I love Price Rite! Their prices can't be beat! I love going to a store and knowing exactly where everything is. Makes life so much easier. And I love that they put in more self checkouts. I hate waiting in a line. Just wanted to add something. Every time... and I mean EVERY time I go to Price Rite they NEVER have any shopping carts! You literally have to walk around the parking lot in search of a shopping cart 🛒 Taking a star away people. Having a shopping cart readily available is important to me. -1⭐

very good place for retail shopping, they sell mostly individual products, it has a variety of products and ample parking, you do not need a membership card, fresh vegetables although it would be nice to have more variety of goodies

Great prices , clean store but I bought two navel oranges which were really huge and great color peeled them open dry as a bone I was very disappointed.

To whom it may concern.I want to say Price Rite in New Britain is so lucky to have Tish my little black girl!Talk about her customer service outstanding!!She needs to be recognised to the fullest!When I walk in the store I always look and check to see if she's working .She is the light of Price Rite.The atmosphere is best when she is working.Dotted Employee my husband mom daughter and myself want to thank her for being the best while working at Price Rire.I wish her nothing but the best.Price Rite is Blessed to call her ther employee!!

Always got the few things I run in for.. the self check out def helps when you aren't big shopping . The store had been rearranged for the better! Staff friendly always lookin to answer question or help locate item.. sum selection is low they only carry there regular items but def great store to shop good prices

New look same old price-rite. The fruit i bought is or very close to going bad, either over ripe or not even close to ripe. There was rana tortellini that was a family size in with reg size. Only one price sign in front, I didn't look at the size, nor do I work there and stock items. I grabbed the larger thinking it was one of those bonus percentage amount things. It was not, I was treated with an attitude after like I was trying to get one over on them. Any other store would have honored there mistake and fixed the price. It was only $8 which is nothing but still the attitude and quality of fruit. The fruit is always iffy and the prices arent that great. I could say allot more in detail but im going to stick with stop and shop.

I like the store cuz prices are cheap. The inside of store is not fancy or organized but it really makes a difference on my wallet. Besides fruit being ripe, all the food tasted the same.

I bought an apple pie this morning and when I was ready to eat I discovered mold . Manager stated there was no way I bought pie today I didn't have. receipt but ot be accused of trying to get ver was disturbing I will let everyone know how I ws treated did however allow me to buy water to an make up difference He a like he was doing me a favor when I was wronged

Great prices. The vegetables aren't always in the best condition. I love that they added more self check out lanes. One of my only complaints is the carts are always all over the parking lot.

Not the cleanest. Sometimes don't have what you are looking for in stocks and the hamburger doesn't taste too good in my opinion. Sometimes it looks like the staff shove food items in the fridge and some of it just doesn't look to be cold enough for it to be safe for consumer consumption.

Love the store, the staff & even the customers. LOVE the produce & priced.The store remodeling was an absolute success. It looks wonderful, things are easier to find and everybody seems to really like it. I always shopped there but having it look prettier is nice, too

Kind of hard to find what you need, not a lot of variety, but they have some specialty items(like corn husks) that can be hard to find at other grocery stores. Great prices, just not the best selection. Staff is always super nice.

This location has a great one stop for most your needs. The prices are great inventory. A lot of Spanish selections. Some of employee are rude. So I make sure I don't bother them and continue shopping. At this location they have other stores like Dollar tree, hair supplies and package store. Across this plaza has Cvs.. so after work I like to come here and pick up everything I need for that week ♡

Workers without masks. Horrible line experience. No cashiers. Only self checkout with long line. 2 Managers walked past long line pushing someone and dropping their items. Horrible service. Attendant of self scan had 3 blinking lights. 1 cash box down. Cashing someone out. Managers did nothing to help and did not open a register.

If you're looking to save a dollar, or many dollars, this is a great place to shop. I prefer to shop here for produce over any other grocery store chain. I find there produce fresher and significantly less expensive. Be prepared to get to know the aisles because it can be overwhelming. But the store is neat and clean and the price reductions on everyday products is impressive.
