Hours are horrible they close at 6 on the weekend, which isn’t helpful if you need emergency medicine prescribed by the ER. When I called to verify the took my insurance they said it “sometimes” works which makes no sense. I decided to use a different pharmacy.

Haven't been able to get my prescription here in weeks because they cannot keep it in stock. WAY too busy, always a line. Nice staff though.

I saw a bunch of negative reviews on this location. I was able to do the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up my medicine which was very convenient. The staff seemed friendly here from my experience.My only comment is that one of the pharmacy drive-thru areas was closed due to a technical issue. The wait to get through the line was three or four minutes at most.Comparing their online application for a prescription tracking and that sort of thing, they are much better than the other competitors out there.We will be back when in the area for medicine only. I don't really do much shopping at CVS other than that.

CVS has the State of Ct contract and if I were able to choose I would NEVER choose this pharmacy. They are not interested in customer service. They are interested in making money. There is never enough associates working. It is impossible to pick up a Rx on the first visit. There are always issues with the system and the automated system is the worst ever!!

I never have had any problem with this CVS. They’re always nice and clean and stocked up. I have a great experience here every time I go.

I personally think the staff are very friendly I think they do their best to help you save money and I wouldn't go to another CVS to one in on Main Street in Connecticut is a lovely Pharmacy

The parking lot is difficult to negotiate. Sales people are hard to find. And ask for the pharmacy you better be prepared to wait to even get to a window and ask a question. Then when you do you go to pick up your prescription and they tell you first you need to go to this window you go to that window it is an extremely annoying setup
