The staff are wonderful. My Australian Shepherd can get a little anxious about bath time but the staff are so calm and reassuring, he calms right down. I know when i leave him, he's in good hands.

My dog has a nice spa day here. He can be a bit stubborn. He comes out so beautiful they do a great job and very friendly. If you wanna go there and try them out better book now !

They always do an amazing job with my two doodles, they come home smelling so good, haircuts always look great! My dogs are always so happy to go in and coming home which is a big bonus too since one is very shy

I originally 100% recommend this groomer. It was small, affordable and quick. The first few visits they took care of my pup and made sure she was happy and enjoyed the experience. However on the third visit, I arrived early, they were rude, claimed I missed my appointment and made me reschedule.I had a feeling they no longer wanted to groom my puppy since she has seperation anxiety. I actually had my old appointment card at home, which I went home to go grab and was able to prove it was for that day at that time. Called asking if we could come back since we were told for that time slot. Stated they were alreading closing (2 hours before they close according to their Google maps schedule) and that we would have to stick to the rescheduled date. No apology, no sympathy, no effort of customer service.Don't recommend at all anymore, after the "honeymoon" phase of finding a place, it was clear it wasn't a good fit. Loud, tiny room for service, high stress environment.

Jim and his staff are absolutely amazing! Our two Miniature Schnauzers always leave happy and content. I would also like to add, we have gone through many groomers with previous dogs. Paws and Refresh by far, exceed all expectations. Our girls always come home clean, meticulously groomed, not smelling like perfume, and a very clean smell. If I could give more than five stars I would. I highly recommend Jim and his staff!

Today was my first experience with this groomer. I was so pleased. They were friendly and really seemed to love what they do. Phoebe (my dog) looked so good. She wasn’t shaking and nervous when I picked her up like she was at the other place I took her. We are definitely going back. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!!!

I am a new pet owner in the area so I made an appointment for my dog while waiting at the vet. Jim is a personable gentleman but thru have a female owner or tech who needs to work on her customer skills. I bought my Maltese there because I noticed he had been itching more than usual so I ordered a tick & flea bath to be preventative. Well unbeknownst to me he needed a more intense flea treatment. That’s fine- I’m a responsible pet owner…I’m on it. The issue that I have is HOW Shawn ( the female owner or tech) spoke to me on the phone & when I arrived to pick up my pet. She was rude, unprofessional & edgy. I dare say if I had looked different I may have gotten a friendlier response. I understand you have a business & other clients to consider & for the inconvenience- I apologize.BUT…professionalism and a little compassion goes a long way when you are address any paying client. My dog is not some mangy dogs off the street & I’m not some poor, dirty customer who can’t afford to pay you . My dog is my family so when you treat him or me in rude undignified manner- that is not acceptable to me. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get the same “down home “ experience every other client on your page received. Thanks for the $47 bath but I’ll never be back!

My dog has a nice hair cut , looks so cute. I'm always worry about nail cut because my poppy is naughty. They did great job, make it very clean and very friendly , I highly recommend to come to try
