I stopped at the 7-Eleven last night and urgently needed a bathroom after having my covid vaccine. The young man at the counter abruptly said that the bathroom is only for employees; however, a lovely woman also working there saw I was stressed and took me by the arm leading to the bathroom. I was so grateful. I didn’t get her name and even offered her some cash for her kindness, but she wouldn’t take anything. If this review gets to her, I just want to say thank you for your kindness.

I work at this location. No, we cannot offer a public restroom as the bathroom is directly behind our registers. That's a rule enforced by corporate. We always have hot food and fresh coffee without fail. This store is also deep cleaned every single night. For the past year we have operating a skeleton crew as it's impossible to find a full crew of people who want to work in such a busy store for minimum wage. Most of the issues cited on here are a direct result of corporate 711 telling us as a franchise what we can and cannot do. We cant sell bagged tobacco or disposable vapes. We dont sell any produce but bananas. But, we try very hard to bring our customers the best experience possible.

Employee serving food wearing no mask at all. Not limiting the amount of people in the store. There were more than 10 customers in the store, 4 of which had no mask. I left, as did others. It was also pretty dirty inside. The sink near the coffee station was so nasty. I won't be going back.

I just walked out. I asked the girl if she had half and half for the cup of coffee I wanted and she started slamming things and then when I went to the counter to pay she asked me if that was all I was getting which BTW I was also filling my tank up. But I told he yes and she told me to "just go" so I said woooow let my coffee on counter and walked out. Attitude for days

i stopped at the 7 eleven on rte 32 in franklin to pick up a pack of cigarettes and an orange or a potatoe. i roll my own cigarettes and need one or the other to keep tobacco moist. when i walked in the store they had an apple in a bin. i asked if they had oranges. aftyer 3 attempts of asking i was told no. so i masked if they had potatoes. both employees at counter completely ignored. would not answer. and the female cashier asked customer behind me if she could help her. i found that to be very rude. no treason why they could not answer my very simple question. i wil not be coming back to this store. there are many other similar stores on that route that i can make my puirchases.

This is a Convenience Store / Gas Station. Staff is polite and helpful. The store is following Covid-19 protocolThere is a social distancing and face mask notice on the door & partion between staff and customers. If you chose can to pay for fuel directly at the pumps which consists of Gasoline, Diesel or Kerosene. The store offers prefilled 20lb propane tanks too. Additionally, inside they offer your basic items...Milk, bread, butter, Soda, Coffee, Tobacco items, a small selection of pastries & quick hot foods, Candy.. plus Automotive items, like motor oil and "fix a flat tire sealant, Cell phone accessories ie chargers and cables. PS. I believe they close for few hours after 12am for cleaning.

I am spending 30 bucks on groceries and they are charging 10 cents for a bag. I should have leave the staff at the register.I am not stopping again here.
