I was very nervous about my wedding flowers for some reason, I just couldn't decide on a style, but McKenna's understood the assignment exactly. They made a gorgeous bridal bouquet, with matching corsages and boutonnieres, that were all PERFECT for us. Highly recommend.

My husband & I did our wedding florals through McKennas earlier this month and everything turned out stunning, above and beyond expectations. Flowers were bright and colorful, bouquets were great quality and the archway florals are stunning in photos. We worked with Taylor throughout the planning process and she had great recommendations, and worked with us to make adjustments as the day grew closer. We were able to go to the shop and pay for a trial bridesmaid bouquet which we found to be very helpful to see something tangible. Taylor was also helpful in working around our budget and giving suggestions of simple swaps we could make to help our vision come to life for a very reasonable price. They worked with one of their growers to make sure we would be able to have Dahlias for the bouquets even though it was a little later in their normal season. Overall we are so so happy we decided to go with a brick & morter florist as opposed to a typical wedding florist for our big day and would recommend McKennas to anyone.

Stopped in today for a redeeming bouquet of a grocery store mess I'd purchased a couple weeks ago. What a lovely shop! The displayed arrangements were Gorgeous! I was greeted on arrival. Unfortunately budget is smaller than my eyeballs so I asked if I could buy just single stems. The man threw in 2 free saying there were imperfections on the petals that I wouldn't have noticed, plus threw in greenery and wrapped them very nicely with water tubes and pretty paper. I didn't just leave with single stems but a bouquet.I am very pleased with the entire experience. An improvised line from Crocodile Dundee comes to mind "That's not a flower, THIS is a flower!"

Helpful, friendly staff, clean and organized inside.I ordered my sons girlfriend a prom corsage. It was a last-minute request. I told them her dress was navy blue, and they came up with a beautiful creation. She's going to love it!!

We use McKenna's Flower Shop for all our floral arrangements. This time I asked for them to make my bridal bouquet. I sort-of knew what I wanted but needed expert help. Luckily, they just had a showing at the Mohegan Sun Bridal event and had several bouquets left over which helped give me a visual. I worked with Michael and he was AWESOME!! He was very polite and professional. I didn't really have colors picked out but he gave me great suggestions and advice. Their price is was affordable and the flowers were/are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! Very nice and friendly over the phone. I couldn't decide on an arrangement, so I let the professionals decide. Was excited to see the flowers that would be delivered to my mom's workplace. Unfortunately, I was rather embarrassed by the arrangement. It did not look like a professional had put them together. In fact, it looked like some nice flowers just stuck in a vase. I didn't say anything, but when my mother told me later that she wasn't very impressed with the arrangement, I had to agree with her. Very disappointing.Update: The owner Michael McKenna called me, to not only apologize, but to also to see how he could make it up - right down to offering to refund my money (which I declined). I appreciate the time, attention and offer to make it right and will take him up on it the next time I need an arrangement for a special occasion. I'm upgrading my my review, not for the arrangement, but for their service to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied.Latest Update: I took Michael McKenna's offer up for Mother's Day and boy did he deliver! Absolutely gorgeous arrangement and he threw in a box of truffles. Prior to picking them up, we had agreed on a very discounted price. When I got there he told me just to take them. SO generous, but I couldn't - talk about wanting to satisfy his customers and stand behind his guarantee! BTW - he was so bother by the first delivery to my mother, he thought about how it could have possibly happened - plausible reason and what probably happened - flowers were put in vase with ticket, awaiting designer to arrange. Delivery person grabbed them before arrangement was made.

Typical rude northeast experience. We tried to have flowers ordered for a funeral and even paid. Got a rude call from the manager saying that they can’t be picked up or delivered? Truly condescending attitude over a plant delivery.

We had mckenna’s make up a spray arrangement and a arrangement to go around a urn for a mass and celebration of life. They did a absolutely gorgeous job! Delivery was on time flowers were fresh and they were extremely accommodating. The prices were exceptionally reasonable and we did shop around before deciding who to choose. Our family highly recommends this flower shop. The people were friendly and wonderful to talk with. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks to everyone who helped us with such a sad time.

We used Mckenna’s for our wedding flowers. Taylor was wonderful to work with, she understood exactly what I wanted and was flexible with any changes we needed to make. They were at the venue early enough to make sure we got the bouquet’s and boutonnieres in time for pictures and they did a wonderful job setting up our table and arch displays. I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with to make our wedding wonderful.

We scheduled for us to pick up our floral designs for my daughter's wedding. Every piece was wonderful. We were also able to rent a Birch Tree Arbor as the theme of the wedding was natural and fairies. The arbor just put the absolute finishing touch for the wedding pictures. They were kind and professional, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

My mom's dog passed away and I got that kind of call that makes you just want to jump in the car and drive for an hour. Unfortunately, that just wasn't an option. I called these wonderful people and the woman on the phone was so sweet. In a couple of hours my mom had her spot of sunshine delivered and even though it didn't bring back her little angel she's loved for 11 years. It did bring her some much needed cheer. I will so call them the next time I need something for mom and the arrangement was beautiful to boot. I'd give 10 stars if it was an option. Thank you ....

The recipient was very happy but I wish it had come more as described. Had a typical clear vase instead of a frosted purple vase as described, pink roses instead of bi-color roses as described and was shorter in height then described. We ordered the deluxe (Daydream Breeze) and what was described and pictured was far more grand that what was made. I know there are always florist adjustments that have to be made based on what they have on hand. It's just that it was for a special lady and we wanted an extra special arrangement. I probably should have called to ensure what it would look like or the importance of those little details that made the arrangement stand out to us in the first place.

I had always received amazing flowers from a boyfriend a few years back.. I had to beg him to let me know where he got them from.. it’s mckennas! Great prices, great quality, always nice and professional. Their flowers last quite some time longer than anywhere else I’ve bought from or received from elsewhere. THEY DON'T DELIVER ON TIME!! Tried to send a surprise to a friend at the hospital for the birth of her baby. This florist ruined it!!!!!! Did not deliver while she was at the hospital (over 24 hour notice) then further went on the call her and tell her they were coming to her house. Not one apology!!!Update: the owner is a very nice man that did call and apologize. I feel like this was a one time problem and would use them again. The flowers were beautiful.

Placed an order from out of town to be delivered in CT today. They delivered right on time this morning but wouldn't leave at door (too hot and windy) as no one was home. McKenna's Called me (who does that -wow! ) - asked them to redeliver later today. They did and in less than 2 hours. I am so happy with the service and the beautiful arrangement.
