Walgreens is a well-maintained store with a clean and organized layout. However, it is notably understaffed, which can lead to long wait times for services. During my visit to get a picture taken, I had to wait 30-45 minutes for staff to become available. Despite the staffing issue, the employees are friendly and sweet, providing good customer service once they are able to assist. Additionally, parking is convenient, with ample space available.

I was just turned away at the door and told they are closing early. Not the pharmacy, but the entire store. It's 6:15pm on a Friday. That's definitely not listed on their website hours. I won't be back to a store managed this poorly. A company this big? Unacceptable.

that on 9-28-2023 @ 6 pm I made an appt for the covid shot - appt: 9-29-2023 , 1030 am .. I arrived at @ 10 am.. the pharmacy was just opening . checking in was smooth, nice intake person. I waited till @ 1045 am .. I was administered the vaccine - very professional, very good the phlebotomist - friendly and helpful. a good experience at the Walgreens - Whalley av/ Ellsworth av.. ~ JDS

This location for pharmacy dept is the worst. They let their techs portray on the phone as the actual pharmacist. I asked to speak to pharmacist the tech said she's on a call hold on and I waited. Then someone got back on phone and I said is this pharmacist and she said yes! And proceeded to ask my information. Once finished she switched me to real pharmacist and pharmacist wouldn't give staff name to report. Fraud

Walgreens is understaffed, and the employees are rude (most Walgreens are like this.Pharmacy hours are unpredictable, and the pharmacy sometimes closes for days at a time.Walgreens is the worst drugstore chain I've ever used. If I don't have a gift card, I won't go.Also, I've switched to CVS for prescriptions.Left to me, I'd never enter a Walgreens ever again.

I made an appointment for a pcr test but when I arrived I was told they’re not doing covid tests due to short staffing. Totally understandable but then why allow appointments to be made over Walgreens’ website? Either way it honestly would have been fine if staff weren’t also rude and acting like I was the dumb one for trying to come.

I’ve always been a customer here honestly to come get my son and I medicine, they have there days were they are nice and pleasant and then there are days were they are rude like I get you have a lot of people to handle but at least grit through it make sure people want to use Walgreens as they pharmacy. Plus they WU always breaking down on people can’t use it, go to get pictures it takes me ten - fifteen minutes just to get someone to get my photos I pre-ordered like come on better at assisting customers. Overall they are not bad tho.

Like other recent posters I scheduled a drive through COVID test, and when I arrived the window was locked up. So I called the store and they said “oh our pharmacy is closed, your appointment is meaningless because corporate handles scheduling not us.” Bizarre and frustrating.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They close randomly, they don't call if there's something wrong with your prescription. They're just terrible. The store is average for a Walgreens but the pharmacy is unbelievable.

I was told over the phone that the pharmacy had my particular pain med IN STOCK and that it would be ready in an hour, however, when I got here they told me they didn't have it and couldn't get it until Wednesday (this is Monday afternoon)! At least the pharmacy manager, Dave, was great and is helping me figure out both HOW and WHICH location that I can get MTV badly needed pain medication AT! I'll end up in the ER at the rate things are going now!!!

I went to get a passport style photo and waited at the photo center. No one came to assist me. There was no customer service button to call for help like some of the other Walgreens have. I decided to call that Walgreens store and the cashier picked up not realizing that I was at the photo center. I explained that I'm at the photo center and I've been waiting here and I'm waiting for assistance. She called on the intercom and said can the manager go to the photo center. I was waiting there for 15 minutes and no one ever showed up. What a complete waste of time. If I could give you negative 5 stars I would!

I'm only leaving this one star review based on the management and staffing, really like having one next door but I've had many issues with staff there, some with the pharmacy, and now a serious verbal conflict with a disrespectful staff member which is difficult because I have an anxiety disorder and ptsd so confrontation always leaves me feeling worse especially since they have a new security guard every other day and this one was acting like he died with her but still got the manager who seemed not to care much even though he agreed his employees weren't behaving appropriately. Just wish they'd hire a couple more people with good heads on their shoulders. I'm not even going to get into the issues they've had with the coolers lately, or not scanning sales, not doing price checks (what my whole last conflict they're stemmed from). This is literally the closest store to my house and closest pharmacy and I may not ever go there again. Lol. So annoying. Their turnover rate is insane and then it doesn't seem like they really care if their employees are competent or polite.only go during the day. The night staff is generally the worst and the most confrontational, least trained imo....

Pharmacist Annete started my son prescription for a sick child I'm standing in front of the desk for over half an hour and she kept working on other scripts looking right at me. Finally over 40 minutes later later I speak up and she waiting to ask me what flavor I want to find out she doesn't have flavor. So I could have been out w my script almost hour ago and she ignores me to my face.

This past Thursday is the last time I'll be dealing with this incompetent pharmacy. CVS is where I'll bring my business to from now on. I've stupidly been dealing with this place out of convenience for 3 years and for 3 years its sucked. No matter how much time you give them, they never have prescription ready. Never. It's always "come back in 20 minutes we need to get it ready." This week was the last straw. I had teeth extracted and was prescribed Tylenol and codeine. I came home and realized that there were 6 out of 8 pills that were supposed to be in the bottle. Is someone at the pharmacy stealing people's medication or are they that incompetent that they cant count out 8 freaking pills?!? I've been patient with this pharmacy for 3 years. It never goes smoothly and its a consistently negative experience. However, when you start messing with my medications like this, my patience runs out. This is next level b.s. I should NOT have to open my prescription bottles before I exit the walgreens to count how many pills are inside because I don't trust the pharmacy to get it right. Enough is enough. Get it together!!!!!

I would never get another prescription filled here! They take to long something is always missing. I’m in excruciating pain and I have to drive here three times for one medication ridiculous!!! I live a block away and have to go miles away to get quicker and better assistance.

The pharmacist last night 1/17/2020 was so kind. He walked to the isle with me and assist me on getting the correct medication. He even educated me about some of the medication I was going to buy. The register lady at front was so kind..I am happy with my Walgreens.

Excellent store. I use it as a pharmacy and for quick pick up of kitchen staples. Clean , friendly, efficient. Staff was established when the store got a new building and has generally stayed. I find them to be helpfulCertainly the panhandlers left yeas ago.

If I could put NO STARS I would! The Indian man was so rude it was ridiculous and sad, he has no type of customer service knowledge. I ended up asking the other lady with the long hair was so helpful she leaded me another way to help me with my problem. The man just told me to leave. So I hope you guys eventually fire this man he's no good & it makes me never want to come back!!!! I would definitely not recommend anyone to come here...

This review is mostly on management than the actual employees, the pharmacy hours changed and on weekends are now completely closed, none of which were updated on their google hours, which is the least that could’ve been done.

Constantly loses my prescription. It's a fight every time. More recently I had a pharmacy tech that copped an attitude with me for questioning where my medicine was, telling me it was probably the doctor who LIED about facing in the refill. Keep it classy, Walgreens.

Dropped off my disposable camera to be sent for development a few weeks ago but they somehow lost the camera and don't have any record of it. Employees were apologetic and searched to make sure it wasn't hiding anywhere but that doesn't help bring the memories back.

I switched to Cvs and your better off switching because for a pharmacy The hours They have are inconvenient for your medicine pick up -for example someone I knew was in hospital 3 days preg with a uti she needed her meds / she hasn't switched like me -but after this I'm sure she will- I picked her up on Saturday after being discharge we went to get medicine. And pharmacy close -it's Sunday I'm sitting in drive up because she really needs this meds I google time and they don't open till 10 now her 3 times a day will be delayed - Cvs has 24 hrs pharmacies like it should be / Walgreens focuses more on holiday stuff and health and beauty shelf products then the pharmacy - This is crazy so if you have a prescription and can't drive or have to send someone I wouldn't use Walgreens and cvs is cheaper with a lot of the same meds they over charge for - If you don't mind waiting and being delayed for your prescription and have no set time to pick it up then you won't mind Walgreens - For me a 24 hr pharmacy is the best -
