes listening to the girl behind the counter ask her (I’m assuming) manager for time off work. When she was done with her pleading she came to the counter and stared at me for a few seconds before asking “pick up?” Very disappointed in customer service with printing. I recommend the staples in willimantic.

Came in recently to try to get some copies done. 3 people working behind the counter, mostly one person doing the majority of the work while the others were doing almost nothing. Then told it would take about a week to get some plain paper binder copies done? Forget this place, go somewhere else.

I had some computer work done here in 2022. The issues weren't fixed and come to find out their maintenance package doesn't include what they sell you on. Fast forward to a year later the same computer issues that persisted past their fixes; crashes on me. Unbeknownst to them and myself they set up a bitlocker on my computer. Because they hadn't realized they bitlocked it; their was no code to recover all of the photos and memories of my daughters and sons birth saved on the computer. I wouldn't go here for your computer needs.

They help me make Christmas cards. Couldn't ask for more friendly, helpful and courteous employees. They usually have a good selection of backpacks and lunch boxes for back to school as well as everything else a child would need.

Came in on December 30th at 10:40am. Stood in line for 10 mins without any acknowledgment from the cashier. Needs better staffing and better service. A one product purchase shouldn't require a single customer to stand alone in line for 10 mins. That's absurd.

Kelsey was AMAZING AND PATIENT!!!!I needed many documents printed from files in my phone. She made the entire process easy . Everything came out beautifully. Customers were in and out all needing help sometimes at the same time. She was patient with each one , solving issues along the way. which at times must have been difficult. She is an asset to Staples and a true professional. Thank you again Kelsey.

I went there to get posters for my missing dog Molly and I had 💯 printed up and when I went to pay for them. I was told it's on the house and they were compassionate for me and said we hope you find her and then I left. Bless them

Had to go here recently to fax some paperwork, and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and they had some good deals going on in there. KFC/Taco bell is usually a good experience, but the service is sometimes painfully slow. A new store is supposed to be opening up in the plaza, so I'm interested to see what will be in there.

Do not ever stay her. I stayed here two years ago and I have never been so horrified by the area. I booked online flew in and found a drug hotel. I would not have ever left my room at night. At the desk one day was sign. Paroled by Columbus police department. That was a sign there were problems. Asked about it staff said it should make me feel good and safe. No it didn't told them I want a hotel that doesn't need police to patrol.Room was not really to horrible. But i would never tell anyone to stay there.Easy access to many places to eat. But just down street couple other hotels. Maybe the area has been cleaned up since two years ago. I hope so. People coming and going all night. People talking and yelling in hall.I stayed a week I was there as my son was dying and i didn't have enough energy to change hotel.Staff was really nice. They could not have been kinder as I would start to cry all the time and was alone. They were so kind to me when I really needed it.

Needed to print from a USB drive at Staples. Be careful. They push you to color, which is more expensive, without giving you an obvious B&W option. I found it when I searched.

I've been shopping here for over twenty years and, on average, this has been one of the better Staples locations I've visited. I've recently needed to do a lot of copying and scanning, and the self-serve copies work pretty well. With the COVID-19 related restrictions, I've often wound up waiting for a turn at the limited number of machines, though never for too long. Perhaps rearranging the printing department to enable all of them to be used would help.

The staff was great in the copy center they helped me work out an issue I had with the copy machine. Apparently you place the document in width wise not lengthwise. User error. Also they were very helpful with helping me find my color ink cartridge. A good experience.

I love Staples. Store layouts make sense and are clearly marked. But if you're struggling to find something don't worry, someone is going to ask you if they can help, you basically get to meet the entire staff because it's one after the other. Kind of like a car dealership except these employees are legit trying to help. 5 stars for me.

Did not have the ink cartridges I needed. Very helpful staff. Friendly and professional.Inventory said this store had it.The store didn't. Don't believe the computer Inventory. Go and look for yourself.

Nice to have a decent office supply store nearby. This Staples has most of your basic office supply needs in stock. It's sometimes difficult to find an employee to assist but the store layout makes sense so you should be able to find most items without assistance.

I've not found the staff here to be very friendly. No one really speaks to me when I go in, whether to say, hi, bye, do you need help, or acknowledge me in any way. I've also found the prices to be quite high. So unless I need something today, I just order online where I can get better prices and the same indifferent service.

The employee there named Kyle has no Customer Service skills. She was rude to my spouse, and didn't help other customers either; looked like she couldn't handle her job. Good thing the General Manager helped us out. Thanks.

Just wanted to share a great experience I had at Staples in Norwich tonight. I needed to print a resume and the self service printer wasn't able to print it, it kept saying it couldn't open my file. The customer service associate, Alani, was super helpful, she went above and beyond and spent extra time trying to help me figure it out. She gave me couple different options and even offered to used their computer to retype my entire resume. She finally was able to open and print it for me. I have never experienced such a great customer service before !!!

Staples has a great variety but their sales are deceiving. READ THE SMALL PRINT. You have to buy 50 dollars worth of items. My ink cartridges I bring back empty for credit seems to get me nothing!! A ream if paper 6.99! Crazy!!!

The plaza if you need office supply, Staples, if you need food, KFC Taco Bell, if you need custom sound work on the car, cellphone service, this is your stop in the area. All of the are great services , not because their there but because they are good people.

these stores in this Plaza older stores there's nothing in here that you really want the only movie theater in this Plaza is the only actual movie theater in the whole town and it's run down hopefully at some point in time it'll fix itself up I mean with all the money they've been making you think they can go ahead and remodel

Ordinarily a good experience in store. Calling the store however is another story. On hold for copy center for >7 minutes. Tech desk finally picked it up, said they can't help and would transfer me to the copy center. They hung up on me. Maybe the phone system was too "technical". I called back. Started this experience on automated hold for a little bit, finally answered by a human who sent me to copy center again. 3 minutes later a hurried voice sounded like I was bothering her basically told me just to do everything on the Staples web site. Customer - yes.... "service" - no!

Went to Norwich CT store to get a new computer. Tyonni was a huge help. Very polite and very knowledgable. He answered all my questions and took care of few things I added on. I would definitely recommend him to help out. Thanks so much.

I frequently use this Staples to ship packages vis UPS. Recently, UPS messed up a shipment which resulted in the package being sent back to me via Staples. It was a frustrating situation because UPS held the package for 10 days without contacting anyone at all before sending it back to me (my bad for not checking on it.)Manager Rob did everything he could to help me out. On an already chaotic and busy day, he took time to go the extra mile for me, getting on the phone multiple times with UPS, and taking personal responsibility to make sure my package was sent to the correct address as quickly as possible.Rob saved my day. May his superiors shine down on him with blessings of praise and wealth!
