I like this place! It’s clean, affordable and they have a loyalty program (every 7th bath for free); the employees are always very helpful and attentive to detail. Dogs don’t like it but it’s just because they prefer to stay muddy :-D I just wish they replaced some of the hairdryers!

Great store, helpful friendly staff. We especially like using their dog wash facilities. Affordable and it's so nice to use their towels and shampoo and not trash our own bathroom washing our big dogs! :-)

Made an appointment a day before to use the dog wash since it’s by appointment only. Showed up to my appointment to find out I was overbooked. I had to leave and come back in an hour. I’m giving them 5 stars for the way the issue was handled. Jackie who I believe was the manager, handled the problem exceptionally good. And i don’t mean by giving me something for free because I wasn’t looking for that. Her actions were truly from a pro. Kudos to you Jackie. You are an example for many managers in every industry out there.

This should be at least 4 stars but they don’t maintain the pet wash area well enough. Blow dryers are often broken and last time the drain was clogged, so as I’m bathing my dog the tub was backing up with old soapy water and other dog hair. Not great.

Good selection. Pet bath is great to have available. Could be maintained a little better, and I would bring my own shampoo because there's seems watered down. But the free treats make up for it for me.

I'm going to review this store just because they promoted the people at another store in Danbury. I frequent the pet valu on Mill plain road and the staff there is always been so helpful. It is wheelchair accessible but sometimes the cases of general stuff on the floor make it hard to maneuver around. I'm okay with that because you also offer a huge variety and I've price checked you guys against Amazon and you guys can compete. I checked often stay competitive. One thing I would love to see is somebody at the Danbury store do dog nails. I'm so happy they promote from within, well earned! About the store

It was 9:15am today and no one had showed up to open the store that was supposed to be opened at 9am. Even the Verizon store people were there 8 min before opening time. I need an emergency supply of dog food and didn't have my car today so I had to uber here and to work for nothing since I couldn't wait any longer and there was no guarantee that someone would have showed up at all. Pet Value of Danbury is great...this one they have to either update their hours or honor the open hours they have posted on google and at their door.

Can't beat the $10 self dog wash...they provide shampoo, towels, everything you need and they clean up for you. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

Only came here once but was super happy w the service and selection. The girl that helped me was so sweet, helpful, and nice to my pup while we were looking for harnesses and leashes.

I love the $10 do it yourself Dog Wash. My dog loves the Performatin Ultra freeze dried beef liver treats that only they carry.
