Samantha is a great groomer. My dog was use to his old groomer and he didn't want no one else ti groom him but Samantha knew how to earn his trust.💖

They shaved my double coated breed, in the winter, after we specifically asked them to only trim her feathers and leave her coat as is. We confirmed those instructions multiple times with multiple staff members in order to avoid exactly this situation. I will never, ever bring my dog here again.

Used to be a good place to take my dog but now the employee turnover has made it that there are completely different staff. Depending on who you get depends on what they are willing todo. My terrier mix isn’t the easiest to work with when it comes to nails but they could usually wash and cut him just fine. This is not so true recently. I am now looking for new groomer.

Jen is so wonderful! Our dog has so much anxiety around getting her nails cut, and Jen is literally the only person who can do it without serious issues. We'll never go anywhere else! The rest of the staff is always kind and prompt.

The groomer was VERY nice. She clearly loves her job and that shows and it makes us feel very comfortable allowing our baby doggy to go with her to get a bath, nail trimming, etc. I highly recommend this groomer (the younger girl with the blonde hair). The store itself is great nice and clean with a pleasant pup friendly environment. Highly recommend this place just wish Petcos pricing would come down....

Yvonnie is a tremendous groomer. There are not many groomers (trust me) who know how to do a schnauzer cut, hers are Perfect ever time. She is always pleasant, and accommodating. You are lucky to have her!

They were asked to trim just a tiny amount off our dog's hind end, and they cut it very short.we were told it would take an hour, and almost 2 1/2 hours later we finally had to tell them we were taking our dog because we had somewhere to be
