I can't say enough about this store. Anything I need is there and the salespeople are so helpful and friendly. I washed my dogs in the impeccable showers! And the location allows me to easily park, do my other shopping and have a nice meal at Gates or Tequila Mockingbird!

First time visitor today for self dog wash. Kate was extremely welcoming & helpful. Explained the process & demonstrated the procedure. She gave me a book of coupons & made Marley a tag. I will certainly become a regular customer !

Great store! Surprisingly large selection of natural and hypoallergenic foods (my fur baby is allergic to everything).They even have a parking lot in the back and a rear entrance so I don't have to freak out about not finding parking on the street or if I'm gonna get a ticket.

This place is great. The prices seem fair compared to other retailers selling the same brands. I have also used their dog wash station several times and it's always been a positive experience.

Really great place. I shampoo my Labs here. The people are really friendly and helpful (a thousand times better than Petco, Mt.Kisco). A big asset for New Canaan!

FROM THEIR NATURAL HOME -THEY ARE SHIPPED INHUMANELY - KEPT IN HORRIBLY STRESSFUL CONDITIONS- AND - IF NOT PURCHASED.... THEY ARE LEFT TO GASP A LAST BREATH in a PLASTIC BOX!!! DO THEY DESERVE THIS ?!?!?!?! 😔A very big issue is the fish! The Betas ( and this goes for all pet stores everywhere in the United States ) are Shipped inhumanely and they are left in these teeny little containers relying on people who barely have knowledge of these critters nor do they have love for these animals that they are tending to . the oxygen ports inside their display which have teeny tubes to go in each individual fish container didn’t even work !!!!I was just in there and a couple of the fish were trying to gasp for their last breath (with one actually DYING! )( One poor little fish was missing the top of its mouth) in stress and an environment which only causes more stress on these poor fish that are used to living in rice patties in their normal environment. They are used to a lush habit of green plants ,shade & rice patties where they can hide and feel safe.But these containers only cause more stress and harm to their little frail bodies . It’s almost like torture to a fish! ALL FOR MONEY!!!StOp ThE SlAuGhTeR!NoThInG DeSeRvEs ThIs!Don't we go there to express the love for our animals by buying them treats and cute little things to take care of them and beds and ways to express our love for our furry friends or even our Finned friends ? ****** So WHY do the OPPOSITE ????Is it really a legit business for pets and the people who love them or is it just a Business for Selfish,Materialistic scumbags who really don’t care about anything but making an extra dollar ? Is this what people who buy these fish want to teach their children and their children that it’s OK to exploit living creatures from money that it’s OK to kill for no reason whatsoever?!?!!!??!!?!
