Totally unhelpful. OK - power was out In the store (though there was no way for me to know that before I drove all the way out there - good job keeping customer informed on the website). Even though there were 2 employees there and I had an order already paid for, they couldn’t find a way to process the order. Maybe a call to corporate, or someone who could actually run it on a computer? Nope - they couldn’t come up with any way to help me. Why do we pay premium prices if we don’t get any service to go along with it?
