The staff were pleasant yet the fee was outrages from 65$ at normally paid this time was 85$ for a 7lb. Chihuahua cut hair, nails clip n wash that's too much sorry it's my last visit.

It's a great place for a first time dog and I personally enjoy grooming my own dog. Plus it's 20$ for everything one would need. That's a deal! Nice staff....if you can get a hold of one.

Been coming here at least once a month for years but something has changed in the last six months and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Too bad because it was convenient for me but I think they aren’t able to hire qualified help. They no longer come out for curbside pickup. I always have to go in and wait in a long line to pick up my order. I would buy in the store but they don’t stock hardly anything on the shelves yet you can order it online. Final straw today didn’t get my 20% discount for ordering online and staff inside store couldn’t help me correct it. Then brought my online order in a flimsy bag that was stuffed full of cans and tore. I had to wrangle it to my car in torn paper bag.
