I remember when I heard tractor supply was coming to Naugatuck I thought to myself I can’t imagine I will need to visit there often, I was incredibly wrong. I go to tractor supply every other week for my suet, sunflower hearts and Nyjer bird seed. Their bird feeding section rivals some pretty decent Agways. I also take regular advantage of their dog wash station that is a great deal at about $10. I also buy some work clothes, tools, yard ornaments and home decorations. Prices are pretty good to great when there is sales. The staff is always extremely helpful. I really like the Naugatuck Tractor Supply. I even like to introduce folks that wouldn’t otherwise ever visit the store as evidenced in the picture of my friend trying on hats.

Every time I go there, there is someone outside asking for money. One time a panhandler. I will not go here anymore even though it’s so close to my house and items I need are inside. I should not to be put in the position to say no to someone asking for money and I shouldn’t have to feel badly about it. They are right in front of the door so management knows. I told a guy at the gas station minutes later and he said that’s what exactly why you stopped going as well. So I wonder how many others have done the same.Lost customer

Was greeted with enthusiasm! My first time here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I love the extended pet section. They have something for everyone here. Dog wash stations! Are you kidding me? I LOVE it!

I’m not sure how this store stays in business. Yesterday I went in to pick up a tool that the website showed as in stock. I drove 25 minutes to get to the store. The item was Not in the store, there was a similar item with a different SKU in its place, useless to me. I went looking for a clerk, found 5 standing around chatting, no one offered assistance. Asked cashier to help, she didn’t know what was up, went back to the 5 chatting clerks, described what I was looking for and got one to have a look. Then, all the clerks walked back into the stock room, telling me nothing and no one ever came out. I left the store. I will never return. Total absence of management.

I recently got 2 dozen chickens, went in to this location to buy feed and materials, I signed up in the store thru my phone for there rewards program as TSC encourages and solicits customers to do. I jumped through all the little hoops to get my rewards/ future coupon, I was unsuccessful and if I want rewards which turn into coupons I have to call CS 😑yet another big box store with ZERO CS , I will get my future supplies at a local store INSTEAD of TSC cheaper is not better !The manager at this location is NO manager horrible CS from her , no solutions I was about to buy more fencing and automatic door and feed heater,TSC lost a good NEW customer management shows they could care less, many employees standing around talking about there personal lives and not providing any help,

Tractor supply Is very clean and organized. All of their merchandise is of excellent quality and you can get most things at Tractor supply that you can't get at other places. Going to tractor supply is worth the trip and the money you spend because it is nothing but quality merchandise. I got the best pair of cowboy boots ever at tractor supply .

Friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of items available. We like to go there for the dog toys and supplies. They have the durable toys perfect for heavy chewers like our pup, including Kongs. Your dog also loves the all natural treats from here!

They didnt have the cat flea pills we needed so wound up buying another brand not recommended by housing. For flea treatment at 35 dollars. An advertisement outside the building said flea medications on Saturdays I called the number and was told they dont do Flea Baths... C...

Terrible - I checked availability of Lime on-line (for the lawn) for pickup at this specific store. I drove there to get that and I wanted to check-out the jeans on sale. They had NO Lime and no apologies and the inside of the store is a disaster .. jean cubbies are totally disorganized, no sign of sale-price items. Total disconnect from on-line. Nice looking new store on outside, it's a dump on the inside. Not for me, just a waste of my time.Your store needs the assistance .. I'm done.

Went to find a pickup truck toolbox. Found a variety in stock and found the exact model I wanted. The youthful staff quickly fetched the cumbersome toolbox from the very top shelf and carried it through the cashier booth and onto my truck. Could not ask for better service.

It's nice to have a Tractor Supply around. Sometimes they have what I need, sometimes they don't. My biggest hangup with this place is with the people they hire. Maybe they are not being properly trained, I don't know what the story is with them. 9 times out of 10 there is no one at the register. Use your phone if you need help in the store because no one working here knows the answer to your question, if you're lucky enough to find someone.

Only went because my son needed dog food because Walmart was way too long of a line to wait in, soooooo we went to Tractor Supply because they carry Blue Brand Dog Food. I have never been in this type store before so don't really know what to expect. But I will probably go back & look around there was some things I like to look at house & yard decorations.

This is a nice new Tractor Supply that has very helpful staff and is well stocked. Strangely Tractor Supply doesn't seem to fit the area but when you need the odd thing this is definitely the place to go especially when it relates to pets.

When I got home I realized I bought the wrong chain for my chainsaw and never opened the package. Since it was just as a spare I didn't want to make a special trip to return it. Over 30 days had past when I finally stopped it to return it and the store manager Molly told me as company policy they don't except returns after 30 days. I had the original receipt and said I would gladly take a store credit. She said it was not up to her it was company policy she could not take it back. So I went home and checked online and found that the policy only required the managers approval to take back after 30 days with the original receipt. So I went back to give her another chance to do the right thing. This time Molly says she won't take it back because they no longer stock that item. So I told that I was definitely going leave a bad review because it obviously was with in store policy to accept the return. So I then drove to the Wallingford store where they took it back and credited my credit card no problem! So I will not ever go to the Naugatuck store again!

Nice store if you need tools for your yard work or pet supplies. Everything needed for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, horses and more. They also sell some clothing and boots. They even have house decor.

I appreciate the clinics and the supplies available. I get high quality pet supplies, equipment, and other various needs home depot, Walmart, or dollar stores don't have. Girl scouts were there today. Definitely grabbed some boxes! Enjoyed looking at the chicks and baby ducklings.

Don't let the name fool you, if you own a piece of land of any size this is a store you need to at least visit once to see what they have to offer. Also if you are into being outdoors, want to decorate with a country flare, have a pellet stove, need a chainsaw, want a fence, have pets, you get the idea. Friendly staff and good people I was surprised by just how much Tractor Supply offered that I was actually interested in. It is more than just a feed store.

BUYERS BEWARE! Do not buy the pellets in the white bags. The Premium hardwood pellets. We picked up a ton and when we unloaded them in the last couple of layers were piles of wet pellets now resembling wet sawdust. Not one bag was destroyed, only one had a slit. So there should not have been that mess! Long story short the pellets are wet!. They are aware of the problem but still sell them! We have purchased pellets there before and never had a problem. Save yourself a headache don't buy!!

The cashiers there are beyond rude. The young female with the blonde hair was rolling her eyes when you ask them a question and was just so annoyed she was even working there and making fun of the customers right in front of them. We will never shop at this one again.

Honestly employees are really rude. Dying to get out of there so bad couldn’t stay open one minute extra. 10/10 will go to a different tractor supply specifically because of these employees. Higher people that make you glad to spend money with them not annoyed to be around them.

I went to get chicken feed and many of the bags were covered with mites. I let the manager know and she said she was aware and she told me they had removed all the bags which were infected. Clearly not as they were right there for sale. She said it happens all the time and there was nothing more she could do about it the fans were on to help cool it off.
