I called this place the day of thinking there'd be no way they could accommodate my dog for 3 days with such incredibly short notice. There was no answer, but the woman who owned it called back almost as soon as I hung up. Amazingly they did have space so we took the chance and left her here instead of our usual place. One of the reviews said they're not fancy, but their dog came back happy. This is very accurate. It's not a huge place, but my dog seemed to really like the woman who was working with her the day that we picked her up. My dog is scared of people (but loves other dogs) and she got right up in the face of her new human playmate to give her kisses as we left. My dog has come home exhausted and happy to be home after using certain kennels, but she came home as her usual self after staying here. Doggo is happy so I'm happy! I only regret that I had absolutely no cash left after going to the casino,and there was no option to tip on the receipt with a credit card. Bring cash to tip, don't make the same mistake I made!

Very caring staff and extremely reasonable price. It's not fancy, but I know my dog is well cared for and the staff really do love the animals they see on a regular basis. My dog always goes a little bonkers when she sees us pull into the driveway because she likes being boarded at Red Rock.

Friendly staff welcomed us and took care of our pets while on vacation. Kennels appeared clean and bedding was provided by Red Rock. Two play runs are included and dogs rotated based on amount of dogs.Price for boarding was comparable to other kennels in the area. Grooming was available for an additional cost, but was more expensive than other locations. The overall cost is the only thing preventing a 5-star rating.

As someone who has never expended the energy to write a review online, this extremely dissatisfying experience was worthy of my time. After over a dozen happy visits to Red Rock Kennels, our last visit will be the final one. Our stay began upon drop off with Nancy smoking outside of the facility and asking us to tie our dog outside rather than her coming around to check him in. After our discomfort with this, as we would never just leave our dog outside, she showed a less than pleasant attitude, but nonetheless allowed us to check him in. Upon pickup a couple of days later, Nancy said that I was rude to her and when I asked her how, she said that I had "butt dialed her a few times". I checked my phone register and explained that I had never "butt dialed" her, but instead of accepting this, she treated me as if I was the cigarette that she was smoking, something that could be blown over and unworthy of not only proper customer service, but simple human decency. In all of my life, I have never been treated in such a low manner and do not want anyone else to be subjected to this sort of inappropriate behavior.

They have taken great care of my Jack Russel "Rocky" for the past 6 years when I travel. He is getting old and they understand how to make his stay comfy. The ladies here are so friendly and listen to their customers.
