Horrible customer service. The lady that answered the phone was dry as hell and refused to check for an item I was looking for.. smh.. I guess I have no choice but to drive 30 mins to see if they have it on stock.. wow! This store needs better people that want to work and help their customers!

Wish they had the frozen and produce coolers as well as the drink coolers. Very limited dollar tree. Limited on staff 1 person working the whole store. They're currently reorganizing several aisles. Very disruptive to finding things.

Went in yesterday 7/27/22 at 4:47pm to purchase a specific Halloween item and the Manager whose name I won't post, was already in a bad mood. Opened another register and then began to be rude to me trying to tell me "you can't purchase all of one item from the shelf" there's nothing that says I can't and I don't need to explain to you why I'm purchasing the items. She than argued with me and started yelling over me to a soda deliver person and being nasty with him. This manager then proceeded to state that the delivery man just got people fired/in big trouble. If I was ollar tree I suggest you look at your cameras for register 1 and see who you have hired as a manager because she clearly isn't fit to be one or command a team of employees. I won't be coming back to this store I'll go 20 minutes south to another location. Calling to make a formal report for the verbal abuse of myself and the delivery man.

I went to purchase some items with cash. I gave the cashier an old twenty dollar bill. She said this doesn't look right. I explained it's old but still legal tender. The cashier called the supervisor and she refused to except the bill. They need training on currency!!!

I have been shopping here for 2 years never had a bad experience until today!! When I asked for my silk flowers in a separate bag I clearly heard the girl say to herself oh my God!!and rolled her eyes!! Not cool! I'll still shop there because I like it but I will avoid doing so while that awful cashier is there!!! This was Monday 3pm on 5/18/20

Everything's $1 and for a dollar you get a pretty decent value. I like to stop there when I need something for my household to see if they have it before going into stop & shop next door where everything's for the home is much more expensive. The staff is pretty awful though. Its obvious they don't care about the job. They talk to each other and don't even acknowledge you during check out. A lot lot of them are young and may not have decent management to guide them so you can't really blame them. But it is a dollar store not a gourmet grocer so it's not a big deal.

Very irresponsible. They're suppose to close at 9:00 PM. I went 6:35 PM a regular tuesday and is closed and no sign indicating of it.

Dollar tree is guaranteed to be the best deal in town. Never buy garage bags, napkins, cleaning products, or candy anywhere else.
