Pleasant and helpful staff but not well trained for cash transactions. The kindly, mature lady who is waiting in line before me returned an extra one dollar in change to the clerk because he had miscounted the total bill. They were lucky sometimes customers might not be so honest. This is basic skills counting down from a larger bill. Management should include cash training as essential part of operating a cash register. For me I paid $3.96 via Apple Pay, but received a small coffee and two donuts. I think that might be slightly under priced.

Well, maybe I am not used to being treated with dignity and respect coming from New York 🙄.....but this is how Dunkin Donuts is supposed to be!!! What a pleasant experience from start to finish. Why can't New York hire kids who are respectful? Coffee and the service here was perfect!👏👏👏

For the most part I have great experiences here. Coffee from Dunkin’ is pretty average. Not always their fault. There was a few incidents where they got my order wrong, the young lady who works there was very nice and said if I had any problems to always come back and ask for a refund or something or they will make the order right again. Some of the staff here needs to treat people better though! The manager is very nice for the most part! The location is kinda off of and tacky but it’s okay if you live here, right ;)? Lol Over all 3/5.

This place never fails me! The staff always listens to exactly what I order. That’s a big pet peeve of mine, I dislike when my coffee is missing what I asked for. The staff is fast and friendly. My coffee is always good and the few times it has tasted odd there was no hesitation from them to fix it. My only complaint is that there’s usually a line which means you have to wait. Other then that I highly recommend!

Dunkin is pretty good I will not lie, but the one big flaw that I am very disappointed in is that the owner of Dunkin does not have any other managers working with the kids there, I feel bad that all of them get treated badly and get no respect. I love this store very much but it needs better staff

This is the best Dunkin Donuts around. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they work well together as a team, which helps the line move quickly. There's no drive-through, but the service you receive is worth the walk inside. Kudos to the manager who has obviously taught his young staff the meaning of customer service.

The freakishly attractive kid with the light brown hair and sharp jawline always gives me a warm welcome upon entering. Never seems to mess up a single order while I’m there. He’s a pro. The rest of the Dunkin’ staff should take after this kid who I still have yet to ask what his name is. Before he was hired this place was a complete disaster, only held together by a string, whose name was Ben Pasq, and when Mikey showed up the string strengthened, and ultimately weakened again was Ben relieved himself of his duties. This nameless employee is the epitome of the Dunkin’ location in Newtown CT, doing all he can for everyone who goes there. Every time I get a particular person making my drink (which seems to be always), he messes up the order. My hot latte is always cold or room temperature. It’s very frustrating and a waste. From now on I’m going to opt for another location.

Awful location. Parking is a mystery. Don't even try at night. No outside lighting, can't see the lines. Store shape is a weird triangle inside. Awkward and not customer friendly as far as layout and ease of ordering. Staff as you'd expect of most d &d's. Go a coup exits up to Southbury instead (exits 14 and 15, easy on/off).

Went in after the middle school rush, asked for pumpkin in my coffee (young lady forgot to put it in initially), got a young man who after I asked him to give me a second shot of pumpkin was clearly annoyed with me. He threw my entire medium cup into the trash which splashed 4 feet over the counter and stained my shirt and said I will just make you a new one. I said no, it's fine just add the pumpkin and he said do you know how many cups of coffee I make in a day I'm just going to make a new one. Which tasted finally like pumpkin but I am guessing it wasn't half decaf which was original request but after the reaction I got for the second pumpkin shot I wasn't about to ask him that! Worried he would throw the coffee at me! I guess the lesson here is take what they give you if you go in after the middle school rush lol.

Now I know why I don’t stop at Dunkin. Just stopped and my kids went into get a snack. My son who has speech difficulty asked for a iced coffee with cream and 8 Splendas only to have the girl not understand and act dumb, which prompted my son to get frustrated and have a reaction, and the other later to feel the need to be abrupt with him. Rather than do that perhaps you should have said to my son, Sorry, I don’t understand you, cam up please repeat yourself! Perhaps Dunkin should invest in teaching their employees how to better interact with customers!!

This is definitely the best dunkin donuts around the staff is the friendliest aka most helpful...I drive to this store everyday and pass at least 10 other stores on the way...
