Delicious ice cream in New Fairfield!!! Excellent little shop with lots of flavors!!! Best of all they have Cookie Monster, which is my favorite, and it’s extra tasty because they use a tres leches base. Yum!!! Must try!!!

Had a great experience at Twisters today. Love their Maple Walnut flavor & Midnight Espresso. So happy to know that make ice cream cakes as well. They have a great selection of flavors from classic flavors to fruity & unique flavors. Something for everyone. Definitely a higher quality premium ice cream than the local town creamery that is over priced & buys theirs from a wholesaler.

Twisters has a wide variety of ice cream favors and Italian ices. I go in there for the coffee which is delicious. They have soft serve ice cream as well. Plenty of indoor seating with a TV. Staff and ownership are super friendly. I see lots of kids with their parents.

I was really excited to try Twisters, a new ice cream place that just opened up in my neighborhood. I had heard good things about it, and I was looking forward to a delicious treat.Unfortunately, my experience was anything but enjoyable. I ordered a large chip cookie ice cream cone, but instead I was given a small cone. When I pointed out the mistake, the cashier was rude and dismissive. She said that I must have ordered wrong, and that there was nothing she could do.I also noticed that I was overcharged for my ice cream. The price on the menu said that a large cone was $5.99, but I was charged $6.99. When I asked about the discrepancy, the cashier again said that I must have been mistaken.I was so disappointed with my experience at Twisters that I will never go back. The ice cream was mediocre at best, the service was terrible, and I was overcharged. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Here is a list of the specific problems I had with Twisters:* I was given the wrong ice cream size and flavor.* I was overcharged for my ice cream.* The cashier was rude and dismissive.* The ice cream was mediocre at best.I would give Twisters a 5 out of 5 stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner went above and beyond pulling other flavors out after asking our preferences! My daughter actually got something different!! Everything was delicious. We will definitely make this our regular treat spot! Yum!!!

1st time here was not impressed. The guy behind the counter was not personable. My friend ordered a waffle cone and got a sugar cone instead. Didn’t tell the total, just took the money and handed the change.

The ice cream is very good but it would be nice if they had paper cups rather than styrofoam cups, or at least a recycling bin to properly dispose of the styrofoam cups.
