The FedEx Team at 3 Dominican Dr, Norwich, CT, are the best. Due to an input coding error at a local FedEx office in NJ, an important package (intended for us) wound up being del'd to a home with a similar address to ours (but an hour's drive away). The staff at FedExNorwich (the delivery office who took the package to the similar-sounding address) helped us track down the package with great ease. The staff were efficient, knowledgable and, most importantly, were key in getting the package to us (the rightful recipients).

There's this lady name Monica that works there and she is amazing she had a very rude customer and she handled it well and he was so disrespectful I want to defend her but I didn't want to make the situation worse and I was trying to mind my own business lol but yeah I felt so bad for her. I've been there people I feel like people need to treat others way better even if you are the customer or client and having a bad day I can understand his frustration but it wasn't her fault at all it had nothing to do with her she didn't the best she could and looked out big time for him. Mistakes happen. it wasn't even the drivers fault but anyways he took his anger out on the wrong person. And I feel like people like that make it hard for others to keep their jobs. I feel like Monica has tough skin she definitely deserves a raise and promotion.

Edit - ok so that was impressive and i have to pass on some kudos. Needed to ship a small package to Australia. Paid for the fastest service available. Said it would arrive in 7 days which is decent but hoped for quicker. Relieved notification the package was received in THREE DAYS!. That was awesome. Takes 2 days to get there as a passenger!..............................Service really was great. The lady serving could not have been more helpful and assisted with additional packing as needed. While the rates are high - I dont feel this is something a local office can be held accountable for. Appreciate the help and would certainly recommend!

My package never arrived, upon calling they insisted I refused it. Which never happened. I think they scanned it and wanted to contents. 3 days later finally on the help line said come Sunday to pick it up at the station but they were closed, they sent it back Monday.Something shady about this.

I stopped in last night at this location, I had a $1,000 cell phone I was returning brand new not opened. There's a note on the door telling the public to leave my package in the waiting area. I did not feel safe doing that even though there are cameras with my luck. So upon entering the store I waited a few minutes a lady come out she seemed kind of put off that she had to come out she told me there's cameras out there I was like okay I just don't feel comfortable leaving my item there. I waited a few minutes as she scanned my stuff in. Packaging was a little confusing that the vendor had sent me to return the phone they sent me two barcodes wasn't sure if one is supposed to go inside the package in case it was lost like it does with UPS long story short the woman was quite short with me maybe had a bad day I don't know I asked a question about that and so I wasn't sure how to do it she's like not much to know I'm like well excuse me I don't work at FedEx. I then proceeded to ask if I get a receipt she actually sighed and with hesitation she goes YUP so to break the awkwardness I asked how her day was going and she's like you know you ask a lot of questions. I was like well I'm sorry my first three questions pertained to my $1,000 return of a cell phone and the last one was asking how you were doing. I will not if I can avoid it be doing business with them again. Poor customer service needs to be addressed and the fact when I asked for a receipt was what aggravated me

Not impressed with driver who claimed an attempted delivery at my house yesterday. It's one thing if you make a mistake, but it's another thing when you lie about it. He never came to my house. I waited all day staring out the window, my dog by my side, because this was a very important package. No one ever came. I am also not a fan of the bot's. I'm not a fan of most of them because they can't handle anything over a very simple question. But when I finally got a phone number to speak with live person, I was hung up on three times before I spoke with someone. So basically, Fed Ex stinks. But I was asked specifically about the Fed Ex location in Norwich I went today. They were very nice, kind and efficient. The live person I spoke with earlier was also very nice. So I would get both of them a 5. But overall, I 'd give Fed Ex a one, two max. It's the third time in less than a year there's been a problem with the FedEx order.

Shocked to find reviews identical to ours!Thank goodness the company I ordered from sent me an email telling me "package delivered". Went out and looked at the front door, back door, garage, bushes, anywhere in the vicinity of the house! NOTHING! First I panicked, was it delivered to the wrong address? Then I thought just check the mailbox..... Bingo, there was our delivery sitting in the middle of the road! You can tell it was attempted to be thrown under the nose of our mailbox and must have rolled into the street as he drove away! How did it not get run over by traffic?Is there a reason the driver couldn't have thrown it into our driveway out of the street? Better yet is there a reason the driver didn't drive INTO the driveway to the house or garage?Seeing other reviews with identical issues clearly this is how this Hub delivers customer packages! Complaints filed by us all yet management still allows this behavior! Management is as incompetent as their employees!If you are expecting a delivery keep an eye out because who knows where your package actually ends up!

They have forged my signature on packages twice. Corporate FedEx says they have no control over actions of the deliverers, so I am leaving my review here where maybe someone in charge can see. I get my packages delivered to me from the Norwich Shipment Center, and twice I have had packages that require delivery get delivered, and say they were signed off on. I was not home for either of them and when I saw the PDF of the signature it was clearly forged. It is absolutely disgusting that drivers are not held accountable for this and I am sure many packages are lost due to this. Forging signatures is ILLEGAL and this FedEx doesn't see a problem with it. Sooner or later someone is going to sue them. It is extremely irresponsible of them to allow their deliverers to FORGE signatures.

pay over $150 for next day, tracking says on the truck first thing in the morning on day it was supposed to be delivered, does not show up, on second day still not here, says on the truck, system will not let you speak to anyone to find out when it will be here, happens often, fed ex is very unreliable, have very few problems with ups

I was supposed to get a package from a family friend for Christmas which had wine it so they needed photo ID and came twice saying to call. I called to set up time I would be home. They never showed up. Then I get a phone call saying they missed tried delivering to me three times which only was twice and said I needed to pick up the package which is 35 mins away. One customer service representative said it was already delivered which it was not any other said they had no record of it in their system. Definitely not happy with their service

Worst carrier EVER, USPS is even better. Their automated System refuses to allow you to speak to a representative. Use UPS they still care about customer service. If I could have given 0 stars I would.

“Delivery attempted but nobody home” but 3 cars in the driveway with signs that say packages are to be delivered to back door. They definitely hire people that read at a second grade level.

Missed the first attempt of the delivery and knew I wouldn't be there for the next 2 attempts either I called customer service and explained the situation and the had me pick up the package at the hub location nearest to me and the people were professional and courteous. The package was even delivered to my car as it was right at closing time. Definitely recommend for your shipping needs

Drivers continually deliver our packages to an unmarked driveway at the end of out road even though our driveway is clearly marked. TRY to explain this to a service rep who is not a USA resident.

Hannah is an awesome front worker, the other girls close ans lovk the doors earlier then the store hours. My boyfriend went there last week and they are supposed to close at 630pm and the doors were locked at 615, I went there the night before and they were locking up at 620

I don't mail out packages often, mostly for work. That being said, I usually have no clue what I'm doing. The couple times ive been here, usually around 5pm, there was a really helpful woman working the counter who makes everything a breeze. If the shipping center is close by to you, id skip Walgreens and go to the source. It will save you a headache, trust me.

I must first state I rarely use services such as fedex maybe couple times over years. I had a document requiring overnight delivery, the company gave me a shipping label. I walked in the lobby area it was empty no clerk. I waited about 5 minutes the clerk entered. I go to hand the envelope to her and the first thing out of her mouth is that goes in the hall. It was rudely spoken, no hello no kind of greeting. I asked for a proof of mailing and she acted like it was a burden!!! All I can say is that employee would have been written up in my business. I was a supervisor in a customer service based industry.

These people are unbelievable! I went to what I thought was a shipping BUSINESS and left confused feeling as if I was asking someone to do a favor for me. These people are disrespectful, repulsive and just out right RACIST. That basically sumps up my experience. Highly likely to go out of business soon!!

If your looking to ship something need boxes for your shipment need it professionally packaged up need to print something fax something .. this is NOT the right place for you. It’s so very confusing trying to find a FedEx Office. I think these pods were created to anger people. Don’t bother contacting customer service. The calls get routed to someone in India. Who have no idea how to really help. I asked several times if they could help me find a fully serviced ship center. I was on the road when I made the call. He assured me this location was what I was looking for. NOPE! Had me driving 46 minutes in the wrong direction wrong location. I don’t know about anyone else but my time is valuable. And this was un-exceptable! Honestly if your not going to be a fully serviced location why do you exist! I hope all these little places close down. Who needs this aggravation.

Did a pre-paid return. They had a drop off spot inside the 1st hallway but not where the workers were. Therefore, no personal interactions. Easy drop off. The hallway is monitored by cameras for security.

Difficult to work with, heavily overpriced, terrible customer service. They are simply not motivated to help you. And if you have the misfortune of visiting their location, it's not particularly easy to find... Do not recommend.

We live on a small dirt road in Lebanon CT and these fedex drivers drive so extremely fast. I have attempted to file complaints numerous times, but they tell me I need the exact truck number that is driving by. Yet, they drive by so fast, you cant get the number. They are going to cause a serious accident one day.

I have had nothing but poor experiences.with FedEx in general. They seem to care more about policy than helping. They've refused to hold packages for me before. They won't reprint labels for customers. If you don't have something taped down well, thats the end of the world and they wont help. UPS and USPS has none of these issues. Use them

For the second time in a month, the driver left an expensive package at the top of my driveway next to the road. No notice and my driveway was not blocked for access. These were large packages that were readily visible to anyone driving by. Not impressed.
