Went to this location to add cash to my account 45 minutes before closing and was told all registers were already closed and that I could not be assisted. đłI asked the rep why they would close all the registers before the store closed and was told they have 20 registers to close. Regardless of the amount of registers that need to be closed at least one should remain open until the store closes at 10pm. Common sense to me.

Why do they always put the rude people in front counter. I don't think he knew how to even speak. No hello, no thank you. Will cancel my monthly subscription definitely. Will use Walgreens from now on.

I had scheduled online an appointment to get caught up on all of my vaccinations with the CVS located in Norwich CT. When I arrived at the facility, I was taken into the isolated care area by a pharmacy representative, who gave me the required three vaccinations in a very timely, professional, and quality manner. I would recommend that anybody requiring vaccination services taking the time to set up an online account and schedule their appointment With CVS at any of their numerous locations. I feel confident that you will not be disappointed by the overall quality of services that CVS continues to provide their clients nationwide.

Worst place ever most ignorant rude employees that go out of their way to make it hard. I truly hate this place and everyone I've felt with I wouldn't have gone here ever again if Walgreens wasn't out of my meds . This place should be shut down and these pharmacist should have to go back to school cause clearly have not a clue what they are doing I'd rather get a colonoscopy with a chain saw then deal with these fools again

The pharmacist at this location is absolutely terrible. The way he treats paying customs (when) he picks up the phone is disgusting, the chip he carries on his shoulder is so unnecessary and certainly not professional, how he HANGS up after telling you he refuses to fill your medication and youâll âhave to get it tomorrow.â Sorry ERIC, but I just had surgery to remove CANCER and I have 20 stitches, so the LEAST you could do as a âhealth care professionalâ is fill the script my doctor sent over 6 hours ago! Mind you, this is ibuprofen 800, not a controlled substance. I will be moving all of my own prescriptions, as well as the 7 my Nana gets monthly and any future medications my kids need to a pharmacy that has staff that actually CARES ABOUT THE HUMANS THEYâRE PAID TO SERVICE. I will not let this one slip by, Iâll by calling the corporate office tomorrow and speaking with the pharmacy manager so they can listen to the call and fire this clown once and for all. Sadly, they likely wonât as theyâre short and desperate.

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible, bad customer service and extremely slow drive thru, 20 minutes for each person is ridiculous, maybe if they'd stop talking trash about the customers while chit chatting amongst each other they'd be faster, I waited 25 minutes just for me to get to the window and they closed the gate in my face, unbelievable #bebetter

Until they fix the pharmacy, Iâd recommend going somewhere else.Since they made the the decision to half their pharmacy hours itâs been absolute chaos no matter the time you go. Drive through always has at least 3-7 cars waiting, inside line is 7-15 people long, phone ringing with at least 4 people waiting for them to pick up. When I call I spend at least 10-15 minutes waiting for them to pick up. If something is wrong with your prescription they literally donât have the time to call you about it. The other day someone forgot to put in the system that my schedule II medication was even in process, let alone filled and had been waiting for me to pick up.I know itâs not the pharmacy staffâs fault, itâs the companyâs fault, but itâs incredibly frustrating. They just used to have 24 hours to do their job and now they have half the time to do it. Something has to change.

This pharmacy used to be great but went downhill really fast. There is suddenly always an issue filling my prescription. Usually they donât even have enough in stock. Last time they gave me a partial fill of 22 out of 28. I called a week later to get the rest and they said I picked it up on the same day as the partial fill. They didnât believe me when I said I didnât. How would that even be possible if they couldnât fill the full 28?! They checked the cameras and said I picked up 2 prescriptions that day. Thatâs because one was the 22 out of 28 and the other was an anxiety medication. Finally, they checked the bin and found the prescription of the 6 remaining. If they had just believed me in the first place and looked for it instead of judging me based on what my medication is, there wouldnât have been any issues.

Pharmacy is horrific. After waiting 20 mins for youâre prescription, They text you that your prescription is ready, only to be told when get to the counter 2 mins later âWe are closed for lunchâ. Terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. The front staff is great. Kind and helpful.

Tried switching from Walgreens. The tech tried to tell me my insurance doesn't cover my meds. It does. She was looking at information on the computer of insurance I had 8 years ago and I don't even know how CVS would have those records since I've never used them before. Walgreens always has a long wait, but at least they don't try to send me away empty handed due to lazy negligence.

Had just gotten out of surgery, pharmacy tech tries to charge me out of pocket a ridiculous amount. Doesn't even ask for my insurance card or if I've filled anything with them before. Then says they don't have one of the meds. So I go through an hour of waiting and calling my Dr waiting for them to get out of surgery. My Dr called them to verify before calling in the prescriptions. Just to find out they had it all along and the tech just didn't double check with the pharmacist. Terrible experience.

Pharmacist Giving me a hard time picking up my important medication every single time I go thereâs always a problem. Literally there not on point with anything back there, and they lie about also calling insurance saying that was the problem. Was very rude when I tried explaining. Recommend changing pharmacy especially if your on important medication wonât ever get it on time.

They have a 24 hr drive thru that is never open & contacted the manager that acts like this shouldnât be happening, says they will take care of the problem but has yet to be corrected. When you try & reach the pharmacy they never answer their phone. If it wasnât for my insurance stipulating CVS as my pharmacy, I would be using Walgreens again. I definitely will be heading to gales ferry to fill my prescriptions from now on. The Norwich location is terrible.

He called me up with rude attitude saying he not taking responsibility for his staff when he was off on friday and my doc faxed a prescription over feb 24th here is it march 12th still no prescription because of the pharmacy negligencethey better really evaluate this cvs because staff doest care and bare minimum is done!

The worse CVS !! Their customer service is the worse . You wait on the phone for at least 45 mins to even get to talk to someone . As if nobody wants to work anymore .I would of gave them a negative score if I could . It is horrendous as soon as I can switch pharmacy I will be doing so. It is always something with this cvs I would recommend people go to a different pharmacy

For a cvs that is open 24hours this place is the slowest. Cashiers up front are either slow or there isn't enough of them. And the Pharmacy, wow, what a sh*tshow. They're so slow even if they say 15 mins on phone or in person it takes them 3 hours to do anything. And this is when the store is empty everybody is that slow. The pharmacy techs will stare at one another as to say its your turn to go help the customer. Its just chaos and something really need to be done about this place. SO SLOW TO DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. DON'T COME TO THIS CVS!!

Their drive-through window service is the absolute worst. The inside counter service is no better. Picking up a prescription is on average a 45 - 60 minute ordeal.

Absolutely horrible experience.....cashier and the manger on duty were extremely lazy. It was even suggested that I go to Walgreens across the street because there machines work better. And this was by a manager named Destiny. The other cashier name was Stephanie who also seem kind of annoyed about how lazy and unwilling to help the manager was. Iâve been going to this place for years and never had a problem but Iâve also never run into that manger before. She is bad for business.

Had surgery and needed my medication on the way home andCouldnât get it because the system crashed. Had a doctor call in medicine for migraine and they were closedDown around 5:00 do to another system crash. The pharmacy sucks. Itâs not funny when you canât get important medicine. super clean and kempt interior. professional and kind vaccine booster technician. really helpful floor service.didn't see a customer wifi available, but maybe it is there, just didn't see it.during the colder months, please, either provide more heating for your evening staff or let them wear warmer clothing. a very nice floor employee was shivering, said she could put on her red jacket if maybe because it is within dress code. i was fine, but different individuals have different temperature setting needs.and by the way, the minus one star is just because there is always room for improvement. and free coffee.

My wife had a medication called in at 3:00pm and not ready all day. Called back at 8pm where is it? They said will be ready in half an hour. It is now 9:45. Avoid this CVS! They can't get the times right imagine what kind of medication they are giving you.

They gave us the wrong prescription in someone else's name! They were given the correct name and address so I don't know if this is incompetence or sheer ignorance, either way it's amazing they stay in business as this is not the first time I've seen this happen with them. Luckily we caught it before she took more than one and she isn't in the ICU. This is so unprofessional and potentially dangerous and could end up killing someone!

Went there to purchase an over the counter cream and wanted a recommendation on the best ointment to use. Not only was I rushed out of an empty store with 3 people working the pharmacy, the lady didn't even want to ring me up and said to go to the front instead. I went to the front,out the door and across the street to Walgreens where I received better service from a more knowledgeable staff

Do not go here for any appointments. The app gives you 15mins before the appointment to check-in âon timeâ I.E. appt time 11 am check-in by 10:45am. If youâre one minute âlateâ within that 15 min check-in time frame(technically youâre not late) the Nurse cancels your appointment and takes whoever is there sitting in the waiting area.

This Pharmacy is just out for your money, the workers here are very rude and mean. Your always on hold for ever and half the time they tell you that they have to order your meds. So if you're smart stay away from the big chain pharmacies and go to the mom and pop ones where you get better service.

Worst pharmacy around, they didnt refill my daughters antibotics for the correct amount of days then refused to acknowledge or fix their mistake and made it seem like their dispensing technology is foolproof and I just cant measure 5 ml, so badly that my daughter is shorted 4 days of 2 doses?! Rude, unprofessional, and inaccurate, which for a pharmacy is unacceptable.
