This Dunkin never has donuts on Sundays. We stopped by there on two separate Sundays and they were out of donuts and munchkins. They cannot make a Chai latte! It was so gross I couldn't even drink it. The people seem nice, always saying hi to my dog in the car but the quality of the drinks and the inventory need to improve.

Beyond disgusted with this location. We decided to try it out since it’s been renovated. Nothing has changed. I ask for a cold foam cold brew with butter pecan. A strawberry dragon fruit Refresher and a Boston cream doughnut. I am not one to write reviews but the amount of time I come to this location to get the wrong order is underly inappropriate. I took a sip of the not cold foam that was loaded with cream and felt that I was going into a diabetic coma. It was absolutely Disgusted. I nicely asked if this was correct and they told me that I got what I asked for. My daughter drink looked like crystal light. Nothing different than I can make at home. Some powders juice mix and served in a rubber maid juice container. And her doughnut was stale. Rather than spending all your money on rebranding and renovating. Spend some time with teaching you staff how to make a proper cup of coffee. Your prices have gone up and your product and image sucks. I will no longer be coming to this location. I tossed my coffee in the garbage upon leaving this property.

I am not getting all of these negative reviews!!! We go every day! The employees are so awesome and nice. My order is ALWAYS correct. If I could have one complaint, why are they not allowed tips? All of the other Dunkin Donuts allow it.....these poor employees have to deal with upscale snobby people, they should be treated and respected....let them earn their deserved tips!

It's a Dunkin, you know what you're getting - I had lost my house keys in their parking lot, and the workers there searched and searched for me, personally called me when they found them, and even hooked me up with a free donut. Whoever was working the pm shift on 2/5 deserves some sort of bonus or raise for going so above and beyond. Fast food is fast food, what makes a specific location special is the quality of the workers.

5/23 update: I was confronted at the window that they were angry with my negative review, and if it continues they would "refuse to serve [me]".5/22 Managment/owner decided to stop (or greatly reduce) selling donuts.Vegetarian options: Probably no options as they are removing donuts, but still selling those breakfast sandwiches(?)Kid-friendliness: No donuts or munchkins to give to children

Do any of the managers of this Northford Dunkin check their online reviews. You guessed it, here's another 1 star review only because you need 1 star to post. Every time I stop here my order is wrong. Something is always either missing, incorrect or cold. I always order my bagles not toasted. For some reason even though the receipt states "Not Toasted" they toast them. You would think if they don't have to toast the bagles the order would get processed quicker. Not this place. I used to go inside and order and find out it was wrong when I got home. Silly me for trusting that if I went inside to the register my order would be right. Now I use the drive thru which just backs up while they fix my order. They don't even have someone at the register inside taking orders anymore. Now there are 2 kiosks inside that take 15 minutes to navigate an order for 3 people. Bring your hand sanitizer in to clean up after touching that screen. It would seem to me that this sub par quality and service has now become the new norm. I literally live 2 minutes from here but I think I will start driving back to North Haven or Rt80 like one of the reviews for this location suggested.

Orders are never correct, afternoon staff is extremely slow, frankly flat out rude if they have to ask you to repeat what you’ve said because they talk over you. I understand it’s Dunkin’ Donuts and not fine dining, but This is the kicker. They repeat back to you what you’ve ordered, and still give you wrong coffee. It’s simple, you take an order, you make an order, and you give one. My personal favorite * having been ordering the same coffee for a decade atleast * is when they give me the wrong coffee and I correct them with what I did actually order, and the person who took the order and repeated it back to me, tells me that’s not what I said. Owner/ management, get control of this place

Folks, I do my monthly food shopping and then on the way home I drop by to get my coffees . Well, no more , I am done with these people . Today, I dropped by to get my 4 coffees and I was informed I can NO longer pay my order by cash but use my credit card.Good bye.As usual unless i do my online shopping or for a crisis I NEVER USE MY CREDIT CARD for the simple reason I do not want to be in debt

I am very sorry to have to post something like this but this location is the absolute slowest service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. This was the second time in a row that I have waited in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes! I witnessed several cars leaving the line because they understanably did not want to wait anymore. You are losing a lit of customers. I mentioned to the girl when I finally got to the window that they were very slow and people were leaving the line. Her response was very nonchalant, Tthat's ok, we are doing are best". Not acceptable. I think the owner would care. I will never go back!

Well here goes I placed an order the total was $39 the fact that I always check my bag after I get everything from Dunkin there were something missing I confront the clerk and what happens she looks at me in and what? She was telling me that they don’t have any more of what I ordered so I look at her and I said so you were just going to let me go without letting me know that there was nothing there was something missing in my order very unprofessional I will not come to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again they always mess up my order either there’s something missing or they just simply do not tell you that there’s something missing or that there’s none of it anymore and then I pay for it and they don’t say anything until I notice awful awful awful this Dunkin’ Donuts was never like this shut down they should be shut down

Besides the long lines and very slow workers who don't pay attention to orders it never really right. They don't speak English how are you going to take orders if you don't understand English? Point in hand large coffee 7 cream 7 equal. She gives me 7 sugar! If you are a diabetic this would send you into a very serious shock. 15 minutes in line !

Would give it zero stars if possible. You can order the same exact thing twenty times and it will never be the same thing. Their coffee either tastes like plastic or like it’s been sitting on the burner for days on end. Customer service is awful, and you will be sitting in line for ever whether there’s two or twenty people in front of you. I will go out of my way to go to a different dunkin

I hate to pile on but since you asked.....my plain stick was good. My wife's glazed donuts were iced cold and stale. They must have been frozen at some point and were not fresh. I wish I could read a good review for this location but these issues have gone on for months and months. It's too bad management makes no effort to address the problems in Northford. CT.

Go there all the time and always just a “ok” visit but today one of the worst. I go today for 3 coffees and two sandwiches and 2 donuts (which they didn’t have at 430 on a Sunday) both of the sandwiches had hair and were burned to a crisp and one of the coffees which was suppose to just have cream in it had almost 1/4 of the cup filled with sugar. The one girl working there all by herself. New management pls

Literally the worst...Consistently the worst.Keep your expectations low. If you order a black coffee and get a light and sweet cold tea don't be surprised.If you order a bagel with cream cheese and get 10 pumpkin spice munchkins instead, just be happy you won't go hungry.Today's mess was raw, cold snakin bacon. "It's supposed to be served cold" is what I was told. I've never heard of cold bacon but they say you learn something new everyday!!Literally the worst on a regular basis.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 2 of 3 sandwiches were wrong, after waiting in the line over 10 minutes on a Wednesday morning. 2 of 3 wrong! I mean, this cannot be that hard. Also, the position of the order sign outside makes the lines long - you're giving yourself 2 car lengths to make the order. Move the sign all the way to the back. Terrible.

Even if there is 2 cars in the drive through it is a 20 minute wait, I have NEVER received a properly made coffee from this building. Coffee is either burnt or made poorly. I live all of 20 seconds away, but still prefer to drive the extra 15 minutes to the dunkin in branford.

We went here this morning on our way to my kids football game, the drive thru line was packed, not a problem, I get it Sunday morning and all. The girl who took our order was very friendly and our order was correct. The problem started with the guy at the window who rolled his eyes when I paid with coins. The problem continued when the order wasn't ready. Took him what felt like 5 minutes to hand us each item separately, I had 5 people in the car and each of us ordered 2 things. How was out order not ready?? Finally handed the last item.... I say thank you and drive away. Took a sip of my coffee and nearly spit it out. It was stale and burnt. How on earth is the coffee stale and burnt when so many cars are going through? When do they make a new pot?? Did they not clean it out? Next item of concern were the sandwiches. I write this review as my body expells the so called sausage egg and cheese.Totally bummed. Won't be driving thru this one again.

Some of the worst workers I have ever meet. I live very close by so I have been to this D&D 20-25 times out of convenience......bad choice on my end!!!!! They all Consider their jobs a social hang out. Wrong orders Al.out everytime,just a all around BAD place.

If you’re going to have the lobby closed then I shouldn’t be able to order my food via the app to pick up as a walk in just to wait in a drive thru line for 20 mins!!
