Great tools at a great price. A wide variety of shop and garage tool, plus a good hand tool selection. Everything for the tool head.

Another great stop for some much needed tarps and some odds and ends... plus a couple items i didn't need ...lol but will use that caught my eyes 👀 🤔, this store always gets me with some type of small tool or gadget 😆

Wow what a nice store. I have been to other harbor freight stores and they are not as organized as the Norwich store. The manager helped me with my purchase and brought both items out to my car. Friendly employees that I spoke with a great experience. I will be going back.

A long overdue first visit to a harbor freight retail store after decades visiting their website and catalogue.I vas very pleasantly surprised by the size of the store and range of items available. Service was plentiful and friendly. The store was well stocked and thoughtfully laid out.I will be back for more!

Wasn't sure about this place at first, actually purchased their brand tools and found them to be of excellent quality compared to other name brands. The staff is always their to offer expert advice as well as providing excellent customer service.

Dane at the register helped me from in the door to check out. Signed me up for an amazing rewards program that he knew all the info for. Employees like Dane are what keep me going to the Norwich harbor freight over the big box store competitors any day.

This particular Harbor Freight store is one of the cleanest, well-stocked, neatly stocked & organized HF stores I've been through. The staff greets you at the door and is quite helpful in finding whatever you need.

Harbor Freight usually has JUST what I need, in Stock...I retrieved my Item, brought it to Checkout, & asked if Harbor Freight offers a Military (or Veterans') Discount...They do not offer a Discount, on a Regular Basis. The Clerk DID, however, point out that there was an online 20% Coupon, that could be applied to my Purchase. She then did so, and made me quite happy! The Item was packaged, appropriately, and came with easy-to-follow Assembly Instructions. I cannot s say Thank You enough, to Harbor Freight in Norwich, CT, for providing me with a positively outstanding Customer Service Experience! Thank You, Harbor Freight!!!

So I called the store to ask for a specific model of air compressor.they told me that they have one in stock and one at display. Also online shows that this model is in stock at this store. I drived one hour to go to pick up. When I arrived there they inform me and my husband that they are out of this model and only have one used( scratches etc) in better price. I explain what happened to them that i called and they said they have it and also that their website shows that this item is in stock.Nobody seem really to care that is their fault but because we need the compressor we were are looking the used one. My husband asked them at least to plug it on to make sure that it works but they denied even that. Nobody was even trying to help us.( I know that maybe there arent to many employees but still it was their mistake . )We end up leaving because all this is just a joke.Very bad experience.They need to learn to value better their customers!
