Very friendly. They have the largest variety of flavors in the brand of food I use for my dogs. I get Hills Science Diet for them and until I went there for the cans of wet food, I never realized that there was such a variety! And the snacks in that brand!!! Holy moly!!! I have some happy campers!!! LOL

Always a pleasant experience here. Nail clippings are a quick in and out thing as long as the paperwork is up to date. The staff are wonderful and if your dog is good on a leash (as far as I've been told) you can bring them in to shop!

I used to love this place! The store part is great! I DO NOT RECOMMEND the grooming part to anyone! I used to bring my dog here all the time at least once a month and they have seriously gone down hill. My dog loves being bathed and groomed in anyway bc he just loves the affection. I recently brought my dog here last week and when we picked up our dog his fur looked completely botched and looked like I myself took a pair of scissors to his fur! I was furious! When I called the woman who happened to groom him tried telling me he hated every minute of it which I knew was false! They no longer take their time to groom the animals the way they should be and they are completely careless! The store no longer cares and they no longer have groomers who actually care about the animals! It’s a shame and I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau!

It’s a shame because I used to love this place. My dog had been there six times for grooming. My favorite groomer is no longer there. I took my Maltese there last Saturday. I met the new groomer. She was nice & overwhelmed. I got the package I always get which includes all the bells & whistles. When I picked her up her hair was cut unevenly. She had a clear clipper burn on her collarbone. Her face was still brown from her tear stains. Tear staining is common for a Maltese. When I went to the register to pay for $80 hack job the man was having a personal phone conversation while leaning on the counter. Not only did her not get off the phone he didn’t even acknowledge me! I waited there for 5 minutes before I interrupted him. What happened to this place !!??When I brought her to the vet yesterday I found out there was never any teeth brushing like I paid for. The vet showed me her teeth which obviously were never brushed. He actually laughed when I told him I paid a groomer to brush them 3 days before.

I have a 15 year old chihuahua that hated getting her nails clipped. She wouldn't let anyone go near her. I started bringing her in to see Janice and she clips her nails with no problem. She gets her nails done regularly now. She loves the dogs like they are her own and does the job correctly.

It's been a while since I bought anything from here myself but I did get to experience using the self service dog wash. The baths are spacious and raised in a way that avoids a lot of bending over. The shower nozzle is very strong and really gets into thicker fur.The shampoo is nice and they have other optiona if your dog has sensitive skin or allergies, plus the shampoo is included with the payment for using the dog wash area. They have clean towels and a professional dryer for after the wash. They even have a smaller washing area for smaller dogs and a matching smaller section for drying off smaller dogs.Overall for the $10 you pay to clean your dog the experience is nice and you have everything you need to make it a good experience for yourself and your pet.

We brought our Shih Tzu here for an easy grooming, but somehow it turned into a complete disaster. We brought her in at 1 pm & received a call, 3 hours later, that they had cut her, she was bleeding & we had to come pick her up. When we arrived, she was shaking, absolutely terrified & had a rather deep gash on her leg. We had asked for them to use a size 5 blade, she was cut with size 7 because she had "matts" in her fur, that they didn't even bother trying to brush out. I quote, "We've never had a puppy in here that allowed us to brush them through, so we used a 7 blade to cut them out." When asked about the cut, they said she had a scab that came off while they were cutting, which is why she was bleeding. Not true at all. She had no scab when we brought her in. They then couldn't finish her cut because she had an open wound. Now we have to pay another groomer to fix it. It looks absolutely horrible & we will never come back here again. We’ll thankfully be getting a reimbursement for our $196 vet bill, but that doesn't make it any better. Our poor baby is scarred from her experience here.

Nice store. Clerk was too busy visiting with another customer who had there stuff on the counter but wasn't ready to check out. So I stood there holding a 35 lb. bag or dog food. Need to pay attention to all your customers.

Some of this stores stuff is a little pricy for what it is but there employees are very helpful and can answer any questions that you have I know that there was a lady there and she had a dog and the dog had a tick in her ear so they got it out for her.I love pets since and that is where I get all of my dogs everything

Very bad experience for our dog...and us. Our dog does not look anything like the breed he is. We showed many pictures to the groomer before hand and he is a mess. She gave him a razor burn by his sanitary area. The area is red and irritated. He is very unhappy and we are too. The hair is uneven all over! We will not go back.
