Stopped here on our way home from our long trip to Pennsylvania, walked in and was greater by such a lovely women behind the register, she took our orders so quick and right . Their restrooms were open and very very clean, there was a very polite older women who called me honey which I love and think is respectful to call customers lead me to where my coffee was. I tasted my iced latte and it was made PERFECTLY ! I wish every dunkin had this type of crew in it ! Great employees!

It was the worst dunkin' I've ever been to. I've been here 4 days this week, and every single day was a horrible experience. They have more people working in there than most dunkins I've seen, and they are the slowest. Not a few minutes, 10 to 25 min wait every day even with ordering ahead 5-10 mins. They mess up basic orders every day. And they've made me late coming back from break 3 days this week. I don't recommend I'd go to the next one

I avoid this location at all costs because any day or time of day I go to order my coffee...a medium iced vanilla cream only, the coffee is wrong. My fiancee's coffee is rarely correct. I have included a picture of the mangled hash browns I received the other day. The girl who works there waith the buzzed blueish hair has an attitude problem and either needs retraining or a new career path. Chris, the manager has little to no communication skills when we express complaints. Some motivation, retraining, and a managerial overhaul are desperately needed at this location. Wake up! There is more potential at this location!

I used to go every morning, but the attitude from some staff wasn't so pleasant, so I stopped and started to go to Greenville, whom I may add is MUCH faster, and wonderful staff. I went back to this location this morning, and yes, again, nasty attitude from a staff member to make my morning miserable now due to her. And to think, all I ordered was two donuts!!!!!If she would've waited until I actually drove off before saying her nasty comment TO ME, this review would not have been written.I have ALWAYS been super nice, and I tip very largely, sorry, but back to Greenville my service goes, as well as my friends after I tell then how unprofessional you just were....over two donuts!?!? Wow

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went there this morning at around 7:30 a.m and they usually give the wake up wraps in a bag. Instead it was in a box and as the worker handed it to me I had a look of confusion on my face. Instead of explaining the change or just being simply being nice she snapped at me. I will never return to this Dunkin until that lady is fired or replaced.

As any other American out there, I rely on Dunkin for a morning fixing here and again. Unfortunately every time I come to this location, I am disappointed in a small way or another. Either a forgotten item or drink made incorrectly, or items out of stock, it's no longer my primary Dunkin for my east CT bound routine. They can get fairly busy, by busy I am talking ten+ cars waiting to order at a time. They are by the highway so it makes sense, but I wouldn't recommend.Parking: Parking is decent here, 10-20 spots, can't be tough to pull out of parking if drive thru is overloadedWheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp

I went to drive thru. I got the wrong beverage. It looked wrong when the employee handed it to me. I questioned it. I asked if it was a large hot latte. He assured me it was and off I went. Into the Hwy headed to Norwich. I take a sip and discover it is NOT my latte. I wasted 1/8 of a tank if gas and 20 minutes turning around to go back to get the drink I paid for. I was not offered ANYTHING for my inconvenience. I will NOT be back. 4.50 +tip!!

The first time I walked into this establishment was right after they were newly open. I stood in line inside waiting for someone to take my order, I was the only one in line. After 5 minutes of people looking at me and not waiting on me, I walked out. I chalked it up to the newness and have been back multiple time since. No problems with service after that one incident. Quick service and pretty clean but the flies while eating there are a bit bothersome.

Quality food & drink but definitely not fast food at all. No sense of urgency. I was the only person inside & stood at the counter for a full 2 minutes before I was acknowledged and there was 5 employees (that I could see) Then my 2 sandwiches & 1 drink took forever. I'll go back cause it's close to home but I know from past experience not to ever go here if I'm in a hurry.

I wish I could give this 0 stars, we came thru the drive thru and had a fairly big but organized order, ordered a dozen and asked for half glazed and half assorted, asked for 3 breakfast sandwiches with 1 of them with no cheese, asked for 4 drinks. The box of assorted had no glazed, all of the breakfast sandwiches had cheese LOL, and 2 of the drinks were wrong and we were missing our hot coffee we had ordered, please get it together Dunkin. From here on out New London location has our business

Overpriced copaired to the rest of the area . They don't put the proper amount of flavor in . And they never listen on how you want your food. Cant blame them for the customers but they are a very dumb people... this is probably the worst dunkin I've ever been to in New England ...we wont touch on the service

Don't ever accept Doordash/Ghrubhub/Ubereats here, they never check their Mailboxes; they never place orders, never follow app rules. In driverthu will take 25 minutes or inside the line 30 minutes, they will prepare after 10 minutes you waiting. 🥁

Horrible! You’re better off going to Greenville, 5 minutes further out of the way and you’ll still get your order quicker. Drive-thru is always backed up, not just during “peak times”. They ALWAYS screw up something on the order. The “crew” has no effing clue on what they’re doing. When you try and correct an issue you get an attitude from hell. I didn’t even get a receipt for my order today! I get it, they’re fairly new... but all this time later the bugs should’ve been worked out by now. Today was the last chance I was giving this place. SHUT IT DOWN!

The occum ct location coffee is awful. I’m a Dunkin’ fan but this is the worst coffee of any Dunkin’ I’ve had in the country- I’ve tried it 3-4 times to make sure it wasn’t a bad day. It tastes like the employees either don’t clean the machines or are dropping cigarette ashes in the coffee as it’s brewed. It’s disgusting- drive a little farther to a different location

If you want burnt, squished food that has been haphazardly prepared, than this is the Dunkin for you. The order is often wrong, half of the staff is extremely rude, and the wait time is crazy, no matter how busy or slow they are. I will say, the other half of the staff is quite kind and accommodating.

Use to be my favorite Dunkin, I’ve been coming in the past 3 days around 1:30 or so on my lunch break and it has been absolutely awful. Wrong orders, cold food, forgot half of my order today. Food was thrown into the bag without wrappers. I can only imagine how it was handled.

After having a horrible experience at the Norwich Dunkin on Salem Turnpike it was a serious relief to have Jess take our order like a professional. We were greeted with warm smiles and a bit of laughter between the girls. Absolutely replacing our Norwich trips to Taftville!Updating 4 years later, STILL my favorite Dunkin!

Second time I got ripped off in one week. I typically don't have a problem, but it seems the crew members are highly unorganized when it comes to a surge of customers in the drive thru. First time, I was shorted 2 dollars (only got 60 cents back for a medium coffee with 5$ bill, coffee was 2.35 i believe. Rarely given a receipt without asking for one). It's petty but still. Second time I was charged for food I didn't receive (i ordered a sandwich with 3 servings of hashbrowns, total was 5 something [and they forgot the coffee I ordered as well too, but I reminded them. He forgot to add it to the order so I owed another 2.35] so in total 7 in change. I get home to see they only gave me the sandwich and coffee for 7$ without the hashbrowns...again didn't get a receipt. Overall, usually they are on point but these two incidents will stick out in my mind. Always ask for a receipt! I have learned my lesson. Thanks dunkin'!
