Wonderful people, Stephanie helped me get started with my first puppy a few months ago. When I say I had no idea what I was doing she set me on the right path she was understanding of our anxiety with such a tiny puppy and she held her while we shopped! Now my baby is so healthy and she’s such a happy puppy. The best in town thank you guys!

Petsmart had a decent aquatic plant selection. One thing I did notice is that they package semi-aquatic plants the same way as aquatic plants. That could be misleading. I bought a Cardinalis tissue culture awuatic plant, and it looks fantastic. They did not have the Marimo moss balls I was looking for. Employees were not the nicest. I asked one if she had Marimo moss balls, and she went to look, but the other one quickly checked me out before the other lady got back. They clearly were ready to close up the store and go home for the night. I was looking for the snauls, because I am thinking about getting more and was wondering if this was a good place to get them, but they had no snails at all. They also had no gourami, no rasboras, and no tetras. Just empty tanks. I would not go back. I attached pictures of the tissue culture plant I bought for $10

I have been here maybe 3 times for grooming and there was only 1 person on one occasion who seemed to genuinely care about my small dog (can’t remember her name). The two other times same person a male I absolutely hated the service and his attitude on this most recent occasion about 2 weeks is why i will never go back for ANY SERVICES AT ALL!!!! They called me to pick up my dog about 10mins after we left stating he wouldn’t cooperate with the grooming. I get there to pick him up the male groomer kind of young (A) was very impatient and visibly irritated. He was making so many sound effects just putting on my dog’s collar that I took it from him and did it myself. My dog was shaking the entire time and he vomitted as soon as we got in the car. I just didn’t like the attitude or the atmosphere and I will never ever recommend this place. I will say there was a female supervisor there a few months ago not sure if she’s still there but she was very friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing. We have 2 huge dogs & this store actually has stuff for my big babies. The rewards program is good too, usually buy 2 get 1 free on treats & toys. Employees are knowledgeable & caring. Unlike similar stores that only cater to small dogs; PetSmart has stuff for all types of pets.

Great prices, but worst customer service. As someone who works in customer service, I understand how servicing customers should look. Playing with a snake and chatting with friends isnt professional. Also, deciding to ignore a line at your register and not communicating with that line or the other snake handling employee is unprofessional. Get your management in check, your employees suck.

Tina Marie was WONDERFUL in the grooming department!!! I can’t say enough good things. She was so patient and gentle with my nervous pup. She took her time to gain his trust and overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend her ! Very nice staff as well.

Bring my two dogs here all the time for bathing and they do an Amazing Job. Lately we have Jennifer take care of our dogs. She even requested our dogs because of how good they behave, that was so great to hear.

I dont come here anymore because I buy my dog food at a real food store. I feed my dog a raw diet , it's the ONLY food that is good for any animal, I go to the meat market and buy my stuff and it's cheaper than kibble.. kibble is cooked and has cooked bone and filled with vegetables, cooked bone is horrible and dangerous to a animal, do some research and switch to a RAW diet, your animals health, coat, and teeth will be 100% better. Everyone thinks raw chicken and raw chicken bones are bad for animals and they have no clue what they are saying, just do research and you will see what I'm talking about.. also NEVER EVER mix raw and kibble, there is no transitioning method, you just do it, kibble has cooked bone so if you mix it with raw the cooked bone will push the UNDIGESTED raw bone out of your dog, raw moves slower than cooked.. also calcium is the biggest thing, always have calcium, that's why chicken feet and chicken quarters are so good because they have the bone and chicken mixed .. if you do ground beef you need to add calcium .. do your homework and you will be alot happier, KIBBLE is poison.

Great variety for any and all animals and fish. I adopted my cat there 11yrs ago. They always have kitties to rescue. Get your dog groomed. Can get customized tags made. All kinds of foods and snacks and accessories. Large array of dog outfits, if that's your thing. Toys, leashes, furniture, you name it. And staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Groomer completely shaved my sheltie’s whole body to the skin after asking if they could do so on his belly/sanitary area to help with his mats. We know that he didn’t have mats on his back, as we had just brushed him out and even given him a home trim to hold him over until his groom. Shelties are double-coated and should never be shaved. We will be working hard for months to make sure his skin is protected from the cold and sun, because he is now completely exposed.Of course, our other dog came back with a progress report listing the groomer’s name, but our sheltie didn’t. Seems like they knew they had made a huge mistake.

I took my Chocolate Lab mix to get groomed just to pick her up wet, crying, red eyed, and PETRIFIED!!!! I’ve taken my dog here for 2+ years. Grooming at this location has never been an issue until now. Please make sure your staff are qualified to groom! My sweet girl has never been this scared in her life!

I come here every week for my dogs training. The dog trainer, Susan, is AMAZING. She has a true gift and is great with people as well. My dog is extremely excited to see her every week. What she does is amazing and helps me and many others out in so many ways. She always manages to put a smile on me and my dogs face.

I used the grooming service in this store. It was awful! I am not sure if the groomer, James, is unable to cater to customer's request, as I purposely told him ahead of time that certain parts of my dog needed shorter hair, and he promised to do so before we left, or just meaningfully lives to sabotage the job. Their work ethics is unreliable and questionable, esp compared to other petsmart stores I used. Super disappointed in James and this store and will never return to use them again!
