I brought my doodle Leo for the first time for a bath and a haircut! He was very VERY nodded! My appointment was at 3:30 and by 5 he was all set! We used to go to a bigger chain and it was usually 3/4 hours! They were quick and good, Leo was not scared at all and they did a very good job staff was absolutely nice and they even gave me a few tips on how to brush him right! I would definitely recommend, thank you from Leo

I have been taking my dog to Neon Dog since he was a puppy and have always loved it! It’s super easy to book your appointment online. They text you before your pup is done so it’s quick and seamless. Hannah is great and I’m so happy with the results! I love how bright and modern the place is as and the little picture station that they set up monthly!

I can’t stop looking at my dog! She went in for a mud treatment and partial grooming today and she smells good and looks adorable!! She’s a doodle and I like it when she has that fresh poof! The service was also very fast, she was ready in an hour.

My moms dog, Bentley, has never been good about getting his haircut. We used to have to get him knocked out in order to shave him down. The experts at NEON Dog alleviate his fears and are able to cut him care and skill! Thank you so much for care and patience!

King and I have visited Neon Dog a handful of times and he continues to walk in happy with his tail wagging away (despite being an anxious poodle). Whether it’s a face or nail trim, ear or teeth cleaning - King is calm and always leaves a happy camper. The owner and staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Neon Dog certainly works well to accommodate to my schedule and King’s doggy needs. The dog treats, accessories and cleaning products are high quality, healthy and affordably priced. 5 stars from King and Alana, cheers!

Update - I had the owner Luis reach out to me and he helped to resolve my concerns. After taking him back to Neon Dog this afternoon, Frankie is looking great again. I really appreciate the prompt action on Luis’ part and understand that work is being done to improve customer service as well as with their new groomers. We will continue to rely upon Neon Dog for Frankie’s grooming needs and recommend them to all Fairfield County dog owners!—-I’ve had great experiences here, but my latest groom today with my dog was subpar and I’m not sure I am going to be coming back.We paid for the $80 Yaaasss Queen package (which we is what normally do), and also added the $20 de-shedding add on.We picked him up this afternoon, and unfortunately my dog does not look groomed. Typically I am very impressed with how he comes out, but today I am not.Running my fingers through his fur just once and there is a ton of undercoat stuck. Still lots of fur in his tail/back half and overall my dog does not look groomed. Honestly, he looked better before we dropped him off.The worst part is that upon calling, the associate was very defensive and is wanting to upcharge me $25 to pay for the next level package. This is after we have already paid $126 ($80 package +$20 deshedding +$20 tip + $6 tax). Given that we have taken Frankie to Neon Dog multiple times since he was a puppy (he is going on 3 years old now), I’m surprised at how long term customers are treated.I am attaching a few photos from today, showing his current state after grooming, particularly his back half.I am not sure if the store has recently changed management, or has new inexperienced groomers, but I am very disappointed with my experience here and this has tainted the really great grooms I’ve had at Neon Dog over the past two years.

I <3 Neon Dog!!! And so does my pup!! Everybody there treats her with such love and care—from the owners to the groomers—and she comes out looking perfect every time. Plus, they have a great selection of treats and toys, so I always get a little something on the way out. Can't recommend enough! 10 stars!

Terrible experience. This was my second time brining my puppy, and he came back looking unfinished. Not only that they cut his hair so close to his skin he got razor burn on his bum and private areas. My puppy is now hurting and I feel sorry for him. I’m very disappointed being that I’ve had trust in them, since I’ve herd good things before. But I will never bring my dog here again, nor will I recommend this place. So watch out and check your dogs body before leaving !

This is my go-to spot for my dog. They usually do a phenomenal job but it is dependent on the groomer/situation. We were disappointed w our last appointment as our dog came back not smelling the best. I believe this is because she had to be kenneled since she didn’t take to the loud noise of the blow dry well. Usually they put a hood on her but not sure what happened this last time…

Been lucky to have Neon Dog available to help with my pup since they first opened in 2019. We've moved up north a bit but it's always worth the drive down.My doggo is a bit anxious but they always accommodate her - even when she's being a bit of a diva. My young hound has her nails lightly trimmed every 3 wks because they grow so fast. Neon Dog makes it very easy and convenient to schedule a 10 minute visit for her trim. I am grateful for their professional service.

This was my first and last experience with Neon Dog. I paid 95 dollars for both my dogs to get a Bath, Brush, & Trim-Large, which on the website states the service comes with: luxury bath with natural shampoo, hand blow dry, brush out, nail trim, EAR CLEANING, trim of face, feet and sanitary area, and GLAND EXPRESSION. When I first arrived I was told they do not offer gland expression and they only feel the exterior of the dog to feel if the glands are filled. Gland expression should not be placed on the list if no glands are being expressed. I know my dog’s glands were filled and that’s why I purchased this package. When I picked my dogs up from the appointment, their ears were not cleaned or even touched. Directly after this appointment I needed to drive to Petsmart to have my dog’s glands expressed and ears be cleaned. For a first time customer I was not only dissatisfied but also disappointed in the lack of care for the service.

Very nice and clean setup! Easy to book the service and friendly staff. We had the de-shedding and dematting service for my siberian husky pup with long hair. She can be a baby and be very resistant when getting brushed. That’s why we are hoping to get more professional service instead of doing it ourselves. I think the staff might be too nice to her that she came home still have loose hair on her and we had to brush her again. They also weren’t able to trim the nails. I do think it’s good that the staff is very caring for the pets and don’t want to hurt them but on the other hand, I was hoping to get the professional service that we can’t perform at home on our own.

Always a lovely experience when bringing my Lyla here ! My girl is very feisty with me if I try to clean her up ! So I’m very relieved that Neon takes great care of Lyla and she always looks amazing ! Average...my biggest concern, as I always say, "dogs don't lie" My precious golden is very much a lover and extremely lover of all people. He was very hesitant to go in. ***Edit 4/28 -- The owner reached out to me and made things right. I want to clarify that I do still recommend this groomer as the facilities are very clean and they are diligent about confirming vaccination status. The boutique is also very cute/well curated and we've actually bought things from it. Give them a try!*** Brought our English Shepherd puppy here several times for regular bath & brush to get him used to grooming. Yesterday we brought him in because it's his first spring and he is blowing coat for the first time. My question is, why offer a $20 de-shed addon if you don't even do it? My pup came home with the same amount of shed coming off of him in clumps. Just to check I ran a regular undercoat rake through him and took out a load of shed. So on top of a $70 bath and brush, I just dropped $90(+ tax) for me to have to groom him at home anyway :( The pic is after a few minutes of brushing his neck.

Look no further! We are absolutely happy bringing our new puppy here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and great attitude from Dana and one of the groomers who I wish I got her name! They both made our dog Chase and myself feel comfortable leaving him. They got our puppy to warm up to them and when I picked him up he was happy and wagging his tail! Chase was one happy, clean smelling puppy! Can’t wait until our next visit!

Been here twice now with my pup and absolutely adore this place. So cute. Easy to find/ get to (parking behind the building with reserved spaces for neon dog). Very reasonably priced and the staff have been nothing but amazing!
