May not choose to order pick up from here again. First associate was very accommodating about the order not being ready as I was in the area I had inquired if I could grab the items myself and bring them to the pick up area. When I had returned to ask for the first associate I was met by a "team lead" who advised me I was told incorrectly and that I would have to cancel the pick up order and pay for the items separately. I had no issue doing so however I was offered no further assistance and it just appeared someone was in a "management postion" and wanted to be assertive. Not very helpful customer service.

Not one of the best Walmarts I’ve been to but not bad either. Some meat was too expensive. We didn’t find everything we were looking for in the sizes we were looking for. They needed T-shirts and a bigger variety of things. Like shavers, men’s tank tops, rear car wipers. On top of that some of the signs are missing so you’re not really sure what aisle to look in for certain things.

I called multiple departments (even HR) for one hour straight and not a single person answered the phone. I only had to call Target once. Walmart wouldn't price match their own online price (price in store was more expensive). Target matched the price no problem.

I freakin love this place this is the greatest Walmart I've ever been to in my entire life I have only one problem the baskets they're not collected or place properly other than that this place is wonderful crowded or not still a great shopping experience

There is no point for this store to have an option #4 when calling about your delivery order. Anytime there is a delay my order is never taken care of. I can call the store all day long they never pick up that extension. I end up having to call Walmart customer service who end up canceling order which takes up to 10 days to come back to you.

The employees at the pick up are lazy and rude They ignore your calls and take about a hour or so before you get your orders. They just be standing around on their phone or chatting with other co-worker..

I was at the store last week and purchased about $200 worth or products. I had Angus steaks and many other high items.I went to the register and I was told we have no bags and have to purchase $3.50 bags because the store did not have bags. I will Never go to another Wallmart Store again in my life. This place sucks!

The best Walmart I have been to in Connecticut! Shelves always stocked, store clean, not congested, and great customer services! I have a Walmart right next to my house and I will still drive to this location! They never let me down. Not to mention they always have products on cannot find anywhere else! Unicorn Sparkle Ice Cream is our fav unique item! We come to buy t them often and no one else has them! Today we discovered this cheese and could not resist! Our home made chili cheese fries were bangin!

Honestly it would've been a 5-STAR RATING but nobody brought my purchases out to the car and load em in the trunk for me, other than that it was AWESOME because i was really in a pickle I had a cupcake n a jar with no jars and no frosting but Wal-Mart was 24 hours and saved my life😍🙏😁..

2 TIMES I ORDERED A GALLON OF MILK AND OTHER ITEMS AND THE MILK EXPIRED ON 02/03/2024. IT WAS ONLY 01/23/2024 AND THE MILK WAS IN CHUNKS. THIS HAPPE ED NOT ONCE BUT 2 TIMES NOW. I CALLED AND LET THEM KNOW THE ISSUE AND THEY HANG UP. IM DONE WITH THEIR CRAP. ITS NOT JUST THE MILK GUYS! A LOT OF ITEMS ARE PASSED ITS EXPIRATION. FROZEN MEALS, MILK AND OTHER DAIRY PRODUCTS AND ESPECIALLY THEIR MEAT. CHECK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OR EVEN BETTER, JUST DONT GO TO THE NAUGATUCK WALMART AT ALL. THEY SUCK!

I’m not too sure that store is operating on anything less than 101% capacity. Except for the cashiers those are operating at 25% capacity 😬).The lady that was attending the 3 or 4, Scan and go lanes was supper attentive, she noticed that one of my items rang up $9 when it was supposed to be $3 and she walked over to adjust the price. I really appreciated that. (Now why was she aware of the individual items that I was scanning(maybe ther other 3 lanes too.) I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️, but I can easily see how this can be taken as profiling by any individual that might or might not make any mistake)

Had returns, no wait at Customer Service. Kelly was very helpful and patient as I had a very complicated return.Was able to get 99.99% of the items on my list and checkout without waiting in line!Only negative was parking. It's always a problem finding an available handicap parking space. Very frustrating!!!!! My husband has little patience with this and it stresses me out, too. Not a great way to begin a shopping trip.The shelves could use help, they were messy and unorganized.Aside from those issues, every thing else was great.

This walmart is so unorganized and the pickup for deliveries suck! They will leave you waiting and string you along but they are all over the place even when not busy. Avoid if you’re a delivery driver! Not worth the time!

I go to this store as little as i prossibly have too...not because the shelves are bare, not because its a mess, but because the employees are terrible & get away with it. They are never helpful, i observed 2 women just on their cell phones yesterday working, barely and talking away. They should have no cell phones on the floor at this place to start, because by allowing them they are affecting there customer service...they also should have a standard for the people they hire...and a damn dress code.....sooo I had to go again today...because Google doesn't allow you to write more then one bad review...I had to edit the prior....today I HAD to go to Walmart...and ALL of FOUR employees I asked for help were talking away on their headset...they act like they don't see you or hear you....I tried to talk to manager maria...but the checkout lady...who was kind called her over about 5 times...while I watched her talking with other employees and basically making me wait...I was close enough to tell you...they werent talking about work...she stated they aren't supposed to do that....but clearly the way she shrugged her shoulders indicated she had ZERO ability to run the store....DEI folks...at its best.....

Definetly a super walmart. They even had the jewlery section that all the others dont have no more. It was great. Lots more variety of clothes and products. One of the better walmarts I've been to then most.

Always a good store to get pretty much everything you're looking for at low prices either in store or delivered to you by shipping or their same day delivery program. But, I do have to say that they no longer have the absolute lowest prices on all items like they used to guarantee and would even price match if you managed to find an item cheaper elsewhere. But, overall if you're looking to stay within a budget or need to buy something quickly and at a low price then you're at the right place.

I love going to super Walmart. This one in particular is better than most that I’ve been to. Full supermarket and all the groceries you’ll need for the week. They have many items that most Walmarts dont carry. The prices are cheaper than most regular supermarkets. Lots of great deals on all your other items needed. This Walmart is in a good location. I feel safe going in there any time of the day. Plenty of parking, The lot does get a little crazy. My mind was blown when I saw the floor polisher cleaning on its own. Apparently the machines are taking over a little bit at a time. They are doing the jobs humans won’t do anymore. My only complaint about this Walmart is the same as most of them, the people that shop here. If you don’t know how to control your kids, Walmart. If you don’t understand personal space, Walmart. If you are generally loud and obnoxious, Walmart. This is not a knock on Walmart, just more proof that society as a whole is doomed. While things are getting steadily worse, why not save some money and head to Walmart? That’s what I do.
