Connecticut Pet Containment and Kevin are the best! I had a e-fence installed almost 6 years ago. It was a great investment and my 70 lb Pit Bull has been able to run around the yard without any issue. Over the years I have been in need of a few service calls. Usually landscapers break the wire. Each time I have called Kevin he has responded immediately and resolves the issue. In late October I adopted a new puppy. I called Kevin in December about training my new puppy on the fence. Kevin came with drill in hand - he had to drill holes in the frozen soil in order to put up the flags! Great service and a great product!

Recommended to me by a friend 18 years ago, my family has been a customer of CT Pet Containment Co. ever since. I did a lot of research on different companies before deciding to go with CT Pet Containment. Kevin is professional, honest and reliable. The system has worked great and my dog can now spend more time outdoors while I know she is safe. What I like about this system is it warns the dog prior to the 'correction'. My dog has picked up on the warnings and has not had to get corrected since the first week we had the system put in. Any questions I have had, Kevin has been responsive and great to work with.

Absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE this company. They are super responsive at the beginning to reel you in. They don't return calls, went a month with no return call for service. Their fence is far inferior to the actual fence companies in the area.

I recently moved and needed an electric dog fence in a big hurry. Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty. Went to my old residence to pick up the equipment and then installed in my new yard. His pricing is the best around. Only needed the wire to be installed and I received a quote of $699 from The Canine Company, $600 from Freedom Fence and $485 from Kevin. Not only was his pricing great, his sense of urgency and willingness to fit me in with very short notice was fantastic. Super responsive, very professional. I recommend him without reservation.

I searched for a while to find the best Pet Containment company to keep my best friend Logan, a beautiful black lab, safely in my yard, without ugly metal fences, or walking on a leash....After several estimates, I found Connecticut Pet Containment. I can’t thank them enough. We have a big furry rescue dog that loves the outdoors when it’s cold but is very scared of strangers. She wouldn’t let a stranger get close to her to train her. One fence company said the fence would only work if they trained the dog and another said our breed could not be contained by the fence. They worked with me to show me how to train my dog. It took longer than it would for most dogs but now my dog naps outside, plays in the snow and goes on walks when she is with us!Service: Dog fence installation

Kevin, the owner, got the job done on both occasions in a timely and neat manner. You could barely tell that he had installed the fence which was important to us with a newly landscaped yard. If you have a fault in your fence, find someone else. Kevin was not only unable to isolate a fault (simple methodology to do so), but he charged me for a new transmitter, spliced into good sections of my buried fence, and never returned to finish the job. He might be fine for an expensive install, but he doesn't have the basic problem solving skills do do anything remotely out of the ordinary. Avoid. And installing these systems is as easy as can be. Especially if you don't need to bury.

Have to say that I am a convert to this type of system after our dog running off just too many times. Kevin did everything promised on time and very efficiently. Even when we thought the system had developed a fault, Kevin was immediately there to show us a simple battery had not been installed in the right direction. My dog has a new collar on and because he is so smart, he only got too close to the property line three or four times. The collar emits a warning signal, letting mim know he is getting close. The same day we put this on him, he has stayed clear of the fence line. Now, if he does get past us, into the yard he is a little cautious, but still very enthusiastic! He goes out, and is alert, but not darting up the road. It’s like he instantly became a good dog. I really Love it. Glad I have it. My only regret is i did not get this done sooner.
