Love this shop and it's staff. Shout out to Lynn 👍💯👊..was in over the weekend and was not happy with my purchase of the Beyond 1:1:1: CBD:CBN:THC: as it has changed, I struggle with sleep and this was the perfect fit, totally bummed. She was super accommodating and professional and wants her "people" to get the best! Her knowledge of the products is impeccable andShe helped me to find something new. I can't rate the new product yet it's only been one day but praying it's going to deliver 🙏 and meet my needs. Our experience with the CBD Store always left us confused when we left the East Lyme store, until Lynn was hired. Prior to Lynn, the store was inconsistently open, when it was open, the sales people of the day spoke quickly and couldn't break it down for novice customers such as us. Since Lynn joined your team, we leave the store confident we made the right choices for both of our very different needs! Lynn is very personable, pleasant and a knowledgeable CBD sales rep! She makes a connection with each of her clients, which is a special quality in today's world. In addition, the consistency she provides as a permanent employee is extremely important for clients such as us.

I’m so impressed from using the Topical cream for my headache. I mentioned to Lynn..she had me apply to a small amount to my temples .. 30 minutes later my headache was gone!! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!!

Let me start by saying that I have been very curious about this whole CBD thing but a little skeptical and certainly cautious. I finally decided to try this place. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes before I had the courage to go in. After all I had no idea what to do or ask for. That was all for naught because as soon as I walked in I was enthusiastically greeted by a lovely lady Lynn. She assured me that I came to the right place and her helpful, well meaning suggestions without pressure was just what I needed. She absolutely is an asset to this business. It’s been two weeks and her suggestions were spot on for my situation. Thank you and am looking forward to coming back to see her again!!! Oh and to buy some more things
