These stores in New Britain are trash. I call and Noone picks up. Customer Service is poor. I called about a job application I submitted and I got no answer what so ever. I will never work with inefficient coworkers.

When I walked in, the nice young lady at the front desk said hi and was really nice actually. The store was pretty well organized and it was pretty good for a corner store. Although I was in line for a while since the customers in front of me had a hard time swiping their card, the cashier did her best to fix it and she eventually did. They also are bilingual for any spanish speaking customers. 👍

Like this store the ladies are nice and helpful. The only problem is they never have enough carts to shop with. I have a bad knee so I need a cart to walk with. Other then that it is always nice to shop there.

IT IS SUNDAY AFTERNOON 4:00 pm August 21.2022 THE CASHIER WITH A LITTLE PONYTAIL, A LITTLE ON THE HEAVY SIDE WAS EATTTTINGGGG CHEETOS WHILE SHE WAS DOING MY WHOLE TRANSACTION...I LIKE THE MANAGER WHO HAS EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL WHEN SHES THERE BUT SHE WASNT TODAY , this girl didn't say good afternoon or not even " have a nice day" nothing! eating cheetos que puercada So Rude and So Ugly

Staff is ok, prices on stuff is different when you go to the register is very frustrating, i think they should honor the price that is displayed and don't come with excuses they have not received the paper from the co. That's no excuse.

Lucky I gave them one star. Place is dirty and the cashiers can’t even speak English. Everytime I go there it’s either they don’t have any carts and when they do they are broken. This is a disaster. I’ll never go there again

The workers are rude, they barely speak English, store is always a mess, lines are always long they have four registers and only always have one open with a very long line!! Crowded store and they just made it biggerBut there's not enough isle space. But their products and prices are great.

Try to tell me the sale tag price was expired but they had two of the same tags up for the same items in two different places also i looked and double checked the dates and they were not expired and both the manger and cashier were rude and gave me it for the sale price and I had a $2.00 coupon but they only gave me $1.50 off when it was a $2.00 coupon never again will I come here they falsely advertise and lie and are rude I will just stick too Wal-Mart they are a whole lot better and cheaper and respect their customers

Always playing Spanish music and sometime 2 different kinds in the store. No one speaks good English there and can be rude, I live close but will go out of my way to another store to get the things I need.

Family dollar where and how do you get off treating people the way you do. The fact that I have friends that spend there hard earned dollars there ..So I had do see form myself .. As I walked into the store tonight didn’t feel welcomed at all and I don’t need that because I work hard everyday and get no respect ... Nunca volveré a la tienda

Well I went to the store and only the cashier was wearing a mask the other workers were not wearing a mask .They should be wearing their masks.They dont care about other people's well being .I will never go to that store again.
