The first 2 pictures are from December 30th and the other 2 are from January 2nd. As a previous employee of Big Lots, this is just pathetic. Your customers shouldn't have to clean the toilet seat just to use it.Get it together Big Lots. This could be a great store.

I never heard of Big Lots until I went to Virginia Beach, but then it came up to Connecticut, and I was so happy. It has everything like a Home Goods, but different. It's probably cheaper but still good quality stuff. I came in just browsing, and I love it when they have sale items. Their Valentines Day was 90 percent off, and I literally got 4 items for 5 bucks. Score. The workers in the store were pleasant and helped me with my questions, and they didn't have what I was originally looking for, but she recommended a place. Good customer service

I love my local Big Lots. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the upcoming sales and deals. One of the employees told me about a deal on a Christmas tree I was about to get, but it was going on sale the next day. I was able to purchase my first ever Christmas tree for $25!

The place is super disorganized, but the prices are okay if you can find what you're looking for. Only ever 1 register open. Worst thing i saw was a ziploc bag of men's underwear priced to sell. This is shady as hell. The manager/owner must not understand PNL if he's having damaged or returned goods put out for sale with a sticker like it's brand new.

I asked cashier a question and she totally ignored me..I ended up finding it myself because she was to busy talking to another customer as I waited for them to stop bullshiting..then had the balls to wish me a good day..I won't go there again.

It is always empty when I go there so no waiting in line. I seldom see anything I want to buy other than snack foods. I looked the furniture over and it was pretty standard, plain & okay I guess. The store is clean and the staff seem very nice. It's a little 'odd' that it is always empty. Plenty of parking, that's for sure.

Good to poke through the store and find items you can use. Garden area has nice flower pots at good prices, furniture area had some nice looking pieces good for making a nicely done rooms, detergents at decent prices,household cleaning supplies,HBA,etc. Like the store.

Alot of new beautiful new fall stuff was going out today. I need to go back ,pick some stuff up. Nice clothes too. I'll be bring my daughters, I see stuff they will won't. Great prices on things too.

Lots of great finds in this store! I particularly love the new home decor.. very stylish and great quality. I redid my bedroom and I got almost all the furniture, storage, and decorations I needed from here! I used my Big Lots credit card (which offers no interest when you spend $200+ in a trip and pay on time!!). I always find everything I need, or a reasonable substitute, for a great price. The employees are very friendly too! Great store.

The store is always clean and organized. Always carrying new merchandise. I know when I want to buy something for myself or someone special this is the place to go. Big Lots carries stuff Noone else has. Great prices and great quality.

These stores are always understaffed. I will say I've really never waited @ this store. The staff is nice & friendly. This store is also very clean & neat. The cashier cleaned the check out counter & keypad with every customer. You dont see that anywhere anymore. Bathrooms also very clean. Thankyou to all the staff @ Norwich. Great job!

They still have some boxed theater candy for $1.00 as the rip off dollar store gets $1.25 for them. Rice krispie treats are $1.99 and grocery stores get upwards of $ 3.00 to $4 dollars or more unless you get a sale price of $2.50 each and have to download a coupon to get it for $1.99 a box

My gosh thought l was having a nightmare at big lots concerning a furniture mix up ...at first no one could help me with the confusion..this happened at the Norwich Connecticut store..l was at my witts end and had a serious problem.. l talked with several people at the store to see if we could solve this...but to my dismay no one could figure it out so l asked if l could speak to them district manager...Chris..he talked to me with kindness..as l cried to him he told me he would fix it.. he did..and he and his employees went above and beyond and fixed it..l was the happiest person at that monment..they are good people..l thank them from the bottom of my heart...l will always shop at BIG LOTS they are the best...thank you again Chris and associate..

Customer service is amazing. Covid-19 did not knock the store out. They have a king size bed that I'm going to purchase the whole set. Again outstanding customer service and the products is not bad either.

I love this place and I always end up buying twice as much as I wanted to! But I only have myself to blame. The best deals I find are food items like canned goods, jarred items, spices, and all types of cosmetics.

Of all the Big Lots I've been in is obviously new. The layout was spacious and the aisles huge. Lots of staff to assist. Lots of new product out on the Shelf. One complaint there were no carts inside the facility.

This is one of my favorite places yo go they have variety of products to choose from and. The always have A deal!! Unique inventory and knowledgeable staff that will go the extra mile to get what you need..plenty of parking.
