This place sux!!! Went to get a prescription for my broken toe, and they refused to fill it because they were “closing in 15 minutes.” It’s probably my fault for expecting decent service from any place anymore. I’m confused cuz if you’re in the healthcare field.. shouldn’t patient care be top priority? I guess not here. I will never spend a nickel in this place again. Terrible. And it’s always dirty in there, anyway. Plenty other places to go.. don’t need you, cvs!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. You can never reach the pharmacy by phone. They literally just leave you on hold. I don’t know how they’re still open.

Unbelievable. The website says their open until 11pm. When I get the manager was walking out with her son who was the security guard. I told her that the website says you're open until 11. She says, yeah it's wrong. I asked her why she doesn't get it corrected and she tells me it's not her problem. I get frustrated and tell her she should inform someone to fix it. Then her security guard son, starts threatening me and telling me not to talk to his mom that way and that I better get back in my car or he's going to harm me. Totally unacceptable. I've had many problems with this store. The entire staff should be fired.

I have rarely seen such lazy, incompetence in my life! The pharmacy is HOR-RI-BLE! There is a saying that if you don't have time to do it right then you must have time to do it over. They've never heard of this saying; third times a charm. 🙄

He helped me a great deal he took his time with me even though what I wanted was a little bit difficult. I wish I was able to give them no stars at all.. recently a family member died and I dropped of two cameras to be developed. Was told it will take 3 weeks.. I stopped in every week since I dropped them off.. I was told it was ready. I kept going for 3 months and keep being told the same thing.. after talking to corporate I was told that the pictures were delivered to store but the store had misplaced them.. I honestly am so hurt and angry with this store.. I will never be able to share those moments with the rest of the family.. CVS is a complete let down.. go elsewhere

This CVS pharmacy has become a joke! Poor and rude customer service. Came last week to drop off prescription they said it would be ready in an hour. Came back 1 1/2 hr later and they said that it would be another hour before it was ready. Today I come to drop a prescription for my infant daughter and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. It was 7pm and 2 hours would mean they are closed because they close at 9pm. After I pointed this out to her she laughed and said it would be ready in the am. I said I couldn't wait as it was for a baby and asked for my prescription back and she handed it to me as she laughed. Why does CVS have 10 people in the pharmacy but somehow the prescription wait time is increasing. Bad management and bad service. Walgreens has gained another customer!

I used to like cvs and always put 5 but this time my rate is 1 some are gd people but some are very bad at putting the right amount on your scrip and then they tell you to get your meds somewhere else when you tell them the truth and the bottle you gave them it's not the one you had they switched it to make them self look gd

Went to get a vaccine for covid wich was scheduled, she tried to make me to go the next day to not open a vial. If i schedule something its on you to tell me if it can be done before i get there. Rude pharmasist talking about you. Unprofessional.

I’ve been couponing @ this store for 12 yrs now. Never having not one single bad experience with any staff member. I go in tonight and there’s a new “MOD” who has zero customer service skills. She threatened to cancel my transaction & have me removed from the store because it’s 10pm. Other customers witnessed in disbelief & also told her she was way out of line & very, very rude. Guess who’s going 2 speak 2 a higher up in the AM? Yup, this gal! If ur not a ppl person, pls find yourself a job where u don’t see or deal with any face 2 face! 😠

The Pharmacy staff is by far the worse I've ever seen. You have a line with 14 people deep and Jessica and another staff are talking about where they are going to eat and which kind of pie they are going to split. At least one of the actual pharmacists came over to open a line. Should the licensed pharmacist have to do this though? Same stuff every time you go in there.

Always have bad experiences with the pharmacy. Either they don't text or call when my prescription is ready or do not contact me if they no longer have the prescription at their location. Staff is usually rude and tries to rush you off the phone. I personally prefer the cvs on west main st. I tried to use this one because it's closer to my house.

Great staff, I am generally greeted as I come in the door by a smiling clerk. I appreciate being asked if I found all I wanted. The check out 9 out of 10 times is great. Glad they are in the heart of the community.

i jus called at 11:35 to ask if you guys had sanitizer and paper towels in stalk and a lady picked up the phone and said if i kept calling she would beat me up. terrible customer service. they are rude and disrespectful do not recommend. her name was Nancy Delgado. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Pharmacy... Count your medications before you leave as just recently they shorted me on my anxiety medication and when brought to there attention they claim they don't make mistakes. I felt as if they called me a liar so I proceeded to tell them OK so y'all didn't made a mistake when y'all gave me someone else's medication and gave my sons meds for ADHD to another child? I switch to Walgreen's will never go there again

I love this CVS everyone has always been nice to me and answers all my questions. I received a call from the pharmacy to let me know that I was prescribed a medication that I'm alergic to . They always go above and beyond!
