We love this Petco because of Tim our dog trainer he is amazing with our dachshund Teddy! Tim has a real talent and a special way with animals! We are so happy that we met Tim!!!! He is a real asset to this company and I hope they reward him for all of his hard work and never let him go!

Happy fir baby after grooming at Petco. Andrea is great!!! Takes her time to make the pets comfortable and is very careful with elderly dogs, like my Westie, Rexy!!!

I had the wrong date and wrong store, the groomer could see I was frazzled as our old pup doesn’t do well with traveling. She was able to take her and did a great job. Very thorough. I was very impressed our dog has a lot of growths, so she’s not easy to groom. Another chain wouldn’t even take her back.

I recently took my beloved dog to PETCO, in Wilton, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell that the staff truly cares about the well-being and happiness of their furry clients.The facility itself was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which is always a good sign in a dog grooming place. The staff members were all friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to ask me about my dog's specific needs and preferences before getting started.Once my dog was in the grooming area, the groomer worked quickly and efficiently, but never rushed the process. I could tell that she was very skilled at her job and genuinely enjoyed working with dogs. She took care to make sure my dog was comfortable and relaxed throughout the grooming process.When the grooming was finished, my dog looked and smelled fantastic! The groomer had taken care to trim his fur and nails perfectly, and he looked like a million bucks. I could tell that he felt great too - he was wagging his tail and bouncing around with excitement.

Grooming is very good but the rest of the staff can’t be bothered to pick up the phone when you call. Place is understaffed like many places resulting in poor customer service.

The staff here are super friendly and inviting. My family pops in twice a week because our youngest lovesss to look at all the animals. They’ll often stop by and talk to him about the animals, share some fun facts, and occasionally let him pet some of the more social animals! We all appreciate them taking the time to help him learn about some of his favorite critters!

The facility is conveniently located with ample free parking. The employees welcomes customers with a friendly greeting. The groomers are exceptional. They provide such great care to my pup and I’m always satisfied with their service.

The staff is very helpful, kind and polite. The store is always well maintained. There very informative with pretty much anything you need answered. This store is my go to anytime I need my pet supplies and I will continue to use them.

Brought my dog there to be groomed, She’s short hair so she doesn’t require a Cut. Just a simple bath brushing nail cut and then nail grinding. When we picked her up her nails weren’t Brian did her nails were still sharpen very jagged with long pieces on them and she stunk. For $70 for my dog to be groomed do not recommend terrible service.

I have been a regular customer of Petco for several years. I was in last week for a grooming for our dog. Andrea, her groomer, always does an amazing job with the care and loving our dog enjoys. The staff in the store is always friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back.

Overall great experience. The manager, Daysi, assisted us with getting fish and was very helpful and friendly. Although the fish department was small, it was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely drive the extra mile to come here.

My favorite petco ever! Always in stock with our cats favorite foods and the staff are always quite helpful with any of my questions. Becca especially is such a gem! We truly appreciate how dedicated, kind, and helpful she is!When we adopted our newest kitten, she was amazing with her recommendations, knowledge, and even my six year old daughter was so impressed! Whenever I come in to the store, she always asks me about how our little guy is doing which I always enjoy. She even helped me pick out his latest walking leash! Super happy with her suggestions as well as the store!Thanks Petco!

The two gentlemen at the store were super helpful and very nice. They went above and beyond to help me and answered questions I had about getting my dogs nails cut.The woman who was grooming, called me to further answer questions and she was either having a bad day or she speaks rudely all the time but she gave me a bad taste about taking my dog there to have her nails cut. So I will not be using her. If she wants business she needs to be kind.

Love this store! The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. The manager in fact provided me with excellent service. He took his time showing me all the different products they offer and even went through the ingredients with me to show me the differences between the brands. I felt much more informed of my purchase and what I was feeding my dog after that! Great place to bring your pets for grooming, daycare, Veterinary assistance, mingling with live creatures for sale, adopting cats (and dogs on pre-planned adoption days)! Tons of food, toys, and bedding for all your furry, feathery, fishy friends! Pop in and see for yourself!

Ordered from petco app from this store. It was delivered via same day doordash and as it turned out the wrong order was delivered. I called to complain the store wouldn't entertain the call - not would they direct me to how to get this fixed from Doordash. Horrible customer service!

John went ABOVE and BEYOND what I have ever received in ANY retail store. He helped me from day one, Saturday, purchasing a fish to yesterday, getting ready for my in-store adoption of the two kittens. He assisted me with EVERYTHING I could have needed. I will be writing another letter to the manager of this store to let them know how please I was at this location. He made me feel like my needs were important an answered any questions I had. He relayed information to the rescue for me, in my absence which was MUCH appreciated. Please recognize him for this review!

I love this Petco so much! All the people that work in this store are amazing. They're always so cheerful, funny and kind. They have been insanely accommodating of me and my cat that is a very picky eater :) Not only have they been helpful with the returns, they have even tried to help me out with some questions, since this is my first fur baby. From the friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff to the selection of pet food and toys, it's really all you could ask for in a pet store. And all at an affordable price / no bs. Took my dog in for a nail trim. Very nice groomer who made this relatively anxious pup feel comfortable. They can get ridiculously busy on weekends, but will work in nail trims between grooming clients so you don't have to wait too long.

Best parrot shop ever! They have a great balanced blend for parrots and very wise workers. They also trim nails and are great at handling birds. My African grey is fiesty but with them he's a well behaved parrot
