Ana is the best! She is by far the most professional and true to her work of anyone I’ve ever met...I will never go to anyone else she has been the most accurate with literally everything I go to her for! Her work is amazing and her prices are very reasonable...she’s honest to the core about everything not to mention she’s a genuinely kind hearted person who always has your best interest at heart! If you want the best for this line of work she’s definitely the way to go!!!

Stopped by a couple of times, and it’s been always a different feeling after I visit the store, I’ve been looking for a variety of statues but one specifically, I figured since I’d been here before they might be able to order me a statue, I came with my girl around 2pm to check and see if she got it in the store, was met with a somewhat friendly yet rushed hello asking if we were needed help and I expressed I was looking to see if she got what I looked for, hoping she had a variety I asked her on options and she gave me a look of confusion when I asked on the types of pomba giras she had, told me she only has one type as only one type is available and I explained to her I’m a practitioner and know of many other types of pomba giras, she gave me a look up and down and she had a gentleman who was also in the store to come and show me the pomba gira they had, it was generic so I showed the guy what I looked for and he gave me a card and told me to contact him as he would look for it, then the lady told him basically to not look because they don’t have what I look for (mind you without looking at what I had shown the guy), the guy and myself looked at her puzzled, so I told him I’d take his card anyways and thanked him for his attempt to help me and I turned around to pick up a Yemaya statue to take with me, while my girl was looking around to get stuff the lady told me if we were set as they had to leave, at this point it made me wonder, I’ve had been there before and it was a nice experience, this time it was more like a bother, but just made me think of the times Friends who’d come here and also had similar experiences had mentioned the rudeness sometimes toward them, sometimes because they were white and those same friends would be treated differently when I came with them, well this time I got to see it first hand.Friendly advice to the store, fix your hours since it seems you guys leave before the times listed and Rush people out the door, try to at least pretend you care, treat people better regardless of their race, try to be open to what the public seeks, wish the best for you, bendición and hopefully somewhat some progresó, oh and be nice to the gentleman who tried to help, at least he tried to help and was pleasant.

Went by this past Saturday. This botanica is a hidden gem! A massive selection of candles, oils, washes and incense at very reasonable prices. The shop keeper / owner is quiet but friendly. There is a small selection of herbs as well. I will definitely be going back.Fui por este sábado pasado. ¡Esta botánica es una joya escondida! Una selección masiva de velas, aceites, lavados e incienso a precios muy razonables. El dueño de la tienda es tranquilo pero amigable. Hay una pequeña selección de hierbas también. Sin duda volveré.
