Same review as the previous person before me. Literally siting in my car for 20 minutes or more. I went to check the Walmart app it says my order was picked at 8:55am while I am still waiting outside. (Order pick up time was 8-9am. I arrived 8:45am and left at 9:10am)I thought it was a good idea to come do pick up before it gets crowded.

My first time to this Walmart. I found items I've been looking for. However what I brought which was a heated blanket did not have everything in it. The main part the wire. Which is needed to work. And I can't get there for return. 🤦‍♀️

The Walmart was not what we're used to. It was small and hard to get around the isles. No real choices in bathroom essentials, only had one color of toilet seats, white, but there was a wall of scented candles and wax melts. Absolute waste of time... No produce, and no real usable food on shelves. You're better off going to a stop n shop or grocery store.

Might as well just close this place since you closed the other one. I can’t ever find a parking spot anymore and you don’t deliver to greenwich so I’m forced to drive up here to illegally park to get something

Came hear for a couple last min gifts for my family as the head of the house I get stuck with these task. Too crowd and lack of services for the customer base. Go to this place if it’s a need not a want. One plus is they keep a clean shelf and well stocked but too many people in the parking lot with carts touching cars.

Awful. And this old tiny location is serving all of lower Fairfield County. You can imagine how busy and insane it is. More over, it's not a full size store so the selection is very limited across all categories.Avoid if you can.

Literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I came here to make a return and then purchase some items after. I get up to the register and it’s an older lady with finger waves in here hair. She looked at me as if she didn’t want to serve me. So I said to her hi how are you doing, and she goes “ok” with an attitude. Then proceeds to do my transaction while aggressively typing in whatever. She gave me my money and I turned and left. I don’t owe her nothing not even a “hi how are you doing” I’m the customer and didn’t do nothing wrong to her rude self loli have to laugh because it is beyond me how these people work in customer service. I will be reaching out further because that was unacceptable and I didn’t appreciate that. What’s really her issue when she saw me.

Customer service employee African American with face mask was very rude and unprofessional. She kept calling me "girl friend" as she was helping me she was speaking very abrupt to another colleague in front of the customers which I find to be very disrespectful. She walk away and asked another employee to assist with my return in the middle of the transaction just to go chat with another colleague gentleman Caucasian with glasses, while the line was near Subway. They stood their like no cares in the world just laughing as the customers stood in the long line. Shame on the store manager for allowing this terrible behavior.

Very disorganized store. Shelves being stocked during shopping hours which make it impossible to shop. Self checkout machines have errors frequently then you have to wait for someone to clear the error which blows the whole point of self checkout.

There aren’t any Walmarts near me so I have to drive about 45 minutes give or take to get there. If it wasn’t for my husband’s “Clear American” carbonated water I wouldn’t come. I don’t see what all the hype is over “Walmart”. It’s old, dated and out of stock for a lot of items. Maybe it’s the Super Walmarts that ppl rave about otherwise I don’t see the big deal. I’d order the water online to save myself a trip but it’s always out of stock! 😂

Since the Connecticut Ave is closed..I am lost ,the Rute7 store is awful the employee's are mad Rude.the store is missing a lot of Items the store is dark and dinji...And the next walmart is 17 miles away and the next one 25 So yeah I am so disappointed you guys left a community literally Hanging 😢Sad.

It is a great store- clean, well stocked and easy to find people to help you... but parking is hell, and I hate that I have the option to not get a receipt on the self checkout screen only for someone at the door to demand to see my receipt

The Walmart at Main St., Norwalk feels a little different compared to the one in Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk. The staff that maintain the garden center in Main St. Norwalk are simply awesome. They seem to have maintained the plants so well. Their attention and care shows. Kudos 👌..

Horrible service, me and my friend walked in to get a snack + a gift card. We thought we were gonna get treated with a hospitality that Walmart regularly has… WRONG! We go to a lady at the cash register, and was very rude, mumbling things, as well being just a true racist to me. After that, she got mad at us because we were paying separately when my friend thought it was together. Next thing, we get home after that, the lady NEVER activated the card, so we walked home with rudeness on our backs and a $10 unactivated gift card. We believe Aisle #7, a middle aged blonde lady on New Years Eve, around 12:30 should do the job. Overall pathetic.

Walmart continues to have competitive pricing in houseware products, pet supplies and large items for the home. It is the first place we go to online when we are searching for products. The quality of the products is also excellent and stands up to time.

Shopping is great. But the one woman who is at the door will look at EVERY. ITEM. IN. YOUR. CART. There is no need to do that, it makes a long line to leave the store.

Tried to warranty a defective car battery and was sent away saying they can't do anything about it. Extremely rude and ignorant staff at this store. Then got hassled and physically grabbed (almost assaulted) by an employee who jerked me and ripped the cart from my arms on my way back out and was demanding a receipt for the defective 1 yr old battery that I clearly walked in with.

Stopped by security on my way out to "check my receipt". The guard looked at it and didnt even read it wholey. They didn't even count my items. The store is always trahsed and items all over the place at the store, maybe they should start with that. They are the ones that remove the tellers and now I am responsible for processing my items? Stopped and questioned by security? I didn't agree to be stopped and questioned and show proof of my purchase. This isn't Costco and I have terms to my membership. You took away people's jobs to bother good loyal customers. Terrible. I avoid this place as much as possible.

Horrible, scary, barely any stock on shelves and the aisles are so narrow that only 1 person can fit at a time. Why bother? Will never go to this specific Walmart and will alert anyone I know not to go there. Disgusting.

For being the only Walmart now to go to. It's very ghetto and the help needs to be trained to be helpful to their customers. They need to open another walmart to reduce the number of customers in one store within the area.
